A good Security system is very important nowadays and I think ADT has a very nice system in place. Erick Olivar was our technician. He was very helpful. He explained everything to us in a manner that we could understand. He provided us with an excellent customer service.

This business is a total scam. Stay away from low life bottom feeders like them. They are frauds hiding behind contractual obligations. Someone should investigate them.

ADT have very good security and fire alarm systems. Paul Truex and Alexander are very pleasant and helpful to us. They love their jobs and it shows. Paul care about his customers, he won t leave your house without making sure you understand everything. My husband and I are satisfied with their service and feel secure from now on.

Erick with Safe Haven Security Services/ADT came over to install my ADT system. Due to our impacted schedule we requested he come right at 8 am. What surprised us was that he was here well before that. We really appreciated his commitment to customer service by coming early for us.

We got a great deal on a security package that was a full days work to install and he tirelessly worked all day without a single break or lunch to finish. He carefully explained to us how to use the system as well as explain other options that were available to us for customizing our security system. He even waited patiently for us to discuss and go back and forth between what we wanted and what we could afford.

I couldn t have had a better experience with Erick and the entire process overall. I would absolutely recommend him and his team for anyone looking for home security

I wish I could give a 0 star or negative. I would rate this place as #1 on a list of businesses with worst customer service. I got promised 3 months of free service and have had an ongoing battle trying to get this resolved. I will never again do business with ADT or any of their 3rd party retailers as they have gone to show me they are untrustworthy and do not know customer service. Serious waste of time. You may think you are getting a deal, but you are better off avoiding them at all costs.they also promised that they didn't chagrin those ADT Security System with keypad, 5 door/window sensors and a motion detector. But at least they want my husband wrote 500$ check for those. All they say are lie . We can't ever cancellation.

Be carful - this company has a method of bait and switch. They tempt you with a huge "free install/equip" but when they come to your house, they push you to add more, sign up for high monitoring rates, and as soon as you need more equip, they pull out these crazy fees. Then they get you to sign up for a crazy contract that you will never be able to cancel or you will need to eat a huge cancelation fee. Just be carful. It's amazing that there are still companies out there that do this monkey business.

Peter Hamm, my installation technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to quickly and accurately teach me about the equipment. I appreciate his attention to detail and sociable personality. He made the experience enjoyable and made me feel cared about as a customer.

My experience with Kyle the Safe Haven Security/ADT specialist was awesome. He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He loves what he does and it shows through his presentation!

Signed up for the service but decided to cancel next day since I didn't require it. Customer service is horrible and they will not cancel my account after countless calls and emails. I'm supposed to get a call from this Chris guy to cancel my account and I'm sure he will just give me the classic sales pitch of "don't leave we will do this all for free now!". Horrible company.

He also explained all the fees upfront so there were no surprises. We were very happy with the installation and especially working with Trevor.

RUN- BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! We are a military family, so moving is something we are used to. We also always ask questions like "if we get PCS orders, will we be allowed out of our contract without penalty?" The salesman assured me we could. Here we are 1 year later. SafeHaven is REFUSING to cancel our service and wants to charge us early termination. They LIED to us to secure contract and now we are being HELD HOSTAGE in contract with HIGH CHARGE THREATS is not how you treat military members.

Had a great experience with Andrew G. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through how to use all the settings on my system and made sure I knew how everything worked. Highly recommended and will be asking for him specifically as my Tech from now on.

Mr. Jimmie Powell was punctual, responsible and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and gave us valuable advice on how the system operates and what equipment we needed to install. He explained how break-ins tend to occur and the very next day the system was installed we had an attempted break-in, exactly how Mr. Powell had predicted. Fortunately for us it was just an attempt and nothing else has occurred.

TERRIBLE company and service. I will NEVER be an ADT customer again. My house that my husband and I bought is infested with mold and roof issues. It is not inhabitable and we cannot currently live in it. We could not get our ADT transferred to our new location, but ADT didn't seem to care about any of it. They told us we have to spend $900 to finish paying off the contract or keep paying a monthly service for the ADT system that's not even cut on in our house. Do NOT go with this company. I wish I would have went with CPI instead, but I'll never make this mistake again.

wife and i bought are first home, 2 days after closing two ADT safehaven salesmen(one was some sort of corporate training guy) randomly showed up, at first they said it was a "no pressure" no obligation informative talk, but about fifteen minutes in they got really really pushy and were trying to pressure me into getting a special offer package that they said required i make a decision right then and there, i worked customer service for years and high pressure and scare tactics don't make the potential customer comfortable, had they been relaxed and simply informative i may have actually signed up, i would advise people to stay away from this company, if you look at their BBB reviews, there's a lot of horror stories about them.

As someone who was having his first home security system installed, it was a pleasure to have the work completed by Jason from ADT.

Jason was extremely professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He took special care to familiarize me with the system and how to use it. I was completely happy with his work.

I have had nothing but problems with their system since it was installed . I have tried to get them to fix it . The excuse now is because of my internet but they forgot the fact their tech nician said everything would work . I have complained to them and the financer regions bank they will not return my calls or Green Sky ( Regions ) request. I am now stuck with note and system that is junk

Tyson Reese from Safe Haven Security installed my security system on March 5th and 6th. The first day he came he was here from noon until midnight! He was extremely thorough in going over all of the security options that were available to me, and was also really good about answering all of my questions and addressing all of my concerns. I ended up getting a lot of services, and there were some glitches setting up some of the things like the garage door opening from my phone. Tyson was really patient and worked his way through everything until it was all up and running properly. He came back the following day to install a security camera in my back yard. He was professional, courteous, and worked hard to make sure everything was done right and just the way that I wanted it. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to get a system installed.

As many other people stated, not a trustworthy company. They will blatantly lie and then tell you other things when you try and back track. I was told I originally had 30 days to cancel and when I tried to cancel they then said it was only 3 days which isn t even enough time to see if the system works. They installed the system wrong the first time as well as handled my account incorrectly the first time the alarm went off. When I called to try and get a solution all they could offer is that I wait another week for one of the techs to come out and check my system again. I tried talking to the customer service manager but she was very unpleasant and pretty much insisted everything was my fault. It has been a terrible experience and now I am stuck in contract with them. Look elsewhere if possible.

Had cameras, sensors,and window sensors installed. Every since the main camera was installed it never worked. They sent the techs out 5 times and it has not been resolved but I am being charged for the equipment that is not working. Supposedly they are sending another tech out and try it again. This has been the worst security system setup I have ever encountered. If not resolved it will get canceled.
