Absolute 10/10 experience

I went in today to basically get my entire front end suspension replaced. I was originally contacted by david scher; who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about what parts I needed. I was working with AutoWorld to resolve an unprecedented issue that was solely on the vehicle that I purchased. Working with the service team was great, and they went over and above to resolve the issues. Katrina was amazing through the process, and her team went over and above to assist.

I purchased a 02 nissan sentra from this dealership in october of 2014, i used this dealership because they have a "buy here pay here" billing method which helped me because of not having a co-signer for a loan..when i first bought the car i had issues with a camshaft rear seal leak and it was leaking oil real bad the day i got it home..so naturally i took it back to the dealership to see what they would do, they took it in for service and said it was an oil pan leak and my camshaft sensor was bad so they "claimed' they fixed the problem, but once i got back home again it was still leaking quite a bit of oil and i was nervous to drive the car i just gave all my money for...i wound up taking the car to a local mechanic and he said the censor for the camshaft was shot and definitely not a new one that i was told was put in and got it in writing...and the rear camshaft seal was the cause of the leak...after i took it to that machanic the car has ran great its been a pretty decent car overall for the year and miles....i was recently inquiring about getting a small truck with under 100,000 miles with a trade in for my sentra and cash with the buy here pay here method and the man i talked to on the phone "didnt get his name" kinda chuckled and said "we're not gonna do that" we will do the buy here pay here method for something that's older and more miles nothing that's newer...that kind of rubbed me the wrong way because i've been on time with every single one of my payments and im a current customer looking to do more business with this company and too me it felt like a slap in the face...all because i cant get a co-signer and get a loan takin out...ive been very reliable when it comes to my payments....All in all i will say depending on who you get this place in OK, just because the car i got wound up being decent after i had to put money into it.

Went to Auto World to sell a car. I was greeted by Luis and then worked with Dino to complete the transaction. Everyone there was very very courteous and professional. Dino worked with me and offered a fair and reasonable price for the car. I would use this dealer again and highly recommend them.

Thanks to Seff Perez and Ed for their hard work in getting me in the Toyota truck I wanted. These guys were honest in the beginning and willing to work with my budget so I could get the truck. Highly recommend Auto World. Go see Seff Perez, you will not regret it.

I bought a used car from Auto World last summer and have had nothing but problems with it ever since. The first thing that should've been a red flag was the fact that the car was advertised to be AWD when it was really RWD (I didn't realize this until I got it home...I assumed I wouldn't need to double check THAT at the lot!). Also, the salesman didn't know the answers to any of my questions, and they only went down $500 on the price, even though I was paying in cash that day. Within a month the power steering went out. I took the car to Auto World's service center because luckily I had a 90 day warranty. They kept the car for 2 weeks and it was very difficult to get in touch with someone to find out what was going on. When the car was finally "fixed" and I went to get it, they told me there was a $100 deductible; no one said anything about that before and it wasn't in any of the paperwork either. Since then I've had issues with the ABS and Stabilitrack system. I had to replace a wheel bearing and a faulty emissions valve, and all 4 tires were completely bald within 6 months of me buying the car. The electric back hatch no longer works; I can only open it manually. The compartment in the trunk that holds the jack and the back head rests was soaked with water, which resulted in rusting the jack to the point that it is unusable. The salesman I spoke to the most was friendly but he was the only one who was. Though I do partly blame myself for deciding to buy the car in the first place, I mostly hold the dealership responsible for selling a shoddy car, not fulling inspecting it before selling it, not disclosing all necessary terms and information, and for essentially being shady, deceitful people. I definitely would not recommend buying a car from this place, and I, personally, will never make that mistake again!

I spent multiple days shopping around the plethora of car dealerships in Myrtle Beach. I just had twin girls, finances are tight, and we needed a safe suv very quickly! Rich was extremely compassionate and helpful, and put us into something the same day. All of the people who assisted me were extremely pleasant to work with. I can't express my gratitude enough to the staff!

Everyone worked with us to get the car we wanted for the price we could afford. Rich was awesome!

Had my car serviced here and they were very reasonable and quick service. They diagnosed the problem for free and found the part at almost half the price of other places. Friendly staff.

Seff was knowledgeable. Had my paperwork put together quickly and did an excellent job taking care of me through the entire buying process! I was treated kindly and respectably and would recommend Seff and this dealership to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about my experiences here. I've been buying cars for over 40 years, and this is by far the nicest place I have ever dealt with. The buying process was friendly, low pressure and easy. I got a great deal and very fair price on my trade-in AND 2 free oil changes. I purchased my car in March without a factory or extended warranty. After 5 months, my husband brought it in for an oil change and mentioned the brakes seemed a little loud. After a thorough check, the service department determined it needed a few parts and repairs would be about $200. When he had it repaired (unbelievably quickly), he was told they felt this was something that should have been done before the car was sold and completely waived the cost!!! My husband and I will never buy a car anywhere else, and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a great used car.

