San Diego Marriott Hotel and Marina Reviews

Last time I stayed here, this was absolutely five stars. This time I have to think twice about returning. Overcrowded beyond belief with no notice a convention on their website. Hundreds of college students. Took 20 minutes to get an elevator. Lobby was packed; like sardines!! What was supposed to be a relaxing time wasn't. Safety was an issue but hotel staff did not understand the complaints of many guests. Waived my "resort fee." Michael who works in the hotel restaurant saved the trip for my husband and me. He was warm, funny and friendly.

I stayed here overnight and went to an event. Lovely hotel. The breakfast buffet at their restaurant is amazing and the cooks are happy and friendly

I can't wait to get back to this place. Such a nice hotel and the pool and outdoor bar are amazing.

Great place to stay. Very nice room with a great view. Staff very friendly. Starbucks within the hotel and we got a $10 credit for us staying there. Kids stay free, which is great. Everything very close, within walking distance. A little on the pricey side but well worth it. Would definitely stay here again. The photo is our night view from the rooms balcony.
