I was rudely interrupted by a worker while i was communicated to my husband thru texting & she didn't understand the importance of my family. I didn't like that while there were other ppl texting & taking pictures. Why did she pick me only? Was it because I was the only minority among the audience? We were there to support my son who was in the concert.

I saw Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban accompanied by the San Diego Orchestra. They were so good that at times I almost forgot they were playing, it sounded exactly like the score from the movie. I am in awe of all the members of the orchestra and their amazing talent. Can't wait for the next one!!!

We was here on Harry Potter night and it was one of the best experience ever. Amazing movie, amazing music, amazing vibe of magic! Thank you for this kind of event! I will come back again, for sure!

Lovely venue, comfortable seats, and weird/almost-unpleasant interactions with staff (for me) every time. I do enjoy the shows though.

Last time, I noticed they have this setup where you can prepay for your beverages and then pick them up during intermissions in order to minimize backups, so that's very cool.

This is my favourite concert hall in San Diego. Beautiful, comfortable and with very good acoustics. The Orchestra and Mezzanine seats are both great. My preference goes to center or center-left seats, especially in the case of piano concerts. In last week's concert, the pianist Lang-Lang was displayed in a big screen above the stage. If you seat far behind (last rows of the orchestra or mezzanine, and balcony), you might want to take a small, lightweight, set of binoculars with you. It is great to see that the offer and quality of cultural events keeps improving here in San Diego.

Some of the most talented musicians I've met. It is always a pleasure to listen their performance, especially with Payare entering the scene.
SDSO is a world class symphony, and we are lucky to have every one of their musicians in San Diego. The hall is always packed, the audience is always having standing ovation, old or young. Family concerts are just amazing for people with kids. Jacob's masterworks always have a great selection of classical repertoire masterfully performed. Support your local symphony, San Diego. This is a treasure many of us don't know we have in our backyard. SDSO also needs our support.

Came to see the movie concert series. We watched Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban with the SD symphony playing the soundtrack live. The staff were helpful and so friendly, and the symphony was OUTSTANDING!

The San Diego Symphony is amazing and full of talented musicians. I have been to many of their performances and I am never disappointed. Copley Hall is a beautiful architectural marvel. Parking is a pain but there is underground parking right next to the hall that I recommend.

Always a great time. The SD symphony knows how to attract talent. Their summer pops series by the bay is a must at least once for every SD resident. Reasonably priced tickets, and not a really bad seat in the house.

Secure the covered parking in the copley hall building through spot hero and walk closer to the entrance. The Hungarian ballet and concert on New Years Day is great. If you park even one block away you gotta pass too many street people who stink.

Both the orchestra and the new Music Director Designate did a fabulous job with this program of Benjamin Britten and Dmitri Shostakovich. San Diego is indeed blessed to have a top-notch symphony led by one of classical music's rising stars And the hall, although it was originally a movie theater from a hundred years or so ago, has surprisingly good acoustics. We sat in the back of the main floor and could hear all of the instruments clearly and in good balance.
