I scheduled a windshield replacement for my Liberty here. When I arrived the staff were kind and helpful, the waiting room was great, and the service took about 90 minutes- right what they told me it would be. Unfortunately, the good things stopped there. On the drive home I started to notice things- The inside of the car was FILTHY. Pieces of foam from my headliner, dust, BLACK URETHANE WINDOW SEALANT in several spots in my interior, and worst of all, a scratch on my leather steering wheel. I rushed home and took some degreaser to the window sealant stains, and then noticed MORE of it on my paint, and the surface of my new windshield. More to clean. (for those who don't know, this stuff will be a permanent dark black stain once it dries if you don't catch it.)

Overall I am pleased with the 'effectiveness' of the repair, since I technically do have a new windshield. The Care and Quality of the work though? Not at all. Especially since I was quoted $50 less by a local windshield company, but foolishly decided to go to the chain store because "reputation".
