Unrealistic demands and low pay. This company has a very high turnover rate and pressures their employees due to their inability to get their weekend shifts covered.

They make sure their clients are well taken care off which is a good thing. management is good. The only thing that isn't good in my opinion is their pay. They pay very low comparing to other companies I hope they take this into consideration and fix it.

Shady company to work for. Currently, they are bribing their employees to write good review about them. That's just the tip of the iceberg. DO NOT trust the 5 star reviews!

Amazing place. The job they perform for our society is spectacular.

This is a great place to work. They care for the staff and provide excellent benefits which makes up for the pay. It is hard to pay staff when the State if Washington doesn t fund properly for DDA adult care. The smiles the clients give you on a daily basis makes you feel good about giving them a better quality of life!

Not a good place to work. Employees extremely underpaid and expected to work very long hours. Terrible HR.

Terrible place to work! My wife and I both worked here. She was fired because of deleting tammy on facebook.... I have an email from the book keeper in 2013 where tammy asked her to hide money from the board. Please dont leave your childern in their care... it is illegal to say negative stuff about an ex employee on a reference check.... Bruce. Tammy. Aisha. 80% of the reviews are from employees that were pressured into leaving good comments.. I put my two week notice in nov 2014. And was never fired for context

I am providing this review on my own volition because I believe in the work we do, I wouldn't be here if I didn't...supporting adults with disabilities is not an easy or lucrative career, it takes heart and compassion. Working at Camelot for 3 years, I have seen first hand how well Camelot's clients are cared for. The staff are committed to giving the clients amazing lives while teaching them necessary skills to gain independence.
