They don't update their online inventory so that they get you to come in and then try to sell you something else. Too busy to be bothered to give you accurate information over the phone.
To the reply: I did call to confirm that the vehicle was there. I was assured that it was there and told that if I called when I was on my way, the vehicle would be pulled up for me to look at. I called to verify that it was still there and let them know that I was on my way so that the van could be pulled forward. The guy I talked with was on the phone when I arrived. He didn't even acknowledge us. Another gentlemen informed us that it was sold that morning. Apparently the first guy I talked with never bothered to verify if it was there or not. In fact, he was saying the same thing he told me to whoever he was on the phone with. He never apologized or took responsibility for wasting my time. This wasn't my mistake, it was your sales associates mistake. If the blame was on me, I would not have given you a bad review.
