Seth did an amazing job helping me find the vehicle I was looking for. It took several weeks and a lot of phone calls but AWC and Seth made it happen. I found exactly what I was looking for.

I sent a request for information about a car through website. Was contacted by salesman and scheduled a time to come see the car later that day which was 30 minutes out of my normal route. Once I got there I was informed that the transmission was bad and they wanted to show me other cars. With my 30 minute trip each way plus the short time I was there, over an hour of my day was wasted because of this shady tactic.

Highly recommended!! Honest, sincere, trustworthy service and sales.

I would avoid purchasing from AutoWorld. Although the purchase process was easy, and seemed friendly, I am now regretting my car purchase. Purchased a car at the end of April and it is already getting repairs. Was told that the car was involved in a minor accident at the previous Dodge dealership but was fixed correctly by Dodge. Come to find out that it wasn't fixed correctly, if at all. When I dropped it off at the local Dodge dealer I was told that the front right of the car was missing several bolts and screws ($250), I needed a new hub ($325) and that I could possibly need a new axel ($500-$600) After only 3 weeks of owning I am now putting close to 1200$ in repair work, on top of having to get a rental car for transportation to and from work. Once I contacted AutoWorld they said that I should have it towed to their Hwy 90 location, as I was told it was unsafe to drive, and they would look it over. Declined their offer since they didn't notice the first time they "looked at the car" that it was missing several parts. Please save yourself the hassle and money.

I am editing my review after the careless lack of customer service and just overall disrespect I received after what started off as a good exchange. Purchased my car 11.21.18 and just not got my tags on it after wasting gas three times going back to the dealership getting 3 different temp tags on top of wasting gas I was inconvenienced by having to go back and forth getting temporary students tags because I didn't have my registration or tags yet as well as finding out that my license had been suspended because my tags were never turned in meanwhile everyone at the dealership keeps trying to tell me lies about that just to finally show up to pick my tags up and nobody ever took them off the car I traded in so they lied the whole time about having it done when I didn't even get a call about my tags until I showed out last friday then surprise surprise I got a call monday morning saying everything is ready just to show up 3 days later to find out that the tags are lost and nobody seemed to give a damn about everything that I been through with the car in 3 months because guess what they made their sale and thats all that matters apparently. And the cherry on top is not even 3 months of buying the car I had warning lights going off on my dashboard smh thank god I have an awesome mechanic because I will never step foot back at autoworld again and hopefully this review is seen by many and heeded by all to not buy anything from these scammers ever. I still will be contacting the BBB and paperwork has already been sent to the fraud dept about my whole tag situation since I kept getting told lies.

Would highly recommend Autoworld of Conway to everyone, only place to have Vehicle was looking for within 250 miles. Whole Car buying experience was a pleasant one from beginning to end. The Professional Friendly Staff makes you feel like Family even though Autoworld has one of the largest inventories in the Area.

Still first gear still not working out the greatest on transmission. Cleaning detail could have been better.

I was looking for a small truck with low miles that wouldn't break my budget and I asked Ron (the man in the hat) if he could find me one under $10,000 that would be reliable enough for me to drive to Texas. After a few weeks and a few different options he finally contacted me that he had the perfect truck for what I wanted. A 2002 GMC Sonoma with low miles. After seeing pictures and knowing more about the details I agreed to purchase the truck for a fair price. (If you are buying a vehicle from SC and live in another state I recommend paying the $300 flat SC sales tax instead of the 6.25% Texas sales tax I had to pay). I flew from Texas and picked up the truck and it was a breeze dealing with Ron. The truck made it all the way to Austin, TX with 0 issues. That was two years ago this April and all the maintenance I've had to do to my truck since then is change the oil and I've added 40,000 miles on it. Not only would I recommend Autoworld of Conway to a friend, I HAVE recommended them to friends who have had similar experiences.

