Today I went in because my entire windshield was coming off my car. The employees were very concerned for my safety and were able to fit me in almost immediately even though I didn t have an appointment. Everyone was very thorough and covered all my expenses because Safelite in Alabama was the last ones to work on my window, even though my car was under different ownership at the time. They could have easily not told me or claimed it wasn t under warranty to get their money, but they were truthful. Jeremy Woolever took great care of me and my car.
