I can't even begin to say what a great experience looking at & buying a car, with Juan and the team at AutoWorld, was. Nothing but friendly faces from the time we got there, until the time we left. Everyone's main concern was if the other person was taking care of you. They made the process smooth, easy, and no headaches were had. When the time comes to get another car, I hope they have something for me as I'm not sure I'd want to go elsewhere! Thanks!

Just got the oil and filter changed in my Mustang. They did a "multi-point" check at my request and they found a couple of things that need replacement (the car has over 180,000 miles on it) including rear brake pads. They recommended getting those replaced soon but didn't push to get it done there...

My wife tried to buy a car from these people for $7900 , we were asked to pay a deposit of $1900 plus our car as a trade in , she told the salesman we couldn't afford the down payment so he tried to sell us another car we didn't want which was actually the same price as the first one but he could do this without the down payment ! Con men trying to get rid of unwanted stock I think . Avoid at all costs and also we have been pestered with phone calls trying to get us back there ever since

I am one who is always a bit reluctant when buying a used car. I understand they are used for a reason and that makes me very cautious. I had taken time and done a lot of investigating before coming to Autoworld. They had a large selection to choose from. You can check out the inventory on the webpage. I compared prices and everything was very reasonable. We finally went for a visit so that we could look at the vehicles in person and test drive them. We met up with a salesman (Q), who was relatively new at the business. He was very patient and helpful. We took our time and checked out a bunch of vehicles. If there was anything the salesman couldn't answer in our questions we had for him he would find the answer. The entire staff was there to help and assist in any way. We found a vehicle for our daughter, we were happy with experience, and we were not stuck there all day going through the paperwork process. All in all it was a very good experience and I will go back if the need arises to buy another used car. Thanks.

2 wks of talking to the salesman and was told truck was perfect I drove the 2 hrs n Bought 2013 terrain in nov paid in full..aince nov all electrical keeps going out,had to put 3 qts of oil in a wk head gasket went today and im still confused why theres zip ties holding my radiator fan up missing bolts on the engine.already had to replace brakes n rotors definitely worth the $10,400 for 2 mos of driving

Recently got a very nice vehicle from Audra. She was very pleasant and if she didn't have the answer she got it right away. A couple weeks later I sent my son there and he left totally satisfied with his late model vehicle. Audra helped him too. They have repeat customers down the road.

I absolutely love my Ford Edge I bought three months ago at AutoWorld on HWY 90. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. The car shopping & buying experience went smoothly. Fantastic place for service!! We solved the issue with my dash lights and it turns out that my right wheel hub was corroded from the northern winter salt and wouldn't communicate with the sensor. They were great in working with me in the process with parts and all. Their prices are very reasonable as well. The entire staff is very knowledgable and TRINA at the front service desk ROCKS!!! Love the new couches and the cell phone charging station. Sometimes it's the little things that count. I will be bringing my cars to Autoworld Of Conway from now on.

i like this place and i love the car i got...1980 red 'vette. had a little problem about the price, but take heart from my experience...it was solved to a tee. special thumbs up to jimmy, my salesman. he's VERY personable, knowledgeable and efficient. he acted like a friend and not a money grabber. look him up when you get there! and the store manager was true to his word when he said, "if you have ANY problems just call me". highly recommend!

I HATE TO MESS UP THIS GOOD REVIEW BUT... While Trina was out for lunch we ask David for the keys since the truck was done being serviced. He then got an attitude because the price he gave us was not correct. He tried to say we didn't have the money to pay which was a lie because I paid with trina after she returned from lunch.. He was trying to argue with us instead of explaining what was going on.. He then yelled his mechanic don't do work for free.. I never expected anything for free.. I just wanted the the correct price.. today was going to be my last day going but thankfully Trina was able to smooth things over with the correct info.. David is horrible and I never will like to be assisted by him again. As I stood at the corner to talk to him he continued to walk pass me as if u didn't matter.
Thanks alot for the poor customer service David you should be retrained on how to help your customers the correct way.

Employee did not even ask me if i needed help, the guy stood there and watch me. Got in his vehicle and continue watching me as if i was going to steal something. Not the right way to treat people, specially when they are looking at a 30,000 dollar vehicle.