Best car service I have had my whole car shopping journey! I went in on sept 24th 2020 not prepared to leave with a car because I went in 2 hours before closing. I sat with a gentleman named Martin & eventually the sales manager, Ben. They both worked super hard to get me out of the situation I was in and into a fresh start. Although, I may not have gotten my dream car (not of their fault) They got me into a great car thats only one step away from my dream car. When that time comes, I will definitely be stopping to see Martin again!!! Highly recommend them!!!

my brother drove me 4 1/2 hrs from GA to look at a van i found on car gurus. i am a single mom and only had 2,700$ from my van being totaled. i checked the van it had a couple of small issues. i asked if they would go down they did. i then found out they could fix the issue on site. thanks Josh , i can not tell you how wonderful all the staff is at the 5333 hwy 90 location. they didn t treat me like i was a dumb gullible woman. they did not pressure me in to financing something i could not make payments on. this is not a car dealership, this is a customer dealership. they even print you out a car fax report on what you are interested in- a 40$ value each report- even if it will be months before you would be able to get it. l will be taking the van i bought from them back for scheduled maintenance-yes a 4 1/2 hr drive- bc i trust them. i will also recommend everyone visit the 5333 hwy 90 location. i can t thank them enough. charlotte w.

You said in your response you put a new compressor when I purchased? Then why did I just pay to replace the compressor? Because you are LYING!!!
I have statements from each time I went to your establishments it took 6 months to get thes ame AC fixed. All attempts to get the AC working as I was promised
I first went 2 weeks after purchase then two months after purchase then 3 months after purchase and the last 2 months I spent trying to get in touch with YOU. Not one single call back!

You could have returned one of my 5 voicemails or responded to one of my 5 emails but you decided I was not a value to you or your business any longer.
I know how old the vehicle is and I knew that when I bought it! 16 yrs not 20. But when the owner of a business tells you that he will ensure the AC works then that is what he should do.
I hope the 275.00 was worth it for you!
You have lost all credibility with me my family and my circle of friends.
And hopefully some people who read this may think twice before visiting any of your establishments.
I do believe that when someone takes advantage of you they lose 10 fold and you gain 10 fold and I am good with that. Hope you have a Fabulous day

The fastest I have ever bought a car. Literally it took 2 hours from start to finish to buy a car. The easiest process. Chris was awesome to work with. Great customer service and attitude. My #1 place to buy a car.

I called the dealer to make a deal on a Dodge Ram with only 44,000 miles. Being the dealer is a bit over 2 hours away I asked the salesman if there was ANYTHING at all that wrong with the truck before I headed over to the dealer. He said no the truck was in perfect shape. I got there opened the truck door and immediately found a big cigarette burn on the passenger seat and driver floor mat along with that the drivers seat was cracked and pealing. So obviously the salesman never even looked at the truck and told me whatever he thought I wanted to hear to get me there. I didn t buy the truck but now I have two inquiries on my credit for nothing. Definitely would not recommend this dealer.

Audra was pleasant professional and went out of her way to help me out to be able to drive my vw 2014 tiguan everyone was very pleasant and respectful plus very helpful will send people their way and to see Audra and will be back if I ever need another car

WE LOVE AUTOWORLD !!! I found a 2005 Volvo SUV that is beautiful, clean, runs great, great price. Jaun, our salesman is wonderful...he was not pushy, he listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and my price range. Ron, the owner, what a great man !! He did our financing paperwork and got us a great monthly payment. Definitely will be coming back again when we need a vehicle in the future !!!!! Thank You Guys !!!!!!!!

Sales staff and service staff are top notch! Always very respectful and curtious to our wants and needs. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! I bought a vehicle from here and paid $2,000 down plus tac tag and title. After 30 days they say they can't give me my tags because insurance was cancelled. I proved that it was never cancelled. Then they say i owe the dmv and they can't give me tags. I proved once again that was a lie as well. I asked for at least another temporary tag and they kept getting an attitude and hanging up on me. All they want is their down payment then it's to hell with you.Then they refused to give me my stuff out the car when I told them I weren't paying a payment until they get my tags so they repossessed it. I would give no stars if I could. Worst company in South Carolina

We dealt with the salesman Martin. He was very helpful and friendly. I went there looking for a specific car and he helped me get the deal worked out. There was a minor fix that the car needed and they resolved it before I purchased the car. A reliable used car lot and Martin was great to deal with! Would definitely consider buying another car from here!

