Their ads are fake and most of the cars are rough looking on the inside with parts that need to be fixed. they are dirty, not been detailed.

Not sure where to start! Our experience was awesome! We're from Indiana and flew down to pick up our truck we bought. During the whole experience Sev was awesome to deal with and kept in touch with us until we got down there. Then there's Jim who picked us up from the airport. He was just as awesome! Jason in finance was awesome to! He got us the best monthly payment possible. We'd most definitely go back down and buy from there again!

Do not buy a car here....bought a 2005 nissan murano that had a little vibration at cruising speeds, was PROMISED that they would take care of it no matter what it was, after 2 visits and no results I took the car to nissan dealership and was told CVT transmission needed to be replaced, well didn't fix due to high cost and when I told the "man if the hat" I got a "no way that's what it is and we're not fixing it"....so the only choice I had was deal with it, 2 weeks later....transmission goes out with my wife and newborn in the middle of traffic, 4,000.00 dollars later still no help from "the man in the hat"....these folks will rip you off....and don't care who they hurt in the process....they'll never get another dollar of mine and if you buy a car here you are in for an experience Alright! And not a good one

In fact, every employee we encountered was friendly and smiling. Special thanks to David in the service department for going over and above in helping me with a minor snag. Top shelf staff. BTW, I saw the owner drive off the lot and, yes, he does wear a straw hat. Had I met him, I would have told him this in person.

I went to AutoWorld of Conway looking for a used car and walked away with something so much better than I anticipated! I worked with Fred, of the sales team, and he was awesome. He helped me through every step of the way from finding the car, my trade in value, finding financing and assisting with paperwork...all with the rest of the team of course.

After receiving the car there was a slight mechanical issue that arose one month later, and Trina (Katrina), has assisted me overwhelmingly and is taking good care of myself and my purchase.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!! They are very deceiving and insulting. I don't even know where to start. I came in to look at a Ford expedition marked for $2200. When my salesperson Donald came out he had no idea about what he was doing. I felt us standing there as he stared at his paper! Lucky we knew what we wanted. When we made an offer he said they will not go under asking price. I decided to give him the 2200.00 and he presented the price with tax and registration. To his benefit nobody was there to do paper work! They took a down payment and gave me a receipt on a scrap piece of paper. ( I am not exaggerating) When I came back to finish paper work several thing went wrong. They raised the price 500.000...they refused to fix things on the car Donald gave me his word they would. I asked to just give me my money back and the owner RON insulted me and refused, I was stuck purchasing a car that needs work right away and paying more then I was told. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I recently bought an 05 Honda Accord and it s a pretty decent second car. AutoWorld is a great place to get cars from, especially from Taylor!

I spoke with someone over the phone about a 2014 Scion iQ for sale, and I was told it was in great shape with no issues at all. I took a day off work and drove 3.5 hours to purchase the car. I inspected the car before the test drive and found paint scratches and cracks, loose body panels and creased body panels where whoever owned the car prior hit something that damaged the car from the door to the end of the quarter panel. The dash was loose and trim panels were not installed correctly so I worried why they were ever removed. The straw that broke the camels back was the fact the A/C was not working and the car lot would not adjust the price for repair, but instead I was told to purchase an extended warranty and wait for it to activate, then take the car in and have the A/C repaired for a $100 deductible. After I reported all of those issues they didn't even attempt to negotiate a better price. It irritates me so much that people are so deceitful just to make a dollar. It all worked out in the end, on the way back through Wilmington I found another iQ in far better shape for around the same price with lower miles and brought it home the same day.

Its where i have my car and van worked on. Very reasonable and friendly. Still going there.

It's a typical used car dealership but a bit worse than others due to the lack of knowledge about the vehicle I was interested in. He didn't know anything about this jeep or where it was previously or how many owners. That is the least of information that a salesman should know. Otherwise why are they there?

I would never recommend anyone to ever walk on to their property or better yet, buy something from them. My husband and I went to check out the options on trucks they have. The salesman was very nice but once we got inside, they tried to belittle you into thinking you didn't know what you were doing. I have worked in finance for 4 years and had knowledge of what I was doing. We were going to use a trade in and the man did an appraisal on it. He tried to tell me that he does his job every day and what I was trying to say was completely wrong. He would not let me get a sentence out of my mouth without interrupting me. He completely without a doubt insulted us and the owner was sitting behind us and had nothing to say to try and keep us as customers. Then after you insult us about the vehicle we have, you want to try and have someone call us that afternoon and try to buy the vehicle straight out. I will never associate myself with these people again, much less every buy something from them or refer someone to their car lot. From what we looked at yesterday some of the vehicles already belong in scrap yard. You can't put some new tires on a crumpled car and ask $16,000.00. This is by far the worst car dealership I have every went too.

Used car dealer in Conway,always see ads for vehicles and being in the market for a new one I decided to go and check out the inventory...,the vehicles in the ads I went to see were either no longer available or not in the shape the ads made me believe it was in....I did see a few that were interesting and test drove a couple,the salesman I dealt with was nice and knowledgeable and seemed to understand what I was looking for....still have not made a decision yet but will definitely consider them as a possibility

Terrible please don't buy from them or be very careful!! they sold me an SUV and told me it was completely serviced when it wasnt.. At all!! Things started to fall out right after buying it. Found out it was completely rusted underneath. I had to sell it, they told me it was used when really it was salvaged. It over heated because some one made a makeshift part that blew. I am never going here again. Also some one I knew, right after buying a car there it broke down on the way home. Please be careful when buying from them or dont go there.

