I bought a car from AutoWorld the first week at June (2016 Hyundai Accent). I did my homework beforehand and found that it was the best option for me. Three weeks later I found that I had a factory defect regarding my water pump (something that can happen with any newer make and model). Hyundai admitted fault and covered the fix under warranty. In the meantime, AutoWorld was nothing but helpful in regards to getting me into one of their courtesy cars and their wonderful service department mediated between Hyundai and myself so I didn't have to do anything. They were super on top of it and it made me feel better knowing they were involved in the process. They took care of me on a moment's notice. Not only that but in the past I've brought my previous car, my boyfriend's car, and even my grandmother's car into their service department for things as simple as an oil change to major repairs and I've always had great service. Thanks, AutoWorld!
