I bought my first car from Nick, after I graduated from the University of Kentucky, back in 2002. 13yrs and 262,000 miles later, when it became time for a new car, the decision was easy. I knew what I was getting with Nick, someone honest, patient and whom has integrity. Those attributes brought me back this time around and will bring me back for ALL my future purchases.

When our daughters car decided it was finished, we had to act quickly to find her something reliable to get to and from college and home. As a woman walking onto the lot with a young college student I was a little scared. Arthur Wilson changed all that very quickly. I felt very relaxed and he was very professional and helpful. I had my husband and son return to check out the vehicle we were interested in and Arthur was very accommodating. My son also found a car and Arthur helped him out with that also. From start to finish all the staff were very helpful and the process was very pleasant. We highly recommend Arthur if visiting.

I hate shopping for cars and was dreading every step of the process. I met Richard first off and everything was so smooth. No pressure on anything. He was so knowledgeable about the cars and was so helpful. This was the first time I've actually enjoyed new car shopping. It was amazing and when I'm ready for another vehicle, I will most definitely be back.

Great looking facility! Repair shop looks to be state of the art waiting room looks amazing!

Learn to follow directions! your sales people are quite annoying and don't know how to be compliant with customer request. phone calls and texts continue and even now continue after multiple requests of telling them to stop... on top of your call center continuously calls after they have been told to stop! the staff calls from different numbers and letting different people call.

Top this whole situation off with a vehicle listed as zero accidents, yet upon arrival there is a huge crack in the bumper clearly has been in an accident, they want to argue that it has not been an accident I asked how it got there.... he said the owner could have hit a light pole.... I asked the sales associate in what world that was in an accident? Sticker price was $200 less than the online price, cool! But clearly the left-handed didnt talk to the right-hand and there never seems to b a boss around to talk to. they wanted to charge me 300 extra dollars to fix the bumper but weren't going to eat any of the cost! Pretty sure bbb will like this information

Although the service was not as good as I wanted it to be they did try to fix their mistakes. The people who work there are extremely nice and accommodating. I hope they do call backs much faster in the future. They also did a complimentary jobs for me and that is the definition of great service. Thank you Debra !!!

The whole Honda World staff from the Service department to the Tech professional truly made this an easy and enjoyable process. I would highly recommend Honda World and Brian to everyone I know.

Since bought out they have become scandalous. They tack on a $40 tire balance to every service and trie to argue that it's recommended. It's not recorded by Honda and is very unethical.

I leased a vehicle from here. The salesmen said that inventory showed that they had the car I wanted, but went back and forth LITERALLY 5+ times to get the key from the office, only to return and say they couldn't find it, OR couldn't find the car in the lot. AWFUL technique for trying to sell a car, but thankfully they ended up having the one I wanted at a pretty good price.

This guy in particular was garbage at selling the car, but I was able to get the payment down to a decent price, so that's fine I guess.

I brought my CRV in for its first oil change and tire rotation. I felt completely safe with my mask and all of the workers had their masks on. Also in the waiting room every one was 6 ft apart. My car was awesome when I got it back!

Service appointment for 7AM and at 7:10 they were ...

Service appointment for 7AM and at 7:10 they were still not ready for business. Computers had not been turned on, no order as to what car/owner went first. Four lanes of vehicles, when the doors opened and people drove their cars in... it was a free-for-all. "First come first served" is not acceptable when I make an appointment for 7AM. I had to walk about the service area to find someone to check in with. By 7:20 I found someone that could register my vehicle but waiting until the computers came online. While I understand that 20-30 minutes doesn't sound like a big deal, and in most situations I would agree. At that time of the morning, people have places to be, children needing to get to school, appointments to keep.

My appointment was for: a recall on a fuel pump, check to see why the navigation stopped working, and a quote for new spark plugs. While at your shop: the air bag system light comes on...

Did you know they charge $60 for EACH DIAGNOSTIC TEST???

$60 to diagnose the air bag system warning light
$60 to diagnose the navigation system. They don't sell the DVD's for the navigation (which is nonrefundable at $200 from someone other than Honda) or it may be something else $$$ but they'll need the new DVD first to see if that's the issue.
$60 to diagnose for spark plugs

Summary: I have a Honda mini van for sale that needs MAY BE a new nav system or just a DVD, MAY BE needs new spark plugs and MAY BE needs service for the air bags. All yours... I've had it with Swope and their over-priced low-service lack of service.