I recently purchased a car from Auto World and I couldn t be more pleased! Like most, I started my car shopping online. I found a vehicle I was interested in and filled out the contact information. In less than a day the Internet Sales Manager contacted me and was extremely courteous. He scheduled a time for me to come in and work with Jeff (who was also very patient, informative, and helpful). I visited Auto World many times before finally deciding on a vehicle and everyone that I came in contact with went above and beyond for me. I never felt pressured nor was I ever sold a vehicle. From the beginning to the end I felt that the staff, and even the owner, helped me make an informed decision. They even called me days after I purchased my Lincoln MKZ Hybrid to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. We dealt with don today and got the newest car we have ever owned! everyone there was so relaxed. there was no pressure what so ever. I wasn't anxious or ready to get declined. they did everything they could to get to the payments we wanted even with a low down payment! even the guy who dealt with the banks was amazing! he did everything he could. everyone there were so great to us even though they weren't even dealing with us. don got us a great car , newer than we even imagined getting , for near what we wanted to pay! I loved every minute of working with them!

Hello my name is James, The experience I have had with Autoworld of Conway, has been on the service side of things. I have gotten to know much of the service staff there and they are very knowledgeable about all brands foreign and domestic. At first it was a matter of convenience as I work right down the road from them. Just your average normal maintenance oil changes, tires, stuff of that nature. Recently I has to have a full replacement motor put in my "new to me" Suburban. The staff at Autoworld was very understanding and willing to work with me on my options. The repair was finished in a timely manner and so far I have been very happy. I would recommend them to friends and family for repairs.

Some of the vehicles are over-priced by a wide margin.

My wife and i went to look at a Nissan truck for $8500.00. Was met with open arms and smiles. Truck drove good but truck was already running when we got there which means that any rattling it was going to do when its first cranked we would not hear. We were told on several occasions to not cut the truck off which sounded suspicious. When we got back to the dealership we told him we liked it and we noticed it had a major oil leak that we wanted fixed before we bought it. After 10 minutes of us waiting on the salesman the sales manager came over and told us it was a rear main seal and it would cost $500 to fix it. He would pay half of we payed the other half. For a car they are selling. These people have lost their kinds. Never again will I go to them.

Three weeks ago, My daughter was looking for her first car, we came to AWOC by accident, but after meeting the sales man (craig), he was very nice, not pushy shared some advice with this being her first car. I took my car to get the AC worked on by David in service and his crew and left with new wiper blades, ac fixed, oil change all for less than I was quoted at any other repair shop for just the AC.

Went to see a vehicle and was overpriced with the damage. Salesman would not tork with us. Told him that it was well over kelly blue book and he said the kbb was an advertisement. I would not go there again.

So after speaking with Luis regarding a jeep wrangler 08 and running my credit on a Monday I reach out on a Wednesday asking about the vechile availability and to question a change in the mileage, Luis acts shocked to my question and tries blaming a 110k mile difference on them prior to getting it yet every thing done on the vechile was listed from day one, Luis admitted the cluster/odometer was changed out and on the carfax it shows nothing was changed till autoworld got possession of the vehicle and it jumped 110k below actual mileage.

I couldn t be happier with my experience or my new vehicle. I purchased a beautiful 2017 Jetta in excellent condition! Our salesman was Fred. He was so nice and professional the entire time and the best part is he wasn t pushy. Auto world is honest and professional. The place was super busy as well. All good things. Right? We will continue to go through them for any future car purchases. Ask for Fred! He s the best!

This place sucks. I called about a vehicle that I have wanted, they told me they had it. They told me to come on out and we could make a deal. I got there, took a few minutes to actually get some service, When I actually did, he started to talk to my sister and mother, as soon as I walked up, his attitude, and tone of voice quickly changed. I asked him about the jeep I had just called about an hour ago, he proceeds to tell me that he had just sold it. That was the first thing. Second thing. I wanted a jeep. They had 3 jeeps. A 01, 00, and a very nice 04. I asked him about this particular jeep. We walk right past it, and he takes me on the other side on the lot and is trying to sale me a beat up ford explorer. After I have already told him I don't like those. I guess listening, and communication skills, among other things are lacking from this business.

Decent used vehicles. I traded in my jeep wrangler for an envoy denali. I was looking for something a bit more practical for the road. So far so good! I hope the new car stays decent for a long while.

Both Sed & Paxton offered excellent help. Paxton was able to find us a car that was affordable and in nice condition. I definitely recommend Auto World because of the friendly environment. Excellent service was provided!

Re my 19 year old daughter purchased: 2007 Mini Cooper Hatch Back, two door, vin #80289 (66,326 MILES) paid $10,000.00 for it and drove it 416 miles and the motor burnt up. Per the man in the HAT, too bad for your luck, you bought it as is

I have been taking my 2004 F-150 to Auto World service department since I got it five years ago. Its had regular upkeep, including rear bearings, and the dreaded spark plug change. The truck runs great and now has over 240,000 miles! I owe it to Terry and the guys at Auto World service department for their knowledge and quality of work on my vehicle at a price I can afford. It helps me to keep up the investment for the long term!!!
