I took a call to install NCC after looking for several other options and turns out that the choice was right.. even though it takes some time to get used to the automation system, we are well able to use it because of the help of the technicians who are very patient and can do wonders when u have specific setting requests..highly recommend it!

We are using NCC Telecom Pvt. Ltd. Since last 2.5 Years. Recently I have an opportunity to ask for some service request from these guys. Alpesh Patil was the engineer who attended to our complaint and he set it right immediately. He was highly competent and skilled. I would strongly recommend NCC telecom for home automation and I have been using it in our home since 2012 . We have had no major problems .
