Beautiful park with veriety of cactuses represented. Saguaros are unbelievable
Awesome park.. Like going to a forest of saguaros!
Scenic views. Hiking and biking trails galore. Awesome Saguaro cacti!
Both the East and West parks offer incredible views and immersive experience in the true vibe of the Sonoran Desert. And especially for spectacular and epic sunsets, these are two of the places to go!
Great place to capture some dessert beauty. It rained the whole time we drove through but was still worth it. Huge saguaro cactuses everywhere!
Beautiful Visitor's Center. A great learning experience of the king of the cacti. Great NPS staff. MOVIE is excellent
Amazing place! This park definitley represents how beautiful a desert ecosystem can be. Arizona is the only place in the world where Suguaros grow, and that's pretty amazing. Put this place on the top of your list if you plan on visiting Arizona. You won't be disappointed.
This is a little known national park that displays a main part of Arizona landscapes and terrains. There is a cute little gift shop where you can buy little gifts and also learn more about the history of the park. They also have picnic areas and sceneci drives that you can drive to. Not busy at all. If you are near it, I would definitely go to it and the seguaros are amazing.
Absolutely stunning location! A beautiful piece of the Southwest well worth the visit!
Beautiful Arizona Park perfect for a challenging bike ride
Great place for hiking. Beautiful area. Trails are nice and well marked
True beauty and a lesson in patience. Come and learn!
Great hiking and gourgeos scenery. Wonderful desert experience. February and 75 degrees!
Trails and parking are very crowded. For obvious reasons. So get there early. No restrooms or any other facilities
Saguaro National park is awesome the cactus and the moutains are spectacular!!
Amazing experience for my son. The rangers are so nice and helpful
Perfect place to go to hike or just sit and watch wildlife
The wife and I decided to ride our bikes around the 8 Mile Loop of the Saguaro National Park. Do not recommend for the average rider. Make sure you bring lots of water. After the right we visited the visitor center and it was spectacular. After browsing for a few minutes they held a educational presentation on the various cacti living in the National Park. The presenter was very professional and very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed it and learned a lot. This is a must go for you and your family.
If you can't bare the sight of Tuscon, visit here before you leave, you'll get over it. Drive the off-road trail if time permits. Spectacular.
A pleasant and obviously scenic drive. Plan to take a while to wind your way through the park. The visitor's center has very limited hours and the bathrooms are closed if it's not open so plan accordingly.
I love cactus so this place was fabulous! We did the drive through stopping a few places to do the short hikes. Awesome! This was the East park and I was a little wary about not going to the Western side but I loved this place.
Attended a wonderful Star-Gazing 'party' in the parking lot!
This is a facinating national park. We learned all about the Senoran desert. It has interesting animals and so many different kinds of cactus. It is very unique because of the impressive saguaro cactus that are found in this park.
Its amazing, Like all National Parks that I been too.
Lovely desert scenery, well marked trails. Beautiful!
Great National Park. Staff and facilities were excellent!
I really enjoyed my short visit. It is especially beautiful near sundown.
Such a beautiful park! The landscape is magnificent and magical.
I'd say I'd not got there be cause I have catciphophia but idon't say it would be fun to go
I liked this park, it's way out there, pretty rural. It has a nice drive to take in the views and the variety of plants and it also has some great hikes. I did both. I like the visitors center, it concentrates on children's programs, but it's well built and maintained, and it's clean. I only went to the West side, I didn't want to drive through Tuscon to get to the other side. It's worth the visit for sure.
So glad we decided to stay south and go here. Beautiful place
Very beautiful park with many cacti and bizarre forms
Great place to hike many exciting trail and great vista
Gorgeous drive at sunset heading to town. Also a relaxing drive
Incredible views everywhere you look. Had a fun time personifying the different saguaros.
This is one of the most accessible National Parks I have been to. It is clean and is the same in 1971 as it is in 2018. Excellent family park with trails.
Beautiful park. Unfortunately no staff due to the government shut down.
Good visitors center. Drive the gravel roads...great views.
The saguaros were in full bloom. The visitors center was very nice, the park rangers were able to answer our questions about the javalinas.
Beautiful scenery! Amazing views! Saw a couple of rattlesnakes almost up close.
Beautiful park! There are actually 2 sections to the park. An east and a west, about 50 minutes away from each other. Please make time for both each are absolutely beautiful but different kind of scenery!
What a nice, peaceful, quiet place to enjoy cacti. Great views, great gift shop, even a picnic area where you can just sit and be in nature. Love this place!
Outstanding. Jut spectacular. Worth the trip, stayed to get pictures of the sunset. Loved it.
Very interesting park to visit. Amazing how tall some of the cactus get and the amount of them. Plenty of trails to hike on throughout the park. Visited on September 6 and the temperature was 106 degrees when we got there. Must use extra caution if hiking or visiting the park on such a hot day. Plenty of water is a must. Signal Hill was quite a cool spot especially for sunset. Make sure to walk the 1/2 mile Signal trail. The sign at the beginning of the trail warns you of rattlesnakes, Gila monsters and scorpions. Fortunately we did not come across any but saw many tiny lizards running around.
This is a perfect time of year to visit. So much in bloom!
I love this park, great for casual walks and hikes
Beautiful park with lots of hiking trails. Sunset in this park is amazing. The park facilities are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend a visit to this majestic landmark. Stick around for sunset.
Visited the visitor's center in preparation for a hike through the park on the AZ trail. The visitor's center is gorgeous with nice displays and very helpful rangers. The park is immense, remote, and has a variety of ecosystems. We hiked 28 miles in 2 days, with an overnight above 8,000'. It was an arduous hike and the park and camping areas were exquisite.
It is a great place to take a hike, whether you're with friends or. Is beautiful and relaxing the scenery is amazing.
Yeah I loved it first time here in Arizona and this beautiful what's the name of this place the cactuses were plentiful and it's pretty amazing I'll be back
Saguaro is a great Park as we are looking at moving very close and volunteering here so that is a great endorsement. We would drive up here every night to watch some spectacular sunsets and some of the hikes we want on we're very good. No complaints.
What a huge place. How did life evolve here, anyway? sand, brush and very little water!
Even though the national parks have been shut down I feel lucky that we stopped here and took the time to spend time in the park with all the snow. We were really lucky to see the park in this state. Highly recommend.
My favorite place...watch the video in the visitors center!!
Beautiful drive in the dessert, off road so don't drive low rider or sportscar. Best if truck or SUV.
Beautiful, love riding my motorcycle through the park
We live hiking through this park. Occasionally I get a visitor and take them to the main park area where you can drive the loop. Recently saw a giant desert centipede but did not get the camera out before our was in a bush. A great spot on the far East side of tucson to see the flora and fauna. Can be hot in summer months since most trails are low elevation.
Beautiful! Watch the video in the visitor center, it ends with an amazing surprise.
It is a beautiful relaxing place of majestic fauna and its flora is incredible heat if it is definitely very extreme by day the sun is strenuous and at night it is freezing, but truly beautiful and highly recommended to visit !!
Saguaros galore, big ones and pretty deseet scenery. The path form Broadway was paved to the picnic area. And not too hilly. My 80 year old dad did a 2.2 mile loop with us and just a few tougher ups. Great area.
Great for tourists. Also great for residents who want to get outside and see the beautiful Sonoran desert.
I have lived here in the valley for over twenty years and have always enjoyed the park
