They were very professional and knowledgeable about all the questions I had. Gave me all the information I needed and eased my mind considerably . These 2 are an asset to your company for sure! I would highly recommend you guys to whoever has to go thru the unfortunate accident of water damage.

These are the real experts. No one else in the entire area can hold a candle to this company. I have dealt with all of them and Servpro is the best. Don't waste your time in money with anyone else.

We were referred to ServePro through our insurance company (Farmer's Insurance) b/c we thought we had found water damage and wanted to find where the leak was coming from. Matt called my husband immediately and set-up a time to come to our house. Matt came out, explained everything he was going to do - explained what his equipment does - then he got to work looking for water and water damage. Each step of the way he showed and explained to my husband what he was seeing and what he was looking for. Thankfully no water problem was found and it looked like it was left over damage from a previous issue. When my husband asked, "How much do we owe you?" Matt replied, "Nothing." I realize we didn't really have any work done, but Matt's customer service and the time he spent to explain everything to us went a long way. Thank you.

We recently had our sump fail in our basment! We put in a call to our insurance company. They recommend Servpro. They were out the NEXT day, had all our carpet and pad taken out in our very large downstairs. 30+ fans and dehumidifiers. The guys who did the work were extremely careful with all our personal belongings. They even moved my wife s Mom s piano. We did have some discrepancies with the billing they charged us but Greg came out at 7pm one night and corrected that. Out of a terrible situation for us Servpro made things right again. Highly recommended. Hope we never have to see them again.

Avoid ServPro of Peoria, especially if you don't have a "start date" and "complete by date" on your contract.

My furnace quit in the winter, causing my pipes to freeze and put standing water on every room of my basement. I paid a different company to clean up the water Jan 2019 thru March 2019. I contracted Servpro to restore the home to its previous condition.

I signed a repair contract with Servpro on May 1, 2019 with the required deposit, work was not even started until late-June and "completed" at the end of August. I waited for them all summer to finish restoring my basement after some water damage.

The quality of work was sorely lacking. They provided a very detailed quote, but when the work was "completed" I found many items that they did not install. They specifically quoted fluorescent lights to match what was installed before they started work, and yet they tried to install a standard light fixture instead. I explicitly told them which light fixtures and outlet covers needed to be replaced, and they still did not get all of the outlet covers replaced. They did not reconnect the water softener that they disconnected. Their tile job was lifting / curling after a few days. They quoted carpet for the closet under the stairs, but forgot to install it.

The project manager has many subcontractors working for him and he failed to manage. They had a different company / guy to paint, another one to do drywall, another one to do carpet, etc. The project manager failed to check up on his subcontractors AT ALL. PM never came out to the house to check on their work. PM could never tell me who was going to be at my house or what work was being done on a given day. He could not even get his subcontractors on the phone to know the status of the work. The subcontractors would only show up for a few hours at a time and they left the place a mess.

I explicitly asked him in early July to confirm that all supplies were ordered or acquired. He flat out LIED to me. He did not have crown molding ordered until mid-Aug and tried to delay the project further.

After having trouble along the way with the various subcontractors, I explicitly asked the PM and his supervisor to visit the property before they call it "done" in order to check the work of their subcontractors and check their quote line by line to ensure that all work was completed. They said they would "take care of it", but they sent me the bill and never visited the house. I had to get them out to the house two more times after it was "done" before I was satisfied with the work. They tried to fight me for more money because "that wasn't there when I (Project Manager) gave my quote". COMPLETE LIE, and I had pictures taken by the Project Manager himself that proved those items were installed in the house when he provided the quote, before his team began their work.

TLDR, DO NOT USE SERVPRO at any cost! They are liars, they take forever, they refuse to take responsibility to get the job done right the first time.

My husband and I hired ServPro after a water pipe broke at our rental house while we were out of town. They initially told the renters someone would follow up daily with the clean up process. After 3 days they were never contacted. On the second day I called to try to facilitate the process and never received a call back. On the third day I called again and I was told someone would be there about 530pm to collect the fans. Someone showed up closer to 830pm and they didn t understand why my renters were upset. Finally we got a bill from the company and the charges weren t itemized. When my husband called requesting an itemized bill the response he got was well aren t you submitting this to insurance? When we asked why we were charged for 3 days we were told that s apparently the minimum. However, no one told us there was a minimum rental period and we only really needed the fans for 1-2 days. Needless to say we will never use ServPro again.

It took 3 days for the estimator to come out, and that was after they received 2 calls from my insurance company. By then the carpet was pretty much toast, but they came out after another 2 days and put several fans under the carpet WITHOUT EVER RUNNING THE EXTRACTOR!!
I had already purchased my own blower by then, pulled the pad out of half the basement, extracted with my water vac, and had the carpet nearly dry. After they came, set up their dehumidifier, then blew the fans under soaking carpet, the basement became like a soakingwet greenhouse. Then another crew had to come out and pull the carpet...to be continued...

Amazing service. We had a pipe burst in a bathroom and water came through our kitchen and walls from the top floor to the basement. These guys offered to come out immediately to start helping. They were always very friendly and professional and did an amazing job cleaning everything up and working with our insurance company to get the problem resolved.

Really couldn't ask for a more professional and respectable group of people to help us through the little disaster.

Seriously, call this company if you need your house restored and back to normal.

During recent heavy rains, we ended up with about 9"-10" of water in our basement when our sump pump failed. After calling several clean up companies, who were understandably swamped, ServPro showed up ready to get to work, we were just expecting a quote. Within 20 mins of them showing up, after a few signatures, they were working hard and fast to clean up a massive mess. Very professional, friendly enough for me. I'll update this review after they finish, hopefully to upgrade their rating to a full 5 stars. So far, very happy. UPDATE: Very fast, very thorough, excellent work.