Needed some major maintenance work to be done and I there wasn't any attempt to bundle-in extra unnecessary services to mask/inflate the true cost of the service work, which is expensive to start with. The complimentary car wash was welcomed :) . Staff were very courteous. Chose this location over my local Honda dealership, which is just a minor 1hr inconvenience. Would do it again.

I have typically had pretty good experiences with Sam Swoop Honda World. I had my can in for it's 100k service and a recall. The recall was for the back seats. Normally I would have tried to clean any junk out of the back but just didn't have time to do so. I figured that they would treat the car and the contents inside as if it were their own, but when I got it back, it was pretty messed up inside and I found one DVD that was shattered. Not really the biggest deal, but when I had to pay $2k for the major service, I really don't want to go buy another $10 DVD.

We arranged a test drive with a truck that was being processed for sale on a Sunday for the following Tuesday. The young lady verified our appointment by text on Monday. When we arrived for the test drive on Tuesday afternoon, the salesman hemmed and hawed. Tried to play off the high school kids who made appointments were problematic. The salesman said the truck was several days out and not on the lot. When we spoke with the manager, he was exceptionally rude. He said the truck had been sold. The entire debacle was fraught with dishonesty and blame. Bottom line... they sold the truck, didn t tell us, we drove 20 miles, they avoided taking accountability by blaming on the young lady who wasn t there. We have purchased from Honda word before but will not ever again.

I wanted to give you an insight on my experience with your dealership. To just say that my sales guy Scott was amazing now his Finance guy is one one I had the worse experience with. I had Neg Equity to role over the same amount I had when I got the car I have now. With the same co signer. The finance guy needs to be put in check on how he treats people. This car I wanted would be financed for less than I did my car now even without a down payment. I put down only $450 when I got my car in 2012.

1) Before I even gave my information Scott went into the financial office then came back and said that I will need 6,000 or 7,000 down. I was in shock and then asked how that is possible I have not given any information and waiting on my mother s before I had mine. So Scott looked in the computer and said O your right. Then went back in talked to the Finance guy came back to say I am sorry he got a head of himself that itself made me almost walk out the store. However I wanted this car and it was the perfect price for what I wanted.

2) Got all my information from my mom then provided mine and waited for them to come back. Scott came out and said we need 5,000 down......... I said what bank you are going through because I have never heard of that before in my life. ( I sold cars this was un heard of to me but when someone did not have a cosigner and had a 400 credit score ) because I am from Cincinnati I was not sure if the laws were different here or not so due to not understanding this Scott got his finance guy to come out. He showed me a lay out of the paper work (I will proved you that in email) showed the retail price of 14,999 or close to it with $0 down for close to 20,000 with a layout of months of loan months. Also it showed what my payments would be with 5,000 down and 48 month loan circled as the option. 3) I then asked what bank you are using. He said I have not ran your application with any banks yet... (Another Red Flag) So I asked then how do you know I would need 5,000 down? He said due to I know my banks, however can you get 5,000 down? I said no i will only have 2,300 to use or the 300 down today. I said I do not understand how you got that number when you have not talked to the banks. Are the laws different in Ky than Ohio? He went on to tell me I was insulting him and his experience and that he doesn't understand how I got my car the way he did because he is from Cleveland. I said well I guess you do not know what you re talking about if you re calling me a lair.

3) I was looked at like I was stupid and the Finance guy was rude and yelling at me. Saying I need to calm down and that he was done here. Over me asking questions!!! He needs fired the way I was treated was uncalled for. He acting like that caused me to feel unsafe. I started to have a panic attack. I had to take my medication after leaving your store. Who knows how many other people he has done that too. I worked with men who do that in order to get a sale from someone. Not going to on me. They all knew my mom s income was 63,000 thinking that I could come up with more money down. She was not paying for a thing I was.

4) So that guy called his boss over the Financial Manager he calmed the problem down and in all honesty I still did not believe a word they said because I know that how I got my car is the same way I was trying to get this one. I walked out and left. Worst experience I have ever had. I know people in the car biz and my family knows owners of big dealerships near us. Yet I picked you guys. The moment I made a comment about this on Facebook I have my friends say they can help me and the ones who can I saw last year and the only reason I did not get the car I wanted with 2,300 down was because I did not have a cosigner.