We drove over an hour to see a car they had listed. When we got there they told us they didn't have a key for us to test drive it. After talking with the manager I was told they "thought" the key was with the used car manager who happened to be off today so I asked if they could give him a call. Response was no,that it was his day off, really! We asked if we bought the car would they have a key made and the response was no, they could sell it at auction without one for the same price. We were told that someone else offered to purchase this car earlier and were refused because they could get more for it at the auction. So bottom line is we drove to buy a car that they probably had no intention of selling to us because it's going to auction. I've bought plenty of cars in my time and never have I experienced anything like this. Poor way to run a business.

This is my first time ever searching for a car. My parents were here to join me, my parents and myself would say it was awesome here. right away when we arrived we were welcomed greatly with the asisstance by a nice gettlemen named Juan Riutort. He was really helpful and quick with getting us in what we needed, I am very greatful that we came here today it was awesome!!! i would say again, everyone if your looking for a car Come to AutoWorld!

Unlike the competition these folks know how to treat their customers. Seff was not agressive or pushy at any point. Seff was very patient and even had 5 cars for us to test drive of our choice. My wife was comfortable every step of the way. She left with a new ride and happy. The atmosphere there is the best. Before you go fight the sharks for a brand new car go to Auto World and get treated with respect.

I have been an Auto World customer for years, I just bought my fourth vehicle from them. The staff, at Auto World are true professionals, from the sales staff to the finance staff who worked so hard to make the deal work and keep the payment in the range I was looking for. To the owners of Auto World Ron and Dan Thank you. You can't beat getting four free oil changes and two free tire rotations at no extra charge. Yep... just bought a 07' Grand Caravan. True, it was probably the least expensive van on the lot (I'll use it for work anyway), but they treated us like GOLD !! Will DEFINITELY purchase from them again !!

Let me first apologize to Auto World and its staff, for not contacting them first about the problems I have with the 2001 Jetty I paid 3360.00 before posting my initial review. So the owner reaches out to me after reading my review, this is a promising sign and I also apologized to him. The car had to be towed back to their shop, with promises of repairs. So now I wait car less to hear from them. My prayer is that they truly are the reputable company they advertise to be. Will keep you posted. Received call from service department Monday long list of repairs needed totaling 700.00 of which they were very kind by saying all I had to pay was 100.00. So nice of them especially since I only had the car for less than 6 days. Said car would be ready Tuesday, after no call from them I called and was told by service person that I was told maybe Tuesday, and at this point would not give me a date, I was rudely informed when it was ready it would be ready, and they would call me. In the meantime I have no transportation having to borrow a car. Really trying to stay positive but it's hard when i've spent 3360.00 for a car and walking. Is there someone out there that can and will help me.

The vehicle I got is great, has been two years since I purchased it. I thought I was getting a good deal when the younger fast talking guy said he would throw in a 3 year extended warranty, I was told I wouldn t have to worry about anything that warranty cover everything except air conditioning or something small. Well my transmission went out and I m having to come 1484.00 dollars out of my pocket. So just keep in mind the extended warranty deal is bs.

So let me tell you how autoworldofconway works...
They promised to help me out of the $7,000 contract they put me in bc i could no longer afford $275 a month on my dodge truck bc i broke my arm and been out of work so they said the pay off was to much for them to buy me out of it so they said they wanna get me into a car that is better on gas and lower payments i agreed me and pac man took a lovely ride in a 2018 buick encore (the car of my dreams) and said all this can be yours for a better price than your truck and run you better gas...okay cool... We get down to the paperwork and im being told the payments are $330 a month i said wooah! Bro thats NOT better than what im paying currently he says in the long run it will be i said hell no im not giving up my truck with $275 payments for a car with $330 payments thats ridiculous he (pac-man) said let me see if i can wiggle them lower come back to me says i got them down to $310 payments can you work with that? And dont forget its saving you hella money in gas... I said you know your rite i can maybe work with paying $30 more a month if im not paying over $60 a wk in gas so i agreed to pay $310 a month on the 2018 buick encore nd they said since they did something called absorbing my truck my over all payment would only be around $10k-$13k instead of what they were asking for it whick was $15k-$17k
At this point its about 6pm their tired of working with me keep bugging me to sign the paperwork im going back in forth in my head do i sign onto this car or get in my truck while i still have it? They are constantly in my ear the entire time pacman pretending to be your friend on your side saying your making the rite choice its better/cheaper in the long run if that dont work they bring in Ben the numbers guy and have him breakdown numbers on your car 15 different ways to where you dont even know what ur paying or signing anymore all you can think about are mind numbing numbers going around in circles in your head and they got the sign it guy who just flips thru and puts in the Xs where you need to sign and initial i asked him if i could read this and then sign it he says of i can do a brief jist of what it says on each page and he starts saying some blah blah blah about stuff like the car has GAP ins and finances thru so and so and has so many oil changes and tire rotations and sign this for dmv nd just kept saying sign here initial here until we were thru with the entire packet and said okay your ready to take your car home all the while in my mind i just signed onto a car i thought i was walking out with getting ready to make a $310 payment 2 wks later i get my tags nd stuff in the mail and my bank auto loan papers saying the payment is $330 and the loan was for almost $18k!!