Brought my classic car in to have some work done and Katrina at the Service Desk could not have been more helpful in setting up an appointment and explaining the work to be done. What a fantastic experience I had yesterday! After being completely lied to the day before by a larger dealership, my time at autoworld could not have gone better! I spoke with Luis on the phone about a 2014 Jeep Compass, when I got there, Steve the salesman helped me every step of the way. With how much I was trying to spend in total, what years I was trying to stay between and the mileage I was looking for. He found me 2 perfect vehicles in that criteria! Ed and rick in financing were so helpful with getting the numbers where I wanted them to be. Rich appraised my trade in and gave me exactly what I was hoping for! And at the end of the night, I left with the 2014 Jeep Compass and I couldn't be happier! It truly was such a pleasant experience here! The staff is wonderful and they are NOT the stereotype car salesman that pester you to death, they're nice people that want to help give you what you want. I was blown away with how competitively priced all their vehicles are! Deals you just cannot beat! I would highly recommend them over and over again 100%! Traded two cars for one that was listed for $3,000, still owed them $1,400. then turned around and listed one I traded for $4,200 and the other for $3,900, what a rip off. The one I got from them has cracked windshield and headliner is falling apart and bad rear brakes. Should have gave me what my cars were worth, but I owed them money instead of giving me money that mine were worth, should have giving me there car plus cash for the two I traded for. Never again, typical car salesman taking advantage of customers.

The dealership is very neat, covenient, and professional and the people are well trained. My salesman, Jason was very professional and courteous. I was treated very well and got a good deal all around. My dealer choice was well founded.

Worst experience ever. My boyfriend only had the car for about a month and a half and there's already a problem. They sell you a car assuring you the car is perfectly fine just to take your money. They know how to talk a good game in order to sell you a car. I would not reccomend anyone to them and I would never purchase a car with them. I do not like companies that lie just to make money.

I had went to the car lot on 90 to buy my first car after being told to bring 1,500, and the rest of the information. They ran my credit more than twice. When i got there, I was sent to another man and see can he help me. They had wanted more money for a SUV that i did not like or wanted. I will not go back.

My experience from the first call with Luis to the sale with Jason was the best. I didn t feel pressured in to buying a car. Jason was patient, upfront and worked out the best deal for me. I left feeling great . Thank you for making my experience with autotworld of Conway a breeze.

Felt a tremendous amount of pressure from the sales and finance staff but they were also the most helpful of any dealership I've used and they offer great warranties as well as a selection of beautiful classics

The service here is impeccable. They try really hard to get you into what you would like to have not what works for the bank. The process was much faster than going to the larger dealerships.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. Owner Ron does not think much about your business once he has your money or your signature.

Purchased a vehicle and before I paid cash and signed for it I told the owner they need to fix AC, it was blowing hot air. He agreed and said they put a new compressor in it. 2 weeks later blowing hot air, brought it back they said it just needs to be charged.... Less than 2 months later blowing hot air, I bring it back they say well it must be leaking... about a month later again blowing hot air....I bring it back and NOW it needs a compressor??? "WHAT" how can that be I was told by Ron the owner that they put a new compressor in it before I bought it. The manager tells me that I will need a new compressor and I will have to cover that cost.... why????? I wanted to talk to Ron, I left many messages with staff, left 5 voicemails sent many emails, went to location and not one time did he feel it necessary to call me... Apparently by business meant nothing to him.
I paid for the new compressor and today when I picked it up Ron was there and when I brought my issues to his attention, he didn't seem to care.... I said really you couldn't call me, I deserved better than this. He said "we fixed it for you 3 times, should it be warranted forever? "

"WHAT" are you kidding me, it should have been fixed the first time as AGREED upon at purchase. Obviously they did not put in a new compressor at purchase as I was told. He really didn't care much.. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end without having the extra fluff. More specifically, I would like to give accolade to my salesman, Juan Ruitort. The experience was more than what I expected. I went in to purchase a PT Cruiser but ended up with a better deal. My daughter absolutely loves her car. Thanks Guys! I have had the worse experience ever with this car dealership. They do not stay by their word. They gave my husband and I the run around and was not honest about the vehicle we wanted. They kept giving us false information and tried to get us trapped into a car situation we didnt want. They showed poor customer service.

