It would be really nice if they answer the phone when you call them.

On 20/12 i had dinner at prego s. They have an amazing appetiser: grilled octopus. A must try. Unfortunately the spaghetti alla carbonara arent as great. The recepie does not include eggs among the imgredients. A lot of creamy sauce that makes the pasta quite difficult to enjoy in full. Cheesecake is good. On a thursday night, the restaurant closed at 12am

I think this is one of my worst stays at a Rotana hotel so far, the staff is rude, and definitely not a Rotana standards, other than that the hotel is old but beautiful, the beach and the pool is bad and depressing, the best thing about the hotel is the piano and violin performance in the lobby, this again came with rude staff chasing you to order food despite ordering in the hotel restaurant for more than the price of the room itself, just weird behavior from couple of people that ruined our stay, not expected from a customer that stays frequently with your hotel group!

Very nice and luxurious please, attached with restaurant and wide swimming pool, the sea view is awesome, beside the beach is very safe and calm whereas the kids can have Wonderful moments. You can can walk in the city while it's very close to the mall and restaurants

Great experience for my first time ever visiting the UAE. The service was great and the room was very nice. They did a great job to make my stay memorable and left a lasting impression of how service should be during a hotel stay.

I love this place! I love tge decor, I love the ambiance, this is definitely worthy of a stop and stop!!! The only drawback is the disruption of the traffic pattern but please don't let tgat make you miss out on a gem!!!

Decent hotel and residence in Abu Dhabi, located on the canal. Functional, beautiful design of the rooms. All new. Convenient underground garage. It has its own tiny beach, many restaurants, the best near the residences. Cons: the hotel is not on the sea, everywhere there is strong noise from air conditioners, around construction, there is a freezer inside the hotel, even in winter. But in principle, in the UAE, these disadvantages are to one degree or another everywhere.

I agree with the reviews that says good hotel but reception staff are not friendly and like they don t care. The welcome message during check in was limited to the word hello. Although my reservation is for a classic king room I was giving a twin beds room without any apology she said same category! Even my ID was returned by just putting it on table without any care or even thanks or giving it to me to my hand similar to the way I handed it. There is a big difference between this Rotana and rotana reyyhan hotel in terms of customer experimace. Details can be given upon request but I wouldn t be happy to return to this hotel if this is the type of staff that we will face at reception

Although there are construction going on currently; but it remains one of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi

Rooms dated and it shows, but on the other hand is very comfortable, has everything you need, good service.