Moral to this story dont trust them boys in there no matter how sweet and cute their smile their ALL snakes!!! Read and re read your paperwork!!! Dont make the same mistake idid.....
I gave a one star because as terrible as they got me i am being forced to drive a really nice car my credit is just going to be obliterated when i cant make the payments ever month...fml

Good Cars for Good People. Serving Conway, Myrtle Beach, Loris, Aynor, Georgetown, Shallotte, Tabor City, Andrews, Florence, Little River, and all of South Carolina.

So I selected two cars from the website and called to inquire about them, only to be told that the business does not do business as far out as Bennettsville. The rude salesman hung up without saying goodbye after he found out where I lived and could not get a sale.

I am 100% satisfied!! Would definately recommend Autoworld to anyone looking to buy a car. Jeff my salesman was very helpful and friendly, he got me into the car I wanted. And Ben finalized the paperwork with me, very courteous and explained everything to me. I drove away a happy girl in a beautiful car!! I would definately buy from Autoworld again.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Tom(?). I told him I was there to see a used Honda CR-V that was pictured on their website. He wasn't familiar with that vehicle on the lot, but instead of offering to show me anything, he wanted to try the credit application first to check financing options. My credit score recently dropped dramatically due to my own poor financial decisions and I was hoping for a buy here, pay here plan. The salesman explained that I would probably have a better chance financing at a lower APR with a third party lender. I appreciated that he wanted to see if I could get approved before getting my hopes up for an suv that I couldn't afford. He asked me some important features that I was looking for in my car search. I told him a compact suv for better gas mileage, leather interior because I have small children and it would be easier to clean, I was looking for a vehicle with lower miles on the odometer because I'm very cautious when purchasing used vehicles... etc. He found a black Nissan Moreno that fit the description perfectly. Better yet, it was a vehicle that would most likely aide in helping me gain third party financing because you have to choose something with less than 100k miles. OK. I took the vehicle for a test drive and there was a terrible moldy odor in the vehicle and it felt like the transmission was stalling. The salesman explained that the windows may have been left down after the full detailing--- the suv was exceptionally clean... I did not enjoy the test drive so I let him know I was not interested in that particular vehicle. Before I could see anything else, I was informed that the financing was not approved. My down payment was too low; the creditor was asking for 20% or better. As a single mom, I don't make enough to have that kind of money in my savings. I had to walk away. Sev, from the customer relations department stayed in touch with me over the next couple of weeks via phone calls and text. He was very courteous and professional. He even tried to work with me again. I have seen a couple vehicles that I would like to test drive that are below $5k, which I could apply for on-the-lot financing. When I save a sizable down payment, I will return.

Although we did not buy a car here they were very friendly and accommodating and worked really hard to get our business

They prey on poor people. Cars are way to expensive and most are lemons. I will never go back

Don't trust their "approval". They may "Sell" you a car, take your down payment, then ask for the car back 45 days later. And oh damn, nope you don't get your down payment back.

My wife and I found buying a car here to be a very pleasant experience. Don was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, I would purchase my next car from here with no hesitation. We are very happy with both the service and our new vehicle.

Just had brakes and other service work done today...Very pleased, great work at a real fair price ... Done in a timely fashion. Highly recommend them! This is my 4th time getting service done best place around !!

Fred and Sev were excellent!! Fred was informative, patient and hospitable. Enjoyed talking to him and made process easy. Our insurance company was the biggest hold up. Only got the car today so I'll definitely update if any issues arise

My husband bought a Toyota Tacoma from Ron "the man in the hat" and we had a great experience. Everyone there was very friendly and we felt like we got a good deal on a great truck with low miles. We would definitely buy from Auto World of Conway again!!!

Did my research before I went and knew what was a fair price was for the vehicle I want. They were BELOW that price. Best of all, They are going to delay my payments for 45 days on the van I want!