Paxton was the salesman I was working with and he was very transparent about everything all the numbers were clear and nothing was being hidden from me from him or their financial team. I went in there told them my budget and what I was looking to pay each month and the car I was looking at. Paxton and his team made it happen without a hitch. I figured it would be hard right now since I'm out of work due to the virus but they made it easy and simple to get the perfect pieces to fall into place. If you ever need a car or any car needs go see Paxton and his team of amazing people over at Autoworld of Conway!

I had a great experience buying my 2004 Nissan Sentra from Autoworld. Ron, my salesman, took the time to show me how to drive stick-shift (something I never attempted) on my test drive. I greatly appreciate how I was treated by the entire staff. They worked with me on the price of the car and the time I needed to pick it up and pay off the balance. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience. Don't waste your time. What can I say...this place is the worst! Ran my credit without permission to a dozen creditors. Took me two years to get my credit score back up. Pushy salesman and a lot full of lemons.
In response to the owners comment trying to shame me for leaving a bad review, I qualified for a loan and could have gotten about any vehicle on the lot, but I didn't want to do business there because they ran my credit without my permission an acted like it was business as usual. That affected my life for two years and I will keep leaving bad reviews to try and stop others from having a similar experience!

Our experience at Auto World of Conway was great. We were looking for a preowned older model, high mileage minivan to use as a third car for transporting kids and stuff around town. We had one day to find and buy the vehicle we were looking for. We visited 4 other dealerships around the Myrtle Beach area and nobody had the selection of minivans Auto World had. We were able to choose from 3-4 vehicles that met our specifications in or price range. Our salesperson seemed honest as he told me straight out not to consider one of the cars we looked at on the lot. He let us drive any car we wanted and we could have brought it to a mechanic. It was almost closing time on a Friday and they worked with us until we signed the papers. Then as we were about to leave the owner came out to meet and talk to us. He told us his story and as fellow small business owners we were able to have a nice conversation. We definitely recommend Auto World of Conway to anyone looking for a preowned vehicle at a fair price. Also, we have been happy with the minivan so far.

I really had a wonderful experience with Auto World! My wife and I were in need of a second vehicle, and had already visited several dealerships prior to going to Auto World. Truth be told, I was ready to call it a day, but we decided to make Auto World our last stop... Let me say this, IT WAS THE BEST DECISION WE COULD HAVE MADE! As we walked around their vast inventory for several minutes, my wife spotted a 2011 Nissan Maxima SV. It was at that point we knew we had found the vehicle we wanted, so we decided to buy it. Now I'm starting to feel a little nervous because I don't have A1 credit. Mr. Ron and his team went to battle for us. They allow us an extended test drive in which we test drove the vehicle for 24 hours in order to determine if it was what we really wanted, while they worked on getting us the best finance deal through the bank. In the end my vehicle was financed, I got the down payment and monthly payment I wanted, all thanks to Mr. Ron and his team at AUTO WORLD! They truly made my car buying experience well worth it. GREAT JOB GUYS!

I have been purchasing cars for 35 years. My experience with AutoWorld has been outstanding! My salesman, Juan Ruitort, was very knowledgeable and explained in detail all the features of the car. I am very impressed and satisfied with the entire staff. I am especially impressed with David in the Service Department. He has been very courteous to me and the repairs needed on my vehicle were handled quickly. This was a great car-buying experience!

I found a car online and was advised to come to AutoWorld to look at it. I was sent to the mechanic, David Scher, whom was selling the car at the lot, but apparently on the side. My 15 year old child had saved her money to purchase her first car. We purchased the car and drove it home. We were issued a paper tag from Autoworld. The next time she went to drive it, her first time being able to drive it, the car would not go into gear. I am now being told that this was a personal sale and that we are stuck with a car that was purchased from an individual at the lot. The individual selling the car is the shop foreman, whom when I tried to call and text would not answer either. I would not reccomend doing business with this place and would definitely not take a vehicle here to be serviced if the shop foreman is selling vehicles on the side at the lot that break down in 48 hours. The car was driven less than 20 miles from the time it was purchased until the transmission went out. When I called and spoke to employees of auto world they were rude.

