My wife and I purchased a Renegade a few months ago. Frankly we felt pressured into also purchasing the vehicle protection plan. Our mistake for not taking more time to understand the details, we will admit some responsibility there. However, after checking with our insurance company we found out that the coverage plan was not necessary for us.

My wife called and emailed a cancellation request to the finance manager and was told it would take 6 weeks to process. 2 1/2 months later, our bank didn't get a refund check. She called the finance manager CONSTANTLY, left messages, sent emails, had the assistant leave a note on the finance managers desk and nothing was responded to. She finally went into the dealership and was completely disrespected by the finance manager. He acknowledged that he had received her emails and the note that was put on his desk and when she asked why he didn't reach out to me, he shrugged and didn't have an answer. She was not apologized to and was spoken to very inappropriately by this person. After being told again that it would be taken care of we checked in with the bank again and they STILL HAVE NOT RECTIFIED THE SITUATION. They continue to compensate off our loses having this plan with obviously no care. DO NOT PURCHASE A PROTECTION PLAN FROM THESE THIEVES.

I would love to hear a response from someone at Jeep but I won't hold my breathe..
