I scheduled to have the Safelite mobile service come out and replace my windshield. Appointment was from 8am to Noon because I work second shift so being up this early was pretty rough since I work till midnight so making sure the work got done in the morning was important to me. Im not a fan of wasting time or losing sleep for no reason. Well, an hour or so had gone by and finally got a call stating that the windshield for my vehicle had not even come in yet! I realize this is the shipping company's fault, however, I was told it was a common occurrence. Solution: Safelite needs to partner up with a way more reliable shipping company. As big of a company that Safelite is, this issue with shipping should be absolutely unacceptable.
