We were on our way out of town when the driver side window wouldn't roll back up. Went to the nearest Safelite where they rolled it up, disabled the switch and told us how to fix it when we got back. All without an apt and with less than an hour there. Everyone was really nice and polite and the facillity was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get fixes done.
Building a bit tricky to find, look for lawn sign and turn in between 2 buildings all the way to the back. Tall sign where parking avail. Receptionist was quick to help and provide service, excellent customer relations skills . Gentleman immediately came out to look at vehicle issue and was very knowledgeable. The work order was promptly worked up with a 3rd party payer, no hassle, great service, very professional

Waiting room comfortable, water and coffee available. They damaged the holder for my GPS. It was repairable. I think more care should have been taken removing it from me old windshield.
I scheduled a windshield replacement for my Liberty here. When I arrived the staff were kind and helpful, the waiting room was great, and the service took about 90 minutes- right what they told me it would be. Unfortunately, the good things stopped there. On the drive home I started to notice things- The inside of the car was FILTHY. Pieces of foam from my headliner, dust, BLACK URETHANE WINDOW SEALANT in several spots in my interior, and worst of all, a scratch on my leather steering wheel. I rushed home and took some degreaser to the window sealant stains, and then noticed MORE of it on my paint, and the surface of my new windshield. More to clean. (for those who don't know, this stuff will be a permanent dark black stain once it dries if you don't catch it.)
Overall I am pleased with the 'effectiveness' of the repair, since I technically do have a new windshield. The Care and Quality of the work though? Not at all. Especially since I was quoted $50 less by a local windshield company, but foolishly decided to go to the chain store because "reputation".
I scheduled to have the Safelite mobile service come out and replace my windshield. Appointment was from 8am to Noon because I work second shift so being up this early was pretty rough since I work till midnight so making sure the work got done in the morning was important to me. Im not a fan of wasting time or losing sleep for no reason. Well, an hour or so had gone by and finally got a call stating that the windshield for my vehicle had not even come in yet! I realize this is the shipping company's fault, however, I was told it was a common occurrence. Solution: Safelite needs to partner up with a way more reliable shipping company. As big of a company that Safelite is, this issue with shipping should be absolutely unacceptable.
Very great, they even washed ALL of my windows after installing my windshield. They even let me go into the bay to discuss how to get a replacement sticker from the factory for my truck windshield. Sooo helpful!
I've called 3 times only to be on hold for as long as 20 mins and still never got the quote, I dont even care if you're cheaper now I'd pay 50$ more to avoid letting your automated system waste anymore of my time. You're too big to remember what customer service really is at this point.
Went there to have the windshield replaced in our Prius. Went early thinking we could get done sooner. Nope. They were BUSY! Well organized, they were working on four cars at the same time. Looked like chaos.

I made appointment on line. I showed on the day I was given and at the time only to be told the computer had been malfunctioning and my appoint was actually for the following week. On time (early, in fact, to start and finish). They even removed interior panels around the broken back glass and vacuumed inside the frame of the rear hatch, to get out as much of the glass shards as they could.

I lost my engagement diamond ring a couple of years ago, it flung out of my hand in the car and we couldn t find it. We even had the seats taken out to find it but it wasn t found. Unfortunately, they are not very transparent about their pricing. They won't tell you on the phone about all the fees or include them in the quote. I should have pulled the receipt out the envelope and checked it before I left. I think I would use them again, but I would caution anyone to add about $10-25 to the price on top of whatever quote you get, and figure tax on top of that.

On a trip from Minneapolis to Austin, TX, we hit what we think was an owl in the middle of nowhere, very early in the morning. We made it to this Safelite location a couple hours before they opened. We tried to sleep on the car a bit and wait for them to open. They were nothing but amazing to us. Began helping us as soon as people arrived. Everyone was extremely friendly and beyond what we could have expected.

Service man came out on a Saturday (A Saturday) and had new windshield installed in a flash. I watched him do the work. He took time to talk to me and tell me what he was doing. He was a pro. Very exacting in what he was doing. Obviously, very passionate about his work. Cleaned all the windows on the car and gave us detailed instruction about what we had to do for a short time after the installation was complete. HE EVEN REPLACED THE TOLL ROAD PASS THAT WAS ON THE OLD WINDSHIELD. It was nice to meet a man who obviously enjoyed his job. I believe his name was Shawn.

