Shame on the name, rude staff, false delivery attempt, should close down soon, waste of time, while there saw other people getting upset too so i am not alone unhappy , showed me my parcel but refused to hand over even all IDs presented because red card was not left but received email that parcel ready for collection, ridiculous service.
