Hotel in the city center, free valet parking, free early check-in, nice and big pool. Mall direct access by the hotel.

Great hotel with an ideal location in Abu Dhabi. The rooms are well equipped and are cleaned every day. The hotel is right in the city center and even has a great beach. If you are on holiday should book all inclusive, otherwise it will be very expensive. There are several restaurants where you get a 3 course meal. Highly recommended is the restaurant Finz. The hotel is very clean and the service is great. Wi-Fi is everywhere. The transmission speed is top. On the negative side, there is only alcohol at certain times. Furthermore, there could be more entertainment options. Generally the hotel is recommended it is a class hotel on a high level.

It's a very amazing place. Good restaurants, fantastic SPA, amazing beach and pool. Directly contended with Abu Dhabi Mall, Rotane is a corner of paradise where relaxing after an hard day of work.

Busy noisy hotel in the middle of city very nice inside nice little beach area however room walls are very thin and you can hear everything, had a6girl who had parties every nite for 3 nights running then screaming kids so very noisy other than that very nice had to upgrade from classic to premium suite cause the wardrobe was a little cupboard with 4 coat hangers in and there was two of us there for 2 weeks however hotel gave a reasonable upgrade price but we had an interconnection door which possible assisted with the noise, I would recommend this hotel though

Winter carnival every year is great, this year their was an even bigger selection of home made products that the wife and kids loved.

very bad service ..Check in 2hrs got delayed because the room was not ready. Room service always delaying after orders .. And the most bad things we felt the attitude of receptionist called Eva like she always rude to talk and not respecting the guests also and we felt that we stayed at her home without paying money....

Zimmer waren klasse. Auch der Service war super. Besonders gefiel uns Nadeem an der Poolbar und Sara in der Lounge. Die beiden haben immer ein Auge drauf gehabt ob wir was brauchen.

Service was very bad The rooms were not really charged We were waiting for a manager waiting to make the complaint what a refund. The receptionist had his answer if I liked you. I was very disappointed.

Beautiful hotel to visit and have a meal. The lobby is very attractive place and inviting. The atmosphere is very friendly.

The staying in the Beach Rotana was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location very much. The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. We liked the dinner very much.

The ambiance is on point. If you want a day away from your busy life, this hotel is the palce to be. The staffs were friendly and very accommodating and the restaurants are amazing.

Excellent resort with everything you could possibly need for a great time alone or with family. Beach and other facilities are top notch and there is a fantastic choice of restaurants.

I stayed in beach rotana all suites for 10 days. Not continuous 10days,5 days each. I satisfied with the accomodation and the facilities. The one star for the check out time. In their website they are telling they will adjust with the check out time. They will extend check out time upon our request. I stayed there with my 6 month old baby. First time i request them 4 o clock check out because my husband meeting was till 4 pm. But they told me to check out 3pm. so after 3 pm I stayed with my baby in the abudhabi mall for 1 hour. second time they told me to check out at 12 pm. They didnt hear my request. Never consider my baby situation. So i stayed with my baby in the abudhabi mall for 4 hours till my husband arrives at 4 o clock.
So I hope management have a look upon check out system to avoid further inconvience to coming customers.

Excellent place to visit and enjoy their hospitality. The Lobby is one of the best in the city. A variety of restaurants add to the pleasure of the journey. Access to Abu Dhabi Shopping Mall is a plus.

It was an amazing place to relax & enjoy the sunny weather . The decoration looks like Greek style, the color & the atmosphere.

Great shopping center. You can find clothes etc. on every outlet. It is in Abu Dhabi.

Despite of road construction, this hotel still able to hold into its name. Best, its same property of Abu Dhabi Mall

Stay was perfect, I would like to say it was beyond our expectations. We been upgraded from classic studio to Premium Studio which also had sea view and I loved it. Whole team is well trained and they are so courteous. Breakfast was superb. Private beach and pool, both areas are full of facilities. Staff is always available there.
Thanks to the whole team for the great services.

The food is delicious especially the lovely sea desserts from the outside especially in the gorgeous winter

I honestly enjoy the Rotana group of Hotels. I have recently visited the BEACH ROTANA, Abu Dhabi. This was based on the recommendation of a friend and his family who booked in with us. In short he had a horrible experience from the service desk, I stood there and overhead a conversation and was happy I was not the one being threatened with we will charge an extra day to your card if you do not check out by 13:00

We requested (upon arrive) to have a later check out as we had to take the car away, let the family relax before we leave.
1) They refused ARROGANTLY to offer a sensible late check out.
2) They were just not trying to be understanding at all with any request.
3) Bedding was thin, useless and cheap no extra duvet available.
4) The worst was the reply: I am being kind to you to give till 13:00 to check out

On pool area access, they question you every time (4 times) that morning.

In short I use to enjoy it and will return to familiar grounds but not to BEACH ROTANA. Please avoid if you can.

Good the service and landscape very good but the pool it was not beautiful but there are small bar beside the pool.
