Best shower youll have in baguio. exceptional staff at frontdesk. Breakfast was nice. Room was very clean. I liked the cafe too made me very happy (coffee&cake/pastrie lover) amm only lacking a bidet aka tabo sa toilet (a necessity for us filipinos) oh and the pricelist about of towel, sheets even floor mats make you paranoid. You stain you pay daw. Well only for permanent marks daw but still. Sayang 5 stars sana.

Very unhelpful staff at the cafe in the hotel lobby. We ordered something as simple as ginger tea and cake. The cake was adequately decadent so no complaints there. The tea however was very sour. We asked one of the waitresses why that is since it s the first time we tasted sour ginger tea. She said they brewed it with lemon (then changed her response to lemongrass later). We asked if we could have it without the lemon. She disappeared to presumably ask someone if it s possible. After a few minutes of waiting, we flagged a different waiter down to have the tea replaced. He immediately took it away. We told him specifically to not include lemon as we wanted to taste the ginger. It was taking a while so we asked someone what was going on, they said it was currently still being brewed. It took more or less 30 minutes for them to give us a pot of tea that tasted the same - still very sour. What s worse is that this time there was a bug visibly floating in it. We lost our appetite for it after that. We flagged down a waiter and showed it to him. He looked at it and took it away. Though they were gracious enough to remove the drink from our bill, not a single one of the staff came to apologize or ask what they could have done better. They just looked at us like nothing was the matter. We wasted our time in coming here. Even though their pastries are good, they need better training in customer service.

The coffee shop in the lobby/entrance has a very good wifi connectivity. The coffee was fine, a little pricey (no refills) but fine. The cake I ordered was smothered in cream, and also pricey. The waitstaff was corteus, and let me have my coffee in peace. Generally, its fine.

2,000+ php room with no fan or air conditioning. Bathroom door doesn't close or have exhaust fan. 1 flat pillow per bed. Dirty floors. I tried to call 3 times at 1 hour intervals, but nobody answered so I went there directly. My daughter had just gotten new braces and it was late in the day to travel so I decided to get a room for the night. I'll never recommend that hotel to anyone. I demanded a refund and took a taxi to the Bloomfield (where I'm writing this review from).

Nice spacious area. Good location. Excellent rooftop bar and resto. Helpful staff. One of our rooms wasn't fully prepared, but we were given another room immediately. Parking spaces aren't enough for the size of the hotel.

The hotel staffs sure know what they're doing. Also, their buffets are very price friendly and the foods taste really good.
Their breakfast buffet is fantastic with lots of foods to choose from. Their merienda buffet also offers a variety of sweet, sour, and salty delicacies.

Shot!

Spent a nice quiet evening at their restaurant enjoyed a taste of nice filipino favorite dishes. Loved the pork sinigang soup and lechon kawali. The hotel is all dressed up for Halloween and Christmas? Kinda confusing but had a great time anyway.

Another of my "go-to-places" to do academic requirements while being full with great food at the same time and with a reasonable price as well.
Their sisig is the best I've had in Baguio so far. Desserts are affordable and delicious. Kimchi soup is a must try. I haven't been disappointed in anything that I've ordered here.

Overall a nice hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is decent. The coffee isn't very good though. If you're looking for a standard hotel with big rooms this is good for that. If you're looking for something unique and charming, then it's not the place.

Our stay at this hotel was horrible. First of all, one of the room smells so moldy and musty, we had to go to the front desk cause no one answers the phone, to have it changed. The other room has a big roaches, which my husband has to kill, the smoke alarm has spider webs. I couldn't sleep because the ceiling fan was making a lot of noise, they said they will give us more fans but there wasn't anything in the room, we called again no answer. We told the front desk staff about the roaches all they did was smile at us, no apology was offered. Breakfast was disappointing, not a lot of selections, food was very salty! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The food is good.. the people in the front desk are approachable and jolly... But I had this waitress named Sera May, whom we asked for a glass of water she pointed at the water dispenser near bar implying self service. When it shows in the table that "water will be served upon request"(verbatim).. after a while one waiter went to the table next to us serving two glasses of water.. like, did I just sense discrimination?

I highly recommend Citylight Hotel for everyone who would like to look for classic accommodation for various events like Debut, Wedding, Promenade, Seminars etc. The place is good and it is very accessible since it is located near city center, Malls, and Baguio Cathedral.

City Light hotel is one of the cheapest hotels located near the session road and other tourist attractions. Its near the market and burnham park so its very convenient. And since its cheap expect that its almost always fully booked. Although they don't have the best service but if you just want a place to sleep that is near the center of the city. This is a place for you.

A nice cozy hotel in Baguio City that is just a 2-minute walking distance from Baguio Cathedral. Buffet breakfast is served daily in the dining hall at the ground floor. They also have a nice Coffee & Pastry Shop at the lobby area and 2 Restaurants/Bars at the rooftop.

The wifi is horrible
-They "tried" to make your lives better by putting wifi routers on every floor but surprise surprise it's still weak. We don't need faster wifi's but we need stronger one's that reach the room.

-Before, they gave 2 pillows per bed(as seen in the pictures) but HAHA they don't anymore. False Advertisement.

-Oh and your view through the windows are piles of trash and a dead rat from the rooms in Basement 3.

I recommend looking for another hotel. Living here is uncomparable to sleeping beside a trashcan(you won't know the difference)

Nice hotel, affordable accommodation, quick room service. With pianist and singer at the lobby on Fridays and Saturdays. We took a non-aircon room, which was fine. Room size was good, not cramped. Big TV, but picture was not sharp. Wi-Fi in room, quite slow though. Great breakfast buffet was included in our booking. Helpful guard and staff.

The room cut is wide. It's airconless our room. They got ceiling Fans. They have complimentary breakfast which is buffet which I like. The area is near SM Baguio. Session Rd. Accessible to most shops. They have wide screen TV. The reception area is soo nice cozy they got big couches for customers they have up to basement 5 which is cool. The building is clean in the hallway love this place.
