Almost, everything about the experience was good. I was quoted a good price, and from all indication I received a high quality replacement, installed by professions. Pleased with the workmanship.

Unfortunately, they are not very transparent about their pricing. They won't tell you on the phone about all the fees or include them in the quote. I should have pulled the receipt out the envelope and checked it before I left. I think I would use them again, but I would caution anyone to add about $10-25 to the price on top of whatever quote you get, and figure tax on top of that.