Wow. What can I say? We were in the market for a new-to-us car. We were told how great of a deal the car was even after it failed to start on the first couple of tries, drove very badly and was a total wreck inside. You wouldn't believe how trashed the interior of this car was, and we were quoted a "fair" sale's price based on cars in great to excellent condition. Thank God we left and didn't look back. I feel badly for anyone who buys a car from these people.

We located an inexpensive replacement for an inexpensive car we purchased in 2007. AutoWorld also lists cars that are bound for the auction, and we located just such a car. I called in on Saturday morning, and Sev took my call. He was professional and courteous, no high pressure; he wanted to help us get what we wanted.

When we drove there (124 miles) , Jim showed us the car, allowed me to check it out (including OBD2 diagnostics), and we test drove it. We bought it as-is and Jason was quick with our paperwork. Then made sure the vehicle was safe before departure.

If these people are this good for a tiny car with a tiny price imagine what they can do for you!

I purchased a 2003 Nissan Xterra in July 2015 - In Dec, the engine locked up due to a faulty temperature gauge. I was on I-95 and was fortunate not to be injured.

Spoke to the dealership - they stated there's nothing they can do. Now, the vehicle is siting at Autoworld and needs a new or remanufactured engine. That's $3K into a car that I've owned for less than 6 months!

Frustrated.

Update: Received a message that the reduced repair costs is now $5000.00 - where's the discount?

Furthermore - bought a used engine and with installation, another 3K - When I moved, I took the car to a local Firestone - the engine failed 22 monitors - the tech advised I should take the vehicle to an engine shop, to determine if it's salvagable........really? So, I decided tom trade it in,payed nearly 2400.00 in negative equity ---

DO NOT BUY HERE ! I tried to balance the reviews on here and have a optomistic outlook when I decided to shop here... I thought people were just angry and negative.......However I should have listen to the people who tried to tell me the owner was a liar. I DID NOT LISTEN, I thought the owners responses were sincere, They are not, they are just a ploy to give you a false sense of optimism. SHAME ON ME..

Once you pay and sign Ron will not return your calls or emails. I have been trying to get I touch with him since December with an issue with a vehicle I purchased. I left 5 voicemails, many messages with staff at both locations and many emails and he has no intentions of returning any of my messages. I have even gone to both locations to talk to him and he was never there.
When he tells you welcome to the family RUN...either he is lying or he has no idea how to treat family

When I finally went to pick up my vehicle and was able to speak to him he could have cared less. He promised one thing at purchase and would not honor that. He is not a man of integrity or character
there are many other car lots in this county, I will take my business elsewhere I suggest you do the same

You said in your response you put a new compressor when I purchased? Then why did so just pay to replace the compressor? Because you lied and put in a used compressor!!!!
I have statements from each time I went to your establishments it took 6 months to get thes ame AC fixed. All attempts to get the AC working as I was promised
I first went 2 weeks after purchase then two months after purchase then 3 months after purchase and the last 2 months I spent trying to get in touch with YOU. Not one single call back!

You could have returned one of my 5 voicemails or responded to one of my 5 emails but you decided I was not a value to you or your business any longer.
I know how old the vehicle is and I knew that when I bought it! But when the owner of a business tells you that he will ensure the AC works then that is what he should do.
You have lost all credibility with me my family and my circle of friends.
And hopefully some people who read this may think twice before visiting any of your establishments.
I do believe that when someone takes advantage of you they lose 10 fold and you gain 10 fold and I am good with that. Hope you have a Fabulous day

I was interested in a vehicle so I filled out the credit app and got a response next morning.I spoke with Sev about getting 1 of their cars that I seen.We spoke for several mins and he asked alot of questions about my application.He then told me that he will have no problem working with me on the car I wanted.Gave me the whole song and dance to make it sound good but when I get there it was an entirely different story.He spoke to me for 2 seconds and passed me off to someone else I asked to look at the car and they wouldn't even let me.Sat me down and asked me the same questions the Sev asked me all that to tell me no..No effort or working with me at all like Sev lied about.wasted my time and left work early wasted gas just to turn me around in 30 mins.They need to have a Sales training course for these guys...

Service is amazing. They don't act like normal car sales people. They let you take your time and make your own choice. Not pushy at all. Love them.