By far the BEST experience ever purchasing a vehicle! Every member of this team was courteous, helpful and friendly. I will be recommending to all my family and friends.

We bought a vehicle here on Saturday, and had the best experience. There was no pressure from anyone. Jason (the salesman), came out and introduced himself before letting us look around the lot. I've been to other lots where the sales person was stuck closer to me than my child. When we found what we liked he got us the key very quickly so we could test drive the vehicle. The sales manager was helpful and we were in and out quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership.

My wife bought a car two weeks ago. They contacted her today telling her that the financing didn't go through. They said bring the car back. My wife asked "don't we have a contract?" They said it didn't matter they would call the cops.
She called a lawyer and I called the sheriff. They both told us that the contract was valid and they couldn't get the car back unless we didn't pay our payments.
At 10:30pm a tow truck showed up to take the car. We called the police and showed the tow truck driver the contract. By the time the police arrived, the tow truck driver agreed with us and waited to tell the police that he was there in error. We have a contract with Auto World. The owner of Auto World is a thief and a liar.
He slandered my wife by telling the tow truck driver that she lied on the application. We are going to sue him for whatever we can get.
DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THIS LIAR!!

Update: we are at the hospital because my wife thinks she is having a heart attack over this. We will be suing and suing and suing some more. Slander, illegal debt collection, harassment and we will keep the car just to spite them. We will make every payment early. With money orders sent certified so he can never lie about my wife again. If I could give this place a lower rating I would.

What a great place, Juan, Luis, and everyone else was very friendly and didn t have the shark tank feel that a lot of dealerships have. I traded my 04 VW Passat and drove off with a nice 2010 Challenger. I just drove off the lot and don t foresee any issues at all. Highly recommended to everyone.

I came in to Auto World looking for a reliable cash car. Brett is the salesman that I worked with. He is awesome! I found a 99' Nissan Altima in perfect running condition with ALL functions working properly for ONLY $1550!!!! This was a great car shopping experience!

Audra did a good job helping me in purchasing a vehicle. She went above, beyond, and out of her way to assist me and answer any questions I had. All the other staff was super helpful and friendly as well. At one point, I was unsure if I wanted to purchase a car from Autoworld, but Audra changed that doubt! I m a happy customer, and I will recommend Autoworld of Conway for sure!

This place is more meh, then anything else due to the fact that while I was testing one of the cars I found a dashboard screen "glitch" and this "glitch" could go out at any time (dangerous) and they wouldn't fix it before I bought it or come down on the price so that I could just fix it immediately. Good sales with an 80% turn over, but that's just bc the cars they can't sell just go to auction.

I bought a 2003 ford focus wagon over a year ago.great looking and great running car.moved in with my fiancee and really needed a truck for home repairs and my side jobs.they put me in a 2002 Dodge dakota.nice little truck,so I thought.in the five months I have had it it has been in their shop at least a month and a half.ac went out,couldn't figure out why the engine light stayed on.motor blew up and they had it for three weeks.got it back and the transmission took a dump.got back and AC went out again after I was assured it was properly fixed.now the transmission is acting up again.bottom line it's a lemon.not one person has offered to put me in something else,or refund my down payment so I can go elsewhere.the all day we will call you back but no one does.

I'd just like to express my sincere gratitude to Ron and his team. This was far and away the best buying experience across any consumer industry. I drove down on a Saturday with my family and the truck was freshly prepped and ready to go. This was my first classic purchase and our Salesman Ben took the time to show me the "subtle" differences between driving a classic and a modern vehicle. Financing was put in place ahead of time and everything was completed in a timely manner. There was no waiting for one representative or another that you may encounter at other dealerships. I was able to drive my dream truck home and the folks at AutoWorld made it happen for me.

They gave us an opportunity to look around without any pressure and that is what I like when I am shopping especially for reliable transportation, and we are very pleased with the truck I purchased. Jason Allen was one of the most awesome sales representatives I have ever dealt with and he helped answer any questions we had. I will definitely be going back to Jason when I get ready to purchase my next car. Since I hadn't purchased anything major in many years which actually hurts credit ratings, they worked to get me the best deal possible.