I bought a car from AutoWorld the first week at June (2016 Hyundai Accent). I did my homework beforehand and found that it was the best option for me. Three weeks later I found that I had a factory defect regarding my water pump (something that can happen with any newer make and model). Hyundai admitted fault and covered the fix under warranty. In the meantime, AutoWorld was nothing but helpful in regards to getting me into one of their courtesy cars and their wonderful service department mediated between Hyundai and myself so I didn't have to do anything. They were super on top of it and it made me feel better knowing they were involved in the process. They took care of me on a moment's notice. Not only that but in the past I've brought my previous car, my boyfriend's car, and even my grandmother's car into their service department for things as simple as an oil change to major repairs and I've always had great service. I went in to Auto World of Conway just to browse a few cars that I had seen online. I had no original intentions on buying a car but once I saw the cars on the lot I changed my mind. The sales people were very knowledgeable of all the cars and trucks on the lot which was a great help in me deciding what car is best for me. The selection is definitely the most wide spread of any dealership I've looked at in the couple of weeks I've been looking for a car. Auto World of Conway is a great dealership with great sales people with a very large selection and is highly recommended.

I am very, very, very happy with my experience at AutoWorld of Conway. Last week I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata from Jim, a salesman at AutoWorld. Jim was superbly helpful and easy to work with through all portions of the sale. The car is fantastic; it had only 21,000 miles when I purchased it and the finance department was so wonderful in assisting me with securing an auto loan. And believe me--my credit is less than stellar--but they were able to work with me and get me a monthly payment that is very doable! I am thrilled with my experience at AutoWorld of Conway, and I look forward to doing business with Jim and the gang in the future. Their lot is HUGE and you will find an awesome car in your budget!

Auto world is the worst used dealer that I have ever deal with.I took my daughter there to buy a car and the check engine light was on sales man Rich said it was a sensor that to bring it back in two weeks they will check it out. Ok two weeks went by and they told her that she has to pay $300.00 to fix it. I wish that i would of read the reviews first. Then the manger told me if the owner was there he wouldn't talk to me any way.SAME ON YOU!!!

Can I do less than one star? I called and asked if they had a car I liked available, they said yes. I drove from 3 hours away to come and test drive it and when I arrived they came up with some BS excuses for how the car was in "antitheft mode" from changing the 12v. Which I can tell you from experience changing dozens of prius 12v, that doesn't happen. What's more likely is the cars hybrid battery went bad after the last cold snap and they didn't want to admit that. Even though I would've bought it anyways and just put a battery in it. But because they were being sketchy about it and tried to give me the runaround I left. So I wasted 6hrs of my day but at least I got to travel to Myrtle beach which was close by. So that one star is really an extra 6th star for Myrtle beach.

Whoever is in need for GREAT customer service and the BEST prices and most understanding employees you need to purchase your car from Auto World of Conway!!! We had Juan as our salesman and he was absolutely outstanding. I cannot begin to tell you how amazing our experience was from the time we stepped onto the lot until we drove off the lot. My son who was purchasing the auto was so happy with the finance team as well - they went above and beyond to satisfy his needs. I strongly urge anyone to stop by Auto World of Conway to check out all of their deals and ask for JUAN and while your there, give Ron a HUGE hug for me.....

If you want to get a car that's gonna last and not give you problems, there are two ways.
1. Know more about cars and how everything works
2. Invite a friend who knows everything in detail.

I went there to check out a Buick 2001. On the first day, I went alone and the car seemed ok to me. The second day I took my friend along and he opened the bonnet and immediately said the engine knocks ( I don't know what that means but the dealer agreed with my friend)
So I didn't get to buy a car from there. It's very hard to find a cheap good car.

I am giving 3 stars because I think a dealer should have good knowledge of car.

I found my 1978 vw bus online and Autoworld of Conway shipping it to me in Colorado a week later. It was a great experience and Ron was very helpful, answered all my questions and sent extra pictures that I had requested. Once I decided I wanted the bus, I was able to fill out the paperwork and send it back while I was sitting at the airport about to load a plane for my family vacation. We are going to logo it and use it as a delivery van for our furniture business. We love our bus and it spreads happiness every time we drive it. I highly recommend working with AutoWorld.

I bought a 4runner from Auto world and it turned out to be a really great ride. The alternator gave out but with the price of the 4runner I was expecting a few issues. It was priced right for the condition and the salesman didn t lie to me about its condition. They are extremely friendly and willing to work with you. Mrs. Spears is a huge help with the paper work and explains everything thoroughly leaving no grey area. Go talk to the man in the hat!

