The employee who was working there was friendly and helpful, I don't know why so many people complain
Terrible customer service and long waits. I often frequent this awful place as its close too work. All staff are extremely rude, slow and un-helpful.
Today a worker approached me as I was waiting in the queue to post a free item back to ASOS to use the self serve machines. At this point I noticed the address label seemed incorrect but he insisted it was okay. When I got back to the office I contacted whom said that that must have been an error with the cookies on my computer and that it was not the address.
I returned to the post offce and spotted the same guy. He was having a personal call and as I mentioned to him I needed to get my arcel back and change the address he ignored me for 5 mins and continued to swoon the chick on the other line. Not only was that disgusting to listen too but very unprofessional.
He told me in a point blank rude manner that because I posted it I could not get it back. I reminded him that it was him who insisted to post but he kept talking over me. Raising his voice and shouting. It turnt to a shouting match in full public with customers appalled at him, asking for a Manager on my behalf as he was shouting rude comments to me.
After all the shouting and kissing his teeth he went into the back room and started shouting about me to all the staff.
Customers kept calling for a Manager but because the place lacks any authority nobody came.
Eventually he rudely shoved my parcel back at the me and told me to shove it where the sun doesn't shine. Nice.
Last time I am going there. Would rather stretch my leg and go to the Borough branch.
Extremely un-helpful stuff! Looking at other people comments you should be sending your stuff to the training.
The laziest postman I have come across in London and I resided in 4 various locations throughout the city. He can't deliver either a 16x16 cushion pad as "it's too heavy" or a 250g shea butter package as "it's too large". SERIOUSLY??
Even Zimbabwean mail is more efficient than this slow and lazy Royal Mail outlet.

Whenever I tried to use this branch s service, I feel like they purposely try to find something in your delivery or collection a mistake or flaw just to send you back.
Local mail delivery office. Wait times can be slow though so don't go in a hurry.

Rubbish service! Staff are just lazy dont even bother ringing the bell can see him outside the door though our cctv and drop the u card to say that no one to open the door or sign.....shambles absolute shambles
I am highly disappointed with this post office, particularly as I have always highly regarded the service of Royal Mail. I went to collect my parcel after I had received the your parcel is ready to collect email . Once there I was told I could not pick up my parcel without having the red card, despite the Royal Mail website stating that the email copy I was using was acceptable. I was rudely dismissed and not given any proper reasoning for this decision. I was told that the only way I could collect my parcel without the card was to book for a redelivery, which is completely untrue. Once I returned with the red card the man entered the exact same details as stated on the email I had previously shown him, and gave me no reason as to why he could not have used these details previously to collect my parcel. Overall, very rude staff who go out of their way to be unhelpful.
I went to get my parcel but it was closed how could be possible??? I have checked online opening times before I go, I don t really understand why they do that to customers???

Very unhelpful staff I ask for receipt he just laughed at me and almost threw parcel at me saying no receipt! that I can go somewhere else to get one! Extremely rude staff lazy and unprofessional! And I need to deal with that!! ??
Incredibly rude staff. Literally laughed at me when I was trying to explain that I was using my middle name (which was on my parcel) instead of my legal first name, despite both names being on my ID. Then called his colleague to also come laugh at me??? Who does that. Never been humiliated like this by a customer service. Would completely avoid this place if you can.
They don't leave you a card when they take your package away, meaning when you go to see what you need to do at the collections office, you are met by very rude, very slow, abrupt staff who don't care about you or your package. You can't get your package and it is returned to sender!
Laziest and most uncooperative people I have ever met in my life... I've seen beggars on the street work harder for 10p than these lot... Ridiculous!

The Opening hours need to be updated. Closes at 16.30 on Friday, not 17.30.
Shame on the name, rude staff, false delivery attempt, should close down soon, waste of time, while there saw other people getting upset too so i am not alone unhappy , showed me my parcel but refused to hand over even all IDs presented because red card was not left but received email that parcel ready for collection, ridiculous service. Opening times are incorrect as they are open on Sundays 1100 am to 1400 pm.Don t know why so many bad reviews as i always use this office even though i have one close to where i live.staff are always trying to help,no waiting time and no confusions.i would say give it a try before making an opinion about this office :)
Few of the staff know what they are doing. One of them is downright incompetent and abusive to customers on top. They looked like they were on drugs, wouldn't let anyone speak and kept speaking gibberish and not getting anything done. I avoid it as much as possible.

I ve just left the office. Highly unprofessional and unhelpful staff. Man working there on his shift screaming at me all over that it s not possible to pick up my parcel as it s locked( and he can t open it?) throwing my phone when I m showing delivery confirmation. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable!
Even for the Royal Mail, this customer service centre is terribly inefficient. Thats probably because they don't seem to place any emphasis on their customers satisfaction. The staff plod from the computer to the collection depot at a snails place and despite being a large space, they only ever seem to have one person working. If you 'have' to go to collect a parcel: leave lots of time because its slow, expect rudeness from the staff and remember that there is no-where to park nearby.
Handy for me because it's near where I live. Some staff okay some can't be bothered 50/50 for me