This is the second vehicle I ve purchased from Honda World and can report another excellent experience. I initially came to see a vehicle that wasn t at this location. Chris listened to what I was looking for and bent over backwards to show us several vehicles (including one that had just come in and wasn t even on the lot yet). We bought it the next day and couldn t be happier with the purchase. The entire process was incredibly smooth without even a hint of pressure. We are very grateful for the service we ve always received here and will definitely be back.

run fast run far. i've never had such a terrible experience. i should have stuck w/ my first choice of going to carmax. on wednesday feb 5, i purchased what i thought and was advertised as a 2016 premiere q50. i was totally blinded by the low miles and the lifetime warranty. after taking possession the next day i noticed it didn't have electric seats like the premiere is supposed to have. after telling my wife about it. i started looking closer and the car didn't many things the premiere is supposed to have. by friday i was ready to get rid of the car. i went to the store that next saturday afternoon to return it. when we bought the car there was a a grey box on price breakdown of the car that said satisfaction guaranteed. apparently there was some small print about, it's only for the exchange of a car w/ a car on their lot, only. but i was also told i didn't qualify for that because i bought it out reconditioning. because of the low miles we wanted to buy the car before anyone else could, but we were never told there was a penalty for buying it out of recon. so, here i am not having the car for three whole days yet and wanting to return it, thinking from what i read as satisfaction guaranteed like caravana and many other car places allow a few day grace period. here they falsely say what trim the car is, talk about how great this program is and that program is, but i'm back in less three days and all i get is sorry you test drove it. you should have known everything you needed to know then. sorry there's nothing we can do for you.

I appreciate having such a GREAT Honda dealership so close to home. Andre Uchitel sold my husband and me our Honda Fit back in 2013; and was once again EXTREMELY HELPFUL when we purchased our 2018 Civic hatchback just last week. My wife and I first was introduced to both David and Andre back in 2003. They are exceptional when it comes to being personable and attentive to the needs of their customers. When it comes to making the finance work within a individuals budget David is a wizard with the numbers. There isn't anyone that I have met that is more knowledgeable about every Honda product then Andre. These two guys have truly treated my wife and I as if we were family. They have continued to follow us through the years with all our vehicles from the purchase until we have been ready to upgrade to ensure our experience has been one that we haven't forgotten.

I went through Express Service for a few routine maintenance actions needed on my 2016 Honda Pilot. I was warmly greeted by Anna Mack, she checked out my vehicle, told me was covered under my warranty, what wasn't, how long the servicing would take, and a promise to push it through as quickly as possible. Turns out she beat the time by over 30 minutes. Anna was extremely professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. Great experience all around.

I just want to say how grateful I am for this dealership and the 3 individuals I had the honor of working with. I have been through a huge life tragedy and each of these individuals showed compassion and patience during my purchase. I have always felt pressured and nervous during these types of purchases in the past but this dealership made it easy for me to make the decision in purchasing my Honda Pilot. I went to 2 dealerships prior to, and researched EVERYTHING when it came to my purchase. Honda World and Chris S, Blake, and Ryan were absolutely fantastic & seemed to truly enjoy what they do. Thank you for everything. I cannot thank you enough! My children and I are looking forward to many years in our Honda Pilot.

Honda World (formerly Sam Swope Honda) addressed the wheel balance issue I was having, but they also checked a host of other parameters on the car, such as tire thread depth and brake pad material thickness, making sure the car was safe. They were also able to fit in the exchange of a recalled air bag even though I didn't even know it was needed.

The waiting area is comfortable, with tv, newspapers and other amenities.

My tire light came on so I went to Honda World to have it checked out. As soon as I pulled up to the bay garage, they motioned for me to pull in. Mica said my air was low due to the climate change. I was in and out in 15 minutes! I love this place!!!

1 star since I don t have a way to give 0. I was there at this place to get a new car. I was shown few cars and asked them for few quotes and all is done. They said the car was not there and asked me to drop a deposit to keep it safe. Which I did and I asked representative if I could back off if I don t feel the price is reasonable and he said yes. Later if figured out that the price was charged atleast 3000$ more than the nearby dealer and I called them to back off. The representative said he is gonna call back and I received a call from his manager. Talking Carmen talking harshly and letting me know about the agreement and refusing to give me the refund. That s fine with me don t give me the refund. But least try to satisfy your customers and let them know in a good way. Very Bad experience. I don t recommend this personally.

