I gave the phone IN WARRANTY for a service review, because I had the impression that the battery is not charging enough. It wasn't enough that they broke my phone, they also pretended that everything was ok. I even recorded and showed them the recording on the camera with this defect (as consultant advised me) it did not help, they denied themselves and went into constipation, they still fooled. And the phone still restarted or turned off. Unfortunately, only from 0 to 4 times a day without a specific reason or pattern - randomly. It's a shame you can't give zero stars. Because you deserve so much. They do not answer calls, do not reply to e-mails.
After a complaint at Samsung Electronics Polska, I was directed to another service. We'll see what comes next.
In Piaseczno in CCS they replaced my motherboard and the problem disappeared. Was it possible You can.

Warranty repair and the one that was not covered by the warranty (the phone was damaged by another Warsaw service) at the highest level, the phone works better than when it was new. Comparing the price of repairing a damaged Galaxy S6 Edge with the valuations of other services, this one surprised me positively with a much lower price, availability of "on the spot" parts, repair in an hour and nice competent service. Good job!!!

On the first visit to the site, the complaint was accepted by a technician who stated that it is reasonable but do not have parts now and ask for patience. After a few days, the same complaint that was accepted was suddenly rejected despite an identical defect in the phone in the showroom. An attempt to clarify with the site manager Piotr Mazurczak failed. The Lord first stated that there is no time ... sic! After a short discussion, he approached the phone offered in the salon with a grace and said that it was normal wear ... sic! even though other models don't have this condition! The phone is 6 months old and the button from the fingertip has been scratched ... Nothing gave information that is on the Internet about the defective design. The Lord turned on his heel and stated that he did not have time to talk and the phone was not bought from him. The service itself seems to be friendly, but accepting such surly and pseudo experts will quickly lose good reputation.

The lady accepting my application had to photocopy something important because I think I disturbed her. Accepting my phone (Note 8) I informed that I was not from Warsaw and if repair would not be possible I would like to answer the phone - probably not completely understood because another gentleman who gave me the phone, but rather after a short exchange of mind deigned to give it back to me. Samsung's service has probably forgotten that it's our customers who pay for their work by buying their devices. The second bothering question is this: the biggest, boasting that it repairs phones in an hour does not have a screen for, as it were, a Note 8 business phone and sends me to other services, or informing me that they can fix my phone when I order parts, almost a week waiting for one hour. Other websites download the screen within one day, the official website needs several days. Coming back to the information that you can spend time using the facilities while waiting for repair is also just a fiction, the only thing I received was "if we know something, we will call" nothing in style, please wait, we will check it soon. Overall, I was expecting something really better. I do not recommend, employees probably have too much self-confidence that they work in such a company.

A reservation system that doesn't work at all. Despite pre-booking the repair for a specific day, after arriving at the place I found out that there are no parts. In addition, in contact with chatting with Samsung, I also received confirmation that repair will be possible immediately.
What's more, the service does not even get information about the booking details from the central system.
