We have been staying in Royal Lancaster Hotel for few consecutive years, and the staying experience is steadily worse each year. In the beginning, reservation had put the titles wrong with a wrong room rate, and the receptionist is so arrogantly ignorant without help. We had requested a two double beds at the very beginning, And found out they gave us a connected bed. Upon requested to adjust either to a different room or to separate the beds, the beds are still unchanged after we came back to the room after 7 hours. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know.
