If I hadn t purchased a service contract I d NEVER...

If I hadn t purchased a service contract I d NEVER go back. Last time they attempted to charge me $100 for a cleaning fee in a loaner vehicle because my REGISTERED SERVICE ANIMAL had left 20-50 hairs in it. ( I spoke with a manager & it was resolved. ) Today, In attempt to satisfy them, I left my REGISTERED SERVICE ANIMAL AT HOME & was refused a loaner based on the fact that I had dog hair ON MY CLOTHING. (Per the manager) Seriously?? The woman at the loaner car desk was extremely condescending & her customer service skills are questionable. At best. They wasted my time, made me late for an appt & then said that I just didn t arrive early enough. I really didn t expect this behavior from the people at Honda world considering I went out of my way to accommodate THEIR request. When it s time for another vehicle, You better believe that it won t come from this place.
