run fast run far. i've never had such a terrible experience. i should have stuck w/ my first choice of going to carmax. on wednesday feb 5, i purchased what i thought and was advertised as a 2016 premiere q50. i was totally blinded by the low miles and the lifetime warranty. after taking possession the next day i noticed it didn't have electric seats like the premiere is supposed to have. after telling my wife about it. i started looking closer and the car didn't many things the premiere is supposed to have. by friday i was ready to get rid of the car. i went to the store that next saturday afternoon to return it. when we bought the car there was a a grey box on price breakdown of the car that said satisfaction guaranteed. apparently there was some small print about, it's only for the exchange of a car w/ a car on their lot, only. but i was also told i didn't qualify for that because i bought it out reconditioning. because of the low miles we wanted to buy the car before anyone else could, but we were never told there was a penalty for buying it out of recon. so, here i am not having the car for three whole days yet and wanting to return it, thinking from what i read as satisfaction guaranteed like caravana and many other car places allow a few day grace period. here they falsely say what trim the car is, talk about how great this program is and that program is, but i'm back in less three days and all i get is sorry you test drove it. you should have known everything you needed to know then. sorry there's nothing we can do for you.
