Today I encountered the worst service and treatment in the hotel, very bad dealings with customers and wrong reservations that they take through their site without the availability of empty rooms, and the staff's treatment of the work is very provocative and harmful to people.

Pretty much the best accommodation in terms of hotels/resorts/hostels I have ever been to (and that's not few). Absolutely top notch! Rooms, facilities, restaurant, food.. everything just simply incredibly amazing! :) Such a beautiful hotel! Highly recommended!

This is a great place. I'd stay here again. The staff was friendly, spa was lovely. It's next to the mall. Plenty of choices and right downtown

Amazing 5 star hotel and resort. But getting in and out is not easy and it is considered a bit far from down town. It is beautiful if you want to have a relaxing stay and beach/pool activities. I loved the breakfast, spa and salon services as well as restaurants there. But walls weren't sound proof and we heard a lot of noises at night which made me very uncomfortable as I was traveling with my family.

Maybe I was in the wrong hotel, after reading the other comments. Was poor experience. Wifi was very slow throughout the whole day, looks line limited to 20kbp per hour. Room was very small and outdated. Called the service several times, 6 times noone picked up. The extra pillow was never delivered yet. Kids werent allowed to take an half empty fanta bottle to the pool for security reasons, to buy the same drink at the pool bar . Pool was overcrowded, not a single chair available... i could go on for more. But i won't come back anyway.

I stayed in the hotel for only 2 days (16&17 July 2020),and I was planning to extend for a whole week, but I changed my plan because The air condition was not working in my room at all, and water was dripping from the ceiling, and I called the reception 5 times starting from 12 am to 2:30 am and each time they keep saying we will send the maintenance team to your room and we were sweating and kids were not able to sleep, moreover I requested to pay for the open buffet breakfast for 2 persons and I highlighted that I am requesting the breakfast for my kids only (Because i and my wife are on keto diet) but the reception told me that neither I nor my wife allowed to accompany the kids (9 years and 6 years) during the breakfast and I has to pay for me and my wife as well !!!!

I like going to beach rotana for many reasons, rodeo grill (one of the best steak in town), Prego's the Italian Restaurant, Capelli ladies hair salon (by Ahmed Nabhan), gym facilities and group workout classes, beach and so much more! You can walk into Abu Dhabi Mall from the hotel which is another reason why I like it. Definitely a 5-star for me!

The reception is in a luxurious, quiet, very clean, friendly staff. I have a problem with the booking. I thank Mr. Mohammed for his understanding of the problem and its solution in a suitable way, the room is very luxurious, there is no inconvenience from the neighbors in the room, Serving a row of vehicles, a very clean beach, the restaurant is luxurious. I stayed at this hotel for business. I liked it very much. The breakfast buffet have all type of breakfast including continental and middle eastern. The German bar is very nice. The outdoor seating is very nice (probably not is Summer). It is very close to the Abu Dhabi Mall. The staff are very polite and professional. The lobby atmosphere is relaxing and you will be welcomed with an arabic coffee.

Finz was good, met friends. Will be really nice in winter overlooking water. Good food. Yummy.

A beach hotel that does not allow you to wear sleeveless shirts to breakfast. I was surprised that this was the dress code in this beautiful property. I respect it, but i don t have to like it.

Other than that, the service was excellent. Area was well-maintained, and the staff, always courteous.

Rotana Beach Hotel Abu Dhabi Mall The tourist club area is pleasant, beautiful and upscale close to the airport shipping service.

the location of the hotel is ideal for traveling around the city. It is a very convenient mall for shoping etc. the hotel has a picsine, a beach, a fitness center and several restaurants and cafe to please everyone as well as a shisha bar. I like going to this place.

Great location, delicious food at all restaurants especially at Indigo.

I didn t stay there to sleep. The outside courtyard is absolutely beautiful at night and the waiter was always there if we ever wanted to recommend drinks / shishas.

Lighting systems are very bad. Toilets contain 6 lights!!!!
Also room service is strange and noisy!!!!
Alshorfa resturant is really bad resturant!!!

Big hotel spread over 3 buildings. Adjacent to the Abu Dhabi mall which is very convenient. Hotel has multiple restaurants in addition to the ones found at the mall. The gym is nice and overlooks the pool. The hotel has a nice pool area as well as its own little beach. Services is excellent. Nice beach bar with a happy hour until 7 pm

- This is a business / tourist hotel.
- Hotel's lobby and rooms are comfortable. - Breakfast restaurant noisy, noisy. Other hotel restaurants in business.
- Staff pleasant.

- The hotel rooms have a high level of noise / noise from the air conditioners of the shopping mall adjacent to / below.
- The noise of city traffic is clearly in the rooms (eg 13th floor).
- satisfactory level of all inclusive meals, basic meals
- breakfast not particularly hearty, 3 star level.
- I do not recommend it to those looking for a five star level.
