Very nice hotel in south sinai but the beach is not sandy it is rock beach.

Great hotel, good food! Issue a card to not get lost! There is a diving school, many good boutiques right on the site. My 7 year old child was delighted with eastern hospitality. Got into a fairy tale! Thanks to the hotel staff for the warm welcome and attention. Perfect hotel for families with children.

Many Russians and Ukrainians. Otherwise very nice house reefs for snorkeling and diving. The rooms and the whole area are very nice. The food is good. The people are nice and do not beg for tips!

Great holiday - 4 star rated hotel - lives up to it in most areas. Stayed on old half of resort - new / deluxe side opposite.
Room clean and good - tv, fridge, water provided daily, hairdryer etc. Patio doors had good view of sea and cleaners leave towel art daily!
Food had good choice - 5 restaurants on site, buffet service good if you pick and especially choose the meat / fish cooked for you. Bedouin restaurant good food, though often a wait for meat to cook, Italian - good to visit as service included in all inclusive food.
Beach is small, but sand beach terraces are great place to sunbathe, not a problem finding a place though stayed in November. 5 pools in resort with 2 large ones, some heated for winter, 3 pool bars. Sea warm - and snorkelling off the hotel's own reef was fantastic.
Service generally good - some cannot do more to help.
Entertainment team for both sides of the resort, only tried water aerobics as was looking for quiet week, but good time. Also mini golf course, tennis courts, table tennis, pool, gym, spa etc.
Overall good week, food probably not 4* but not terrible either, reef and snorkelling made this holiday special!

Magnificent hotel complex with numerous and vast swimming pools.

It was perfect experience and good sea few and good place for adults and children

it was a horrible trip ... service is very poor ... dirty restaurant ... no beverage available.... people are left in swimming pools with their full dress
and very bad response from the front disk
one day that was one of the best hotels in Sharm and now ... it is one of the worst

Good place for vacation with family. Good reef to dive

Economy class hotel. The food and drinks they offer are scarce and uniform. The restaurant is small. Pontoon on the beach, swimming is prohibited near the reefs. The pool is large for adults and a small indoor for children. Rooms are not cleaned every day, but every 2 days. Towels in the rooms do not change at all. We went to eat in Old Town and in Naama Bay, to somehow diversify the menu. We stayed in a room overlooking the pool. Very noisy. The hotel has the best location, near Soho Square, shops. The place is more of a party, if the quality is not important for you and you like just free alcohol, rather than family. From Egypt 5 * did not wait, but even for 3 * it is very weak. I don't want to come back here, especially in children.

Bad food normal rooms but amazing stuff not coming back

Good place, great reefs. If you want to look at reefs in Sharks Bay this hotel will be best choice now since it's swimming area holds two reef islands and no technical area at left so you can go swimming along reef wall really far. Area is pretty big and have many recreation zones, as well as 3 main pools in second line and around 3 or more smaller pools in first line. Hotel have a shuttle riding every 15-20 minutes around all zones and beach. Food is pretty diverse but of medium quality. Also dish cleaning is not the best. Rooms are clean and nice at second line. Staff often can't keep up to demands on popular zones as well as wifi in lounges.

Absolutely FANTASTIC time with Great service! Hotel is very clean, well kept and professionally staffed. The pools are well maintained and clean. Beds we're firm but comfortable. Food was OUTSTANDING! the vegetarian dishes were tastey and creative. Snorkeling was Very Good. House reef is healthy with lots of work by the staff to protect the coral and sealife. Certainly will consider visiting again. Also: hotel provides a very handy bus on site and bus to downtown, which we used alot. Beautiful time at Hilton.

Responsive and pleasant staff. Spacious clean rooms on the second line. Convenient transfer to the restaurant, to the beach both from the second line and the first. Four, not inferior to the local fives, and in many ways superior. A little problematic with the language - many have weak Russian and English. In general, I recommend.

The hotel as a whole is quite good, the rooms are slightly tucked up. The staff are friendly, always help, and money is not required for it (although for a dollar or for a chocolate start to better serve). In the restaurant you can always find something to your liking. In some of the species was always veal (quite tasty), but that's about seafood - it's only mackerel and once on a Sunday there is a tuna. Alcohol is horrible, as elsewhere in Egypt, so I recommend to go with yours.

Great hotel with a beautiful setting and a huge pool. Friendly staff and lots of possibillities. The coral reef is just by the beach. Food is not fantastic but okay.

We rested with my husband in April 2019. The first time in Egypt, so there is nothing to compare with, but were very pleased. Settled on the first line with a view of the sea, a beautiful view) For food, the choice is not too large, but there are plenty to choose from, we never remained hungry. We are for outdoor activities, so we constantly disappeared into the sea, and it s just beautiful, I ve never seen so many types of fish! In the evening, shows and competitions at the bar, and then a small disco. Everywhere we saw some pros, maybe the cons are present, but we did not notice them.

Amazing place and good staff.
Fabulous sea

Rested with my family, in March 2019. We lived in room 1117, on the first line. Cleanliness in the room leaves much to be desired, black seams on the tile in the bathroom unit, swollen tiles in the room itself, creaky doors. The room overlooks the courtyard in the direction of the reception, constantly noisy, in the evening and at night the noise from visitors to the disco club. The kitchen is monotonous, but you will not be hungry, there is little fruit - orange, tangerine, pomegranate have always been, sometimes a banana, cantaloupe. We went a couple of times for dinner at a second-line restaurant, they liked it better there. As for the sea, everything is fine there, the reef is beautiful, there are a lot of fish. Service on the beach is so-so, there are not enough sun beds, there were also not enough towels and very worn towels. About the beach bar, there are two of them, in that the top is always a huge line and there are not enough glasses, the glasses are washed by hand, rinsed and everything, without a dishwasher, take your glasses better. On the lower bar a hookah is very bad, it costs $ 5, it would not give a dollar.

All is well, but there was no hair dryer and water bottle at check-in. Received infectious poisoning. Of the good, this is the sea and the reef. Very good water, beautiful reef and a variety of fish. Good attendants, there were some misunderstandings due to the fact that the locals did not speak Russian well and picked up words incorrectly. Some may already say a few phrases in Ukrainian.
