Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfasts excellent. Lifts the only problem, usually overfull and overdue. Using the stairs did help us keep fit. Location very good. Enjoyed the stay.

Hotel in a good place, tasty breakfast, clean in the rooms only a little old decor and bad bathrooms in the rooms. Overall, for a short time, approx.

Rooms are comfortable, neat, with everything you need. The staff is professional. A very large selection of dishes for breakfast. Convenient location in the heart of the city and near the metro and NSC Olympic. To Khreshchatyk not more than 10 minutes. They even developed routes for jogging for those staying at the hotel.
In some rooms, some of the furniture is relatively old, still 90-ies, but for me it's not a problem. It is very convenient that rooms (even class standard) have a safe and mini-refrigerator.
I had a situation when I forgot my belongings in the room; then, after my application, the receptionists immediately called the courier and sent them to my address.

Of the minuses - in some rooms there is a lot of noise in the ventilation system of neighboring buildings, so it is difficult to sleep with a window open.

I stop at the hotel for the second time at work. The hotel is very clean, friendly staff, an extraordinary choice for breakfast (buffet), a great view of the NSC-Olympics :) close to the metro, you can quickly get from the station and conveniently get to Khreshchatyk. I wrote the review for the first time and this time I could not resist: in the morning I was pleasantly greeted at breakfast (the worker so delicately asked my guest card for identification as the most respected guest of the hotel), and at the outlet I was gladly helped by the doorman Maxim (he would like to thank him for his care and help ) he just did his job, while I feel like a queen! The room has a booklet that says "Hotel Premier gives emotions" - it's true! - the most positive emotions !!! :) Thanks and the most sincere wishes of prosperity to your hotel !!! :)

That's a big hotel with very friendly personnel. The view from the 11th floor is extraordinary (attached). However, it was stinking (cigarettes) in one part of the room despite the "no smoking" sign. Moreover, the breakfast was quite poor for the size of the hotel (I was fasting, so found only 3 vegetarian options).

It s a good hotel, but it s time to update the atmosphere of the conference hall in my century. 5 times nothing has changed in the hall. It s cold, a good exterior and interior, but the hotel s garden park has something to change.

Good hotel. I really liked the attitude towards me at the reception. Everyone explained in detail about the services. I used the business center. Very convenient, by the way. He worked at the computer, solved some work issues even at night.

Best value for the buck in central kiev .I've been staying at this hotel a few times a year over past 6 years and they offer nice hotel rooms and service for reasonably inexpensive prices. I usually have a queen bed with full bathtub/shower combo, mini fridge , air conditioning. The hotel has many amenities to make your stay convenient such as currency exchange in lobby bar, cafe, and bar and restaurants on another floor . The hotel located stone's throw from Gulliver shopping mall which has anything you'll need during your stay.

From the outside a very nice hotel and the reception area is wonderful BUT the rooms are very small, old and run down bathroom 1sqm freedom of movement otherwise it fit

Celebrated anniversary (70 years). In general, everything is at a high level, there is a smoking room, a beautiful banquet room on the second floor. Good kitchen.

Rus was at the hotel 2 times. First time participant in a medical conference. The second time was to work with a patient who lived there. I liked the interior and the view from the windows. Excellent cuisine and service in the restaurant, polite staff and security. Normal check-in and parking.

Almost all the hotel staff spoke English and they were friendly and polite. Good location and great breakfast selection. Rooms were a little small and dated but contained a safe and fridge. No complaints for the very reasonable prices they charge for roooms.

The hotel is a very old hotel, its location and parking lot is the biggest plus. There is nothing but soap and shampoo in the rooms.

The only problem with the hotel and the staff is the hotel winds cold in the cold is getting wind and cold.

Was at the conference. The hall is beautiful, clean, equipped with the necessary equipment. The waiters that break coffee, that in the restaurant are mobile and helpful. The cooks cook beautifully.

Great hotel, staying for many years when in Kiev on a business trip. The staff is just wonderful - professional, friendly. Over the years there have been many changes for the better - renovating rooms, shower gel in bathrooms, excellent laundry service. A kettle and a cup will be brought at your request (free of charge). Didn't live in expensive rooms. I recommend!
Received a Premier Club card. There are many pleasant discounts and opportunities for her. I still like the hotel and many changes in the rooms themselves (the floors are being reconstructed).
The location is convenient, there are shops and cafes around. The metro is also nearby.

The hotel was very nice. Service is on a high level. Breakfast verity and quality was gorgeous. The room was not very special, but the view on city and stadium is cool. So I can definitely advice this hotel to anybody.

Great hotel which has its old Soviet charm. I felt very comfortable during my stay. Rooms were completely adequate and very clean. The staff is very friendly and the communication in English works wonderfully.

Good hotel, decent rate, free breakfast; some of the staff may require sensitivity training in dealing with foreigners. But great location, hug stadium behind the hotel, close to public transportation and shopping areas, and good food close by too.

The rebuilt Soviet building, small rooms, no toiletries, but there are dispensers of soap and shampoo. There are bathrobes, slippers, tea sets and an empty minibar. Comfortable beds. Proximity to the stadium interferes. The clock was 23-30 when the concert ended. Sleep before that time was impossible. Breakfast is varied. There are dishes of Ukrainian cuisine and traditional scrambled eggs and omelets, sweet. Pleased with the abundance of fruits, vegetables, drinks.

On every TV in this hotel is pro-Russian television - Euronews . Any Ukrainian does not look this channel.
This channel has aim to lie about real situations in Ukraine for foreigners.
Shame the hotel for it! Will never stay here again!