I am so disappointed with the service here! Had my car all week to fix an axel and sway bar. Husband paid early afternoon for the car and let them know by multiple means that we would be picking it up after they closed due to juggling work and 1 car. Asked to lock key in car. Arrived and car was on lot, with no way to drive it off.all exits blocked. Had plans to go out of town, now we have to deal with this place tomorrow morning. Extremely unprofessional! Took vehicle here due to it being honda service, will bot being doing that again. 4 days to fix and then no follow through for pick up of course they already had almost 1k of our money so who cares at that point right? What a scam!

If I hadn t purchased a service contract I d NEVER go back. Last time they attempted to charge me $100 for a cleaning fee in a loaner vehicle because my REGISTERED SERVICE ANIMAL had left 20-50 hairs in it. ( I spoke with a manager & it was resolved. ) Today, In attempt to satisfy them, I left my REGISTERED SERVICE ANIMAL AT HOME & was refused a loaner based on the fact that I had dog hair ON MY CLOTHING. (Per the manager) Seriously?? The woman at the loaner car desk was extremely condescending & her customer service skills are questionable. At best. They wasted my time, made me late for an appt & then said that I just didn t arrive early enough. I really didn t expect this behavior from the people at Honda world considering I went out of my way to accommodate THEIR request. When it s time for another vehicle, You better believe that it won t come from this place.

I had the worst buying experience from Honda World. PLEASE, do NOT buy a car from them. I have contacted 2 people from Honda World, there names are Slava (Sales Rep) and Chuck Morelli(general Manager). I emailed Chuck to give me his best price on a car and he did, quickly. I then tell him that I don't I can work the payments out, but changed my mind once I talked to my wife. When I emailed him back, he told me that the price he quoted was from another car. He totally lied! Same for the sales Rep Slava, he texted me a price for a pre-owned car, only to find out that he mis-quoted me by over $600. These guys are a bunch of jokes. I"ll never buy a car from them!

I bought a Chevrolet Impala on Saturday and my salesman was Mickey, this guy goes above and beyond what a salesman is supposed to do. I rented a car, my wife, daughter and I drove from Clarksville TN to your dealership to look at a Toyota Camry. Upon arrival we linked up with Mickey he took us to the car and let me look over it. Opened the car up and it smelled like mildew, upon further inspection I found that the floor boards was soaked with water. Mickey immediately called the manager to address our concerns. The manager was very friendly and took the Camry so that someone could address the water in the floor boards. As you could imagine I was furious. I just drove three hours to look at a car and it had water in the floor boards. Mickey didn't give up. He wasn't pushy, just was giving us different options to look at. He was very knowledgeable about every vehicle on the used car lot. We looked at a Grand Cherokee limited. It just wasn't for us. We looked at several other vehicles but they just was not for us. Mickey still giving us other options and I think I was just being hard headed because of the water issue with the Camry. Well then my wife seen an Impala and Mickey went and grabbed the keys, and needless to say we really liked it. Mickey could have let us walk away after the issue with the Camry but he stuck at it. Even after I was being rude to him. He didnt let that get in his way. He still stayed professional and kept trying. This guy is very honest, hard working, and professional. If it was not for him I would have not bought this car. I told him that my rental had to be returned by 1430 and he said no problem we will get you over there and back so you don't get charged for the rental twice. He wasn't just any salesman he actually cared that we didn't get charged twice. This man goes above and beyond. If I look for another vehicle he is definitely the man I'm calling first. Thanks for the experience that started off bad and turned into a great one. I look forward to doing more business with Mickey in the near future.

My only complaint is that it took quite awhile to get someone to help me. However, once Chris started to assist me, everything was wonderful. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, and was easily able to answer all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend working with Chris if you're looking to purchase a car. The price was competitive with other private and dealer prices in the area.

My experience was also great with the Honda World finance department, the man who helped me fill out all the necessary paperwork, and with Hannah, the person who showed me how to set up the car's Bluetooth integration. Overall, I couldn't have been happier.
