Very nice rooms, excellent services. The hotel is within walking distance of the gaslamp district, the convention centercenter, and seaport village. Great accommodations.

I love the service, very professional, rooms are nice and clean.

The staff was great, very helpful, and friendly. The twin beds were very small, and not so comfortable. The service was excellent by all.
The only real flaws were the beds were too small, and the elevators were terrible. Several times I used the stairs because the elevators took way too long on our floor catch one. Luckily we were at the 9th floor. Not happy with the beds nor the elevator as transportation to and from our floor. Pretty rediculous for the amount of money you pay for at this hotel. Would not reccomend if you need to sleep or get to and from your floor.

Attended for a professional conference. The hotel was very beautiful and staff was very friendly.

Even though it was really busy (many conventions) they had great customer service and the local food places were fantastic. The pool and the view were worth it.

My husband and I loved staying at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, the location was super convenient for exploring downtown, the rooms were clean, and the property was beautiful. We loved the pool area and riding the electric scooters around town. Beautiful view of the bay and Coronado Bridge from our room.

Room itself is very nice and clean. When we checked in the man who helped us was not very patient and a bit rude. DO NOT park your car here overnight or else it will cost $35 a night which is ridiculous! You would also think spending over $200 a night breakfast would be included but nope! AND they charge you for the WIFI, what a joke!

My preferred hotel to stay at when I'm in San Diego! Great rooms with great views. Wish the outdoor pool bar was open later because tacos and margaritas in your hotel has a really convenient appeal to it! But the location is perfect to be near all the great places in the Gaslamp area without having to be in the middle of the all night noise that is associated with that area.

I've had better stays and better customer service. The room was filthy, front desk was unwilling to move me to another room, had to move to a different property.

There is nothing more to say about this Marriot other than it is pure perfection. 5 stars all the way.

Very nice and great location. Centralized on the waterfront for the Gaslamp, Italian, Seaport, Sea World, zoo , Old Town, etc districts and events all within minutes.

First time staying here since Marriott now merged with Starwood. Loved the location, access to our favorite spots, walking around the marina, and convenient self parking. Hotel rooms and public locations are in well kept condition. Only in for an overnight stay so didn't get to explore the pool area or Elite Lounge but they both looked amazing. Pool is more of a resort style pool vs. the standard hotel pool deck with chairs.

Service was very pleasant. I was attending a company Christmas party.

They give the absolute best swedish massages. My girlfriend and I got a Groupon for one and I can say it got me some major brownie points for a good price!

Rooms are nice and our view was great. Great pool and bartenders. Paperwork about the on-ground restaurants was lacking.

The room was adequate but underwhelming for the money. Parking was expensive. Otherwise I would say the best descriptor for my experience would be "fine."

It's a nice hotel, and I've been here twice, but for some odd reason I always get stuck next to a room having a party. Last time they had to move me two times because of the noise and cigarette smoke. I was sorta laugh/crying because the same thing happened last time I was there but I couldn't sleep because of the noise from someone having a late night(3 am) party. Their customer services is great but I probably won't go back because of the noise issues I've had both times. I'll also add that their restaurant is fantastic. I highly recommend their fish tacos and the french fries with truffle oil!

DONT PARK IN THE GARAGE! Amazing views of the bay. Pool is really nice and had plenty of chairs. Really nice hotel. But they are only doing self parking due to the pandemic. Which means everyone is parking their own cars in the tiny valet spots. This hotel allowed a huge lifted Jeep with massive tires to park next to me in the garage. They ended up scratching my car because their Jeep was way too big to be parking there. I would definitely recommend parking in the outside lot or across the street cause people apparently don t know how to park!

Self park $20 doesnt let you come and go. Valet $50. Keep coming back for breakfast buffet. This place makes you feel like royalty. Love it. Worth every dime.

Beautiful facility on the harbor. Easy access to restaurants and shops in the Gaslamp, and very attentive staff.

Gorgeous property with a lovely view. The rooms are nice, but not too impressive given the rate they often run at.

The Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina Hotel is an excellent location for conventions or short trips to San Diego. I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of the staff and the amenities that it offers.

The rooms are spacious and I specially like the view over the marina which is great and helps to relax after a long day of work and meetings.

The internet connection is stable and fast and makes it easy to work and be connected from the room. I truly appreciate the position of the work desk which makes it possible to work on the laptop and enjoy the great view at the same time.

Close by are many good restaurants and places where one can meet with colleagues and friends.

I can certainly recommend a stay at the San Diego Marina.

I had swveral meetings here. The atmosphere was very professional and the rooms and hallways were nice.

This is a great hotel with clean rooms and beautiful views.

Great location. Didn't sleep great (pillows?) but didn't wake up in pain (comfortable beds). Nice rooms. Bathroom is a little tight.

Stayed here for the a conference. Convenient to the convention center and nearby restaurants. I had a room with a balcony that had an excellent water view.

Pretty good place to stay, in-house restaurants are pretty standard but kids had fun in the pool.

Room was nice but paid 500 dollars to stay the weekend and got beautiful view of a dirty diaper on the balcony . Gross.

Stayed on the 4th floor on the city side. You could hear the trolley all night long. Other guests were incredibly noisy and obnoxious.

The room was a bit beat up. The public areas were great.

I just checked in a few hours ago and I'm already having a blast. I checked in with Ali who was very courteous and friendly. Also, I just had a light fare at the Tequilla Bar and Grille with a great server, John Q. (more to come)

Room and amenities were very clean and nice. The pool was large and staff was attentive. The check in process took a while because they didn't have enough front desk employees working in the non-status lines. The staff at the pool bar were slow and unattentive. I left after sitting there for 5 min without even being acknowledged and the bar only had 5 other people at it. Inside bar and resturant staff were much better. Beautiful place all around.
