The experience is very excellent but please smell the rooms more + change the bed because it is uncomfortable

Good hotel, service played, all restaurants were allowed to eat several times in all inclusive. Location by the sea.

A wonderful place with great staff. The gym and swimming pool are great and will make your stay more beautiful. It's connected to the mall of abu dhabi which is a plus. Also, the breakfast buffet is amazing. Very delicious and mouth watering menu. I loved my stay.

Beach Rotana is located adjacent to Abu dhabi mall. It's a well maintained hotel with some amazing options for brunches on Fridays

One of the best hotel in Rotana group. The main attractions are the nearby beach and avoid swimming pool located outside the hotel. The food served art of excellent quality and delicious. Wanted to visit again.

Great hotel. We spent a week here and felt very comfortable. Great restaurants in the hotel. We had all inclusive, the buffet restaurant was great and we were 1x at the steakhouse. Nice entrance hall. The beach is good, very good service (in no hotel in the world I was offered to clean my sunglasses). The water sports (SUP) is expensive. The view is not so good at the stand, but that's just the way it is. The area surrounding the hotel is hectic. There are big construction sites in front of the mall. The Corniche is within walking distance. The Abu Dhabi Mall is next door and good. This mall does not match the big malls on Yas or Marina, but you can shop there well. We have previously reserved a rental car (Europcar) from Germany and picked it up directly at the hotel (Europcar is in the lobby). The service was good, as the hotel parked the car for free every evening "valet".

Went for a wedding reception. Because of the maintenance work happening around Beach Rotana and Abu Dhabi Mall, it was very difficult find the way to the Entrance. Also for getting the car back, it took more than 30 minutes. The arrangements inside the wedding hall (Thuraya) was very nice and the food also very good. As there were no cutleries available near the food area and we are forced to use the cutleries inside the wedding hall. It will be good the management can take care of this. Overall the experience was good.

I go here for the crispy pork knuckle. It used to be better when they crosshatched the fat, but it's still good.

Excellent place to stay. By far the best hotel I have ever been extremely courteous and friendly. They even changed my room to have a view of the wonderful city. I will return again.

The service is terrible, the food does not correspond to the level of 5 stars of the UAE, the children have almost nothing, floor polishing works at night, it is noisy

Excellent gardens/grounds, as well as a good selection of food options. However, you are very much beholden to the resort-esque feel of this place, even if it is classified as being 'downtown'. The adjacent shopping mall lacks appeal, as does the surrounding area.
Close to being worth it for a weekend away.

Waiting for more than 2 hours to check-in. That's really bad.. Still don't know what I am gonna face during my stay so please don't take my note as a final. Things could be changed to the best

Absolute top hotel. We would be treated like "kings" from the first to the last minute. We chose all inclusive and could eat and drink in one of 7 restaurants. Unfortunately we could not try all but the food was More

No upgrade on the room no matter what my staus on expedia. Was not told which elevator to use after check in. Room was small in the corner like a vloset. Facilities where great with a motel 6 room.

Very nice and well maintained 5 * hotel. In addition to the buffet, the hotel offers 5 more restaurants. The staff is friendly and fast. the rooms are very clean, that is also the 2 times a day the room service comes, i. clean towels in the morning and in the evening. In the outdoor area there are several bars. The beach is small and fine. All inclusive is a nice thing .... you get an "all around dinner" card that shows you. Do not be surprised if you still write a kind of order. In the restaurants there are specially marked food for all inclusive.

The rooms are well equipped. You can eat in several restaurants. A nice facility, child friendly.

Rooms are adequate with opulent decor. Restaurants are very good. Dining is very expensive by our standards and I guess this is because everything is imported.

2 stars are anyway high ranking. You go to Emirates for great hotel and even better service ! This is not a case at Rotana beach! We are very disappointed! If you think about all inclusive just don t do it ! You will feel as a guest of 2nd or even 3rd category and it s not really all in its fine around with very selected choice of drinks and food in the restaurants! I will not describe restaurants as I gave to each of them other comment I can only advise finz and Benihana nice food and great service! Do not go to Italian it has nothing to do with real Italian food and service is disaster ! Steak house have very nice service but they completely ruined my steak! Driest meat ever ! This cannot be forgiven! But really biggest disaster was lounge of the hotel with 10 ppl running around but nobody do anything ! Every time you wait min 30 min for stupid beer !!
Hotel itself is divided on left side you have newer part which maybe look like 5 stars our was not even close to 3 ! In front of our room somebody put dirty dishes and they were took out after more than 24 hours only after we told that to reception! Room was not clean properly not even taking trashes made us sad. There is lots of small stuff like way to small beach na pool for such a big hotel! Not enough space if they are booked out! But what was the worst was a NYE ! Too much ppl too less space cold food - and for all of that you have to pay in addition!
This hotel have for sure potential but for me it s never ever 5 star hotel ! They are barely 3 stars ! Sorry for such long opinion but ppl should be aware before going there and spend their money !

It's a luxurious place with fine dining and great amenities.

Superrr noisy!!!! The restaurant below plays very LOUD music, which makes it difficult to sleep. Not recommended at all!