Easy to book through my Geico Mobile App, then great communication and a call to say they were on the way to replace it in the parking lot of my office. Went for a windshield replacement.They were ready at my appointment time sharp. The waiting room was comfortable and had a desk I could do some work while waiting. They were very accommodating since I was coming from 4 hours away and had to get to the dealer afterwards before they closed. The work was excellent and the technician came out and explained to me all the work they did. I was really impressed with the excellent service.

Safelite Is Alright I scheduled an appointment to get my Truck in for a windshield replacement as I had a crack going across my drivers side view so after going through my insurance company I was able to get a new windshield installed. The gentleman who installed it came to the lobby and introduced himself at first and said if I had any questions he would be happy to answer. The Safelite employee did an outstanding job and was very careful with my truck as I was very pleased and the job only took 1 1/2 hours to do. I waited in the lobby while it was being done and had coffee to drink and watched TV. "Delicious Coffee by the way"
What an awful experience. The automated person on the phone asked three minutes of questions so they can give you a simple quote, then connects you to a person who starts over with the questions. I tell him I already provided all this information and now he magically has it. He asks a few more questions and then requires my phone number, in case they want to text me about changes in scheduling for my appointment. I tell him I just want a quote, not any follow-up. He says he needs this, and then reads me my telephone number... he had it the whole time. He then wants my license plate number before he can give me a quote. I had enough. All i wanted was a quote. Was it so much to ask for?

So on November 15 I took my car to replace the broken window of the driver seat in my car I went to the store that is located in (8805 E 34th St N, Wichita, KS 67226) and I paid $159. After they gave me the car and everything was suppose to be perfect again I tried rolling up and down the window I found out that the window doesn't roll up and down efficiently like i press the button sometime and window doesn't roll up Also i notice that there was weird sound like there is still broken glass inside the door. I went back in the store and after 10 mins of negotiating with the technician that fixed my car he decided that it was his fault and he gonna fix it at his own expense and the weird noise that i am hearing is broken glass trapped inside and it will go by driving. Today November 27 I went again for it to be fixed this time they fixed it but there was a small plastic cap on one of the screws in the door that has been broken this time!! And again he said the noise he cant do any thing about it it will be gone by time. Overall I am really not satisfied about the amount of money that I paid compared the service that I got and the Poor Work.
Sure would be nice if they told you right off the bat; "we are not taking calls right now" at the beginning of the phone call instead of after they waste your time with all their robo options. Is it really that hard to pay someone to answer phones?

I have had a very terrible experience with Safelite. I found a small chip on my windshield and reported it to my insurance Geico, and then Geico hired Safelite to seal the chip as the size was way less than a dollar bill. The Safelite technician came and used the machine, but during the procedure, the small chip became a large crack spanning through the middle of my windshield, and then they recommended me replacing my windshield for close to 279 dollars! Pretty absurd to begin with as I did not crack it, and the chip was so small, there is no way it would not have developed as a crack for at least another 3 years contrary to what their manager believes. I tried negotiating with the manager to bring to at least
150 dollars to share burden, but he would not budge from the price of about 200 dollars( 80 dollars is what he wanted to discount). This is quite frustrating because, first of all, I did not cause the crack, and then they want me to pay for the replacement, where this should be something they should take care of and replace for free! Completely unsatisfactory customer service. I do not recommend using their services
Did what they were supposed to do, but didn't realize that when looking from inside, the pencil lead sized pit was now a 2 inch crack.
Overall the service was great, employees were excellent to deal with. The only downside is the stupid location in the commercial / industrial park location. You can see it from the highway but hard to find for most people I am sure.

Went online to search for an accurate quote. Since I wasn't needing my whole window replaced just corrected since it had gone off track I decided to call. Spent over 20 minutes on hold just to be told they will still charge for a driver side window replacement even if the window is not broken. Forewarning to anyone who might have the same inquiring in the future.
Today I went in because my entire windshield was coming off my car. The employees were very concerned for my safety and were able to fit me in almost immediately even though I didn t have an appointment. Everyone was very thorough and covered all my expenses because Safelite in Alabama was the last ones to work on my window, even though my car was under different ownership at the time.