These people are a joke and big waste of time. I found two vehicles online and spent all day there to be told they wouldn't finance either one even with good credit, over 700. Both of the vehicles had to many miles on them, well why are they on the lot? Big waste of time. They also have no idea what they are doing.

I had a great experience with AutoWorld of Conway on Highway 90! Donald Palek was the salesman I worked with and he was great! I told him what automobile I was interested in and he showed it to me, went over all the features, showed me the work they had done to it, and let me take it for a test drive. He was not at all pushy or annoying or any of the negative things that give car salesmen a bad name!! Simply put, Donald was great!! He was easy to deal with and worked with me to get the best deal I could. I highly recommend considering Auto World of Conway, SC and Donald Palek for your next vehicle purchase!

They don't update their online inventory so that they get you to come in and then try to sell you something else. Too busy to be bothered to give you accurate information over the phone.
To the reply: I did call to confirm that the vehicle was there. I was assured that it was there and told that if I called when I was on my way, the vehicle would be pulled up for me to look at. I called to verify that it was still there and let them know that I was on my way so that the van could be pulled forward. The guy I talked with was on the phone when I arrived. He didn't even acknowledge us. Another gentlemen informed us that it was sold that morning. Apparently the first guy I talked with never bothered to verify if it was there or not. In fact, he was saying the same thing he told me to whoever he was on the phone with. He never apologized or took responsibility for wasting my time. This wasn't my mistake, it was your sales associates mistake. If the blame was on me, I would not have given you a bad review.

I bought a 1966 Ford Mustang from Ron at Autoworld. This car was accurately presented with the most thorough photos i have ever seen on a car for sale. It was not just beauty shots; he photographed all of the likely trouble spots for this model like where it should have rust spots on the door bottoms, rear quarter panels, etc... He was very accurate about the condition and provided a video of it running and driving. As a result i was able to develop a value for the car, which was in line with how the car was priced. Really a win, win transaction. I appreciate everything Ron and team did for me on this sale and recommend this team for all of your car buying needs.

Went to AutoWorld hoping to find a good deal. When we got there they where really friendly and helpful and helped us find a great deal on what I thought was going to be a reliable car for my wife and our 2 children. I was wrong....2 months after buying the car my wife was driving to GA when the car just shut off out of nowhere, after getting it towed to a mechanic they tell us the engine seized up and we need a new engine. After explaining the situation to AutoWorld they basically said it is nothing they can do. So now we are stuck with a $10000 car that need a $2000 repair already. Seem like has soon as AutoWorld as there money that all they want.

Outstanding staff and very, I mean very helpful. They don't try and put you in what they think you can afford, they put you in what you came shopping for.

Jason Allen and the rest of the staff were the absolute best! Jason assisted me in gathering everything I needed because I had prequalified for a vehicle and live 3 hours away. They held my vehicle with a small deposit. When I got to the dealership Jason took me on a test drive. When we got back to the office he processed my paperwork and I went to financing. Before I knew it Jason was handing me my keys to my new vehicle and I was headed back home! I HIGHLY recommend AutoWorld of Conway for your car buying needs and please ask for Jason. He was AWESOME!

I sold a car to Auto World yesterday. Great experience. They gave me quite a bit more than Carmax offered, and they gave me a ride home! Luis was terrific - pleasant, honest, and professional.

I have been to this dealer severak times to both buy and sell. I have found the people there to be professional and knowledgeable. They always have fair prices and above average selection.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCUM BAGS!!!!!!!!!! We have made more payments then days driving the car!!!!!!!!! After doing some looking around we decided to get a car from auto world of Conway. This was a mistake. We got a car and two days latter it was having some oil problems. Took it up there they replaced the oil and filter. Fast forward a week and we had to take it back to them again. The car was doing the same thing this time they told us the engine was blown and they would look in to fixing it and gave us a loner car less then 2 weeks later surprise the loner car had the same problem. Took it in today and they tell us they have not looked at are car yet they don't have another rental car to let us use, but they do have a rental car we can use for 25$ a day and they don't have any idea when they will look at are car. So at this point We have made more payments then days driving the car. We filed a complaint with SCDCA, and currently are talking to a lawyer since they could "No longer help us"

They do not respect the guarantees that they claim to have in the vehicles that are sold there, I do not recommend them.

Found that working with the dealership after I bought my car was extremely difficult. I felt like they passed the buck on several issues that presented themselves after purchase. My conversation with the owner/manager confirmed my decision to take my business elsewhere upon purchase of my next vehicle.

Not equipped to fix all issues with cars they sell and won't even check out the problem before sending you to the auto maker themselves. Head guy has real ego issues. Felt offended with his attitude. My opinion only. He might be a great guy but having a bad day but bad for future business.

They did the work all I had to do was sign and drive!
