I had previously given Round Rock Nissan 5 stars however in the month I have had my Pathfinder I've taken it in about 3 to 4 times for the check engine light. They have kept it for 3 to 4 days and return it to me with the same problem. My husband and I purchased this 0 miles 2017 vehicle for the sole purpose of not having this or any type of issue with it since he works all day and I'm with our kids. This defeats the purpose of us buying a brand new car. I used to love the service there too but now its the worse. The advisors don't even acknowledge you. They check you in and make you stand there like an idiot without saying a word to you. This evening when I took my truck again the advisor even told enterprise (they had to call Nissan because the request for a car for me wasn't even in) that he didn't even know I had gotten picked up from them already. Yeah ofcourse he didn't because he left me there standing with my 3 kids while he completely ignored me.
