I visited Beach Rotana during the Special Olympics World Games 2019. The staff was awesome. The couple of glitches that we had they began to work through them immediately. My youngest son, age 10, had a smile on his face that they knew him by name. The concierge stand and some of the staff would address him like he was the adult. It made a difference being in an unusual place.

Many employees are overwhelmed or just too forgetful, otherwise great hotel ... Would recommend new residence!

Overall, very well-designed complex, directly connected to a large mall. Really great and very professional staff. is very clean. Nice pool with its own sandy beach, but no sea view, since the hotel is located on a canal, but the grounds are very nice and well maintained. However, my room was facing the courtyard above a sports bar / restaurant, where until late evening enthusiastic guests the sports broadcasts appreciated. Even more fatal, the indoor room was set in an atrium with a breakfast restaurant on the floor. The first guests did not contribute to the quality of sleep but also it was at about 1 o'clock in the morning very loud (wet vacuum and furniture back) cleaned. Sleeping was difficult.
So to see that the room is located elsewhere in the hotel, then it should work with the great stay.