David Scher in the service department is AWESOME! Very helpful and nice. He took such good care of me and my car. He went the extra mile to help me get my car back on the road! My Father and I always use this place for our vehicle maintenance needs since it's right down the road from the house.Yesterday I had to leave my car there because it wasn't drivable so he took me home! Then he got my car fixed early today so I can make it to work on time. He had to test drive it so he swung by my house and even picked me up! He definitely gets 5 stars in my book! To sum up my review I'd say I HIGHLY recommend David Scher for all your car maintenance needs the man definitely knows what he's doing, you won't be disappointed at the level of service you receive. It appears this establishment likes to deceive older women and sell them cars that have been salvaged, and reconstructed, they tend to fool them into signing paperwork quick without explaining it fully. Preying on the trust of an older woman, or anyone is not good business. Just because you deceive someone into signing just to cover you shady business is immoral. Mr. Man in the hat I hope you sleep well knowing the trusting innocent people you take advantage of. If you do buy a car, make sure you look them in the eye and ask to see the history, they tend to sell salvaged cars without morally disclosing it.

I enjoyed my visit today and walked out with a new car for myself. Very nice people there, especially Fred Cecil who helped me with everything and was very friendly to me. He is literally the most caring human being I ve met. All around great guy and great service!!!

I recently took a real risk and drove up from Fort Lauderdale to purchase a 1966 Mustang that I intended to drive home. Most people thought I was crazy, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. Ron Geris was great through the whole process from start to finish. He knew the car well, was very straight up and honest, and I really appreciated the follow up call. I have had a terrible experience. We were referred to this dealer as if it would be reliable and trustworthy. Clearly our sources were misinformed because the car that I was sold is very unreliable and has left me stranded several times. AutoWorld has been uncompromising and unwilling to help me with the issues. They have come out and towed the car when it has stranded me, but over the countless times I have placed my car into their care, the car returns to me for a brief time before there is another issue to be addressed.

I had the best experience I have ever had buying a car there!!! I have been driving for 50 years and I have suffered through everything when It came to buying a new vehicle. Rich and Ed at Auto World on Hwy 90 made the whole purchase so easy. I knew what I wanted and they understood that from the start. They didn't try to sway me to a more expensive purchase. No pressure! I was very happy with the way everyone there treated me. I got what I wanted and I am very happy with the purchase I made. Rich handled the sale with great care being professional yet warm at the same time. Ed handled the finance end very quickly with no problems. I highly recommend this place if you need a vehicle. The 2007 Expedition I got was exactly what I wanted. I love the color and the interior is in perfect condition. The ride is perfect!!!! I took it to my mechanic who did a complete check of the engine, transmission and everything else. He told me that it was in very good running condition and that I should be able to enjoy it for a good long time. I have him check every vehicle I purchase as a matter of practice. He knows I keep my vehicles a long time and I was replacing a 1994 Explorer that had 363,000 miles on it when it was totaled by a bad driver. So I am careful when I buy. I feel confident that I made a good choice after checking all the lots in Horry, Florence and Geeorgetown counties. Way to go guys!!! Two thumbs up to you!!!

Do not buy from these guys. They will lie to you over the phone and then to your face just to sell a car. I don't make a lot of money, but I would NEVER practice the methods or behaviors the owner and salespeople used towards me even to make $1. I would feel low, dirty, ashamed, and would not be able to look at myself in the mirror. Stay away if you want any type of respectable treatment. Have already paid more money in repairs than I did for the car. Shame on them!!

If you are in the market for a good quality used car or truck, at very competitive prices, without hassles or high pressure sales tactics, then you need to take a trip to Autoworld of Conway, SC. Co- owner Ron Geris and his staff of sales associates are very friendly, honest and make the car buying process a real pleasure. Their business model is to sell quality vehicles in high volumes rather then make big gains on each sale. Their tactics work, the weekend I was there to buy a truck they sold nearly twenty cars. They are an authorized Carfax dealer, and fully disclose their product' s history and back-up their sales and services. Recommendation: if you see something on their website that really interests you, call first and make sure the vehicle is still available before making the drive. Vehicles don't stay on their lot long. They do keep their website up to date, but the vehicle you want could be sold while you are making he drive to Conway, so call ahead. The day I bought my truck, a gentleman drove two hours to look at the truck I was in the process of buying. If I'd been an hour later, he may have driven away in the truck, not me.

Great deal, received better prices for my vehicles than CarMax and bought a terrific truck at a fair price. Very very happy I found these guys!
