Stayed here on business for a conference. Great room service! Great rooms! Wonderful views at night and located to a lot of restaurants. I can't say much about the pricing since it was covered by work, but I imagine it's worth every penny!

We have stayed at this resort many times and have always had a great stay. However, today we arrived at 4:15. The front desk clerk Pharah was incredibly rude and told us that since we booked through a 3rd party that we would have to wait another 20 mins or so after we already waited over 15 min in line. We called our 3rd party reservation and they said it was there immediately. They then put us back through the line another 20 mins. She still proceeded to argue with me and about. I have never dealt with such a rude inconsiderate front desk person.

Love this hotel. Service was superb and food was amazing. We rarely had to leave the hotel, they had everything. Food is a little pricey and the market place was to, but for convenience it works.

Lobby was fantastic, was expecting more in the rooms. Room service was the worst part, they forgot to replace our towels the first day. Then they continually knocked on the door new years day even though we had a do not disturbe sign up. To top it all off Internet was expensive with a price of $10/day.

Every time I come to the Rosen, I have a great experience. Great atmosphere, great staff. The regular rooms are modern and updated but the VIP suites could use an update. The VIP suites are still amazing though.
If you simply ask, THEY MAY move you up to a higher floor to get a great view of Orlando.
All in all, great hotel.

Wow, so we just checked in today and I can already say it's been a terrible experience. I called before we arrived to confirm they had a pack n play that could be delivered to the room for my 4 month old. They said they had roll away cribs and it would be no problem. Well, they have a crib BUT DO NOT HAVE SHEETS FOR THEM! They sent queen sized bed sheets for us to fold and put over the crib mattress. It's pathetic that this hotel has cribs but can not invest in proper bedding for the crib. This is a huge safety issue and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with a child who is still in a crib or pack n play.

Nice room and clean. The only thing if you want to have free parking then you have to walk so far from the parking lot to lobby. But at least the hotel is on the busy road which has everything: food, drink, attraction.

I admire the cleanliness and upscale service provided. I enjoyed my stay to full. Taking advantage of the pool area was my favorite. I also love location. There where many restaurants to choose from and activities as well. Will be going back.

I arrived last Sunday evening, October 21st. The in room refrigerator was not working and HBO was not available with a message "weak signal". I called guest services and the fridge was changed out for a working model. Service guy left a note saying "working on that" regarding HBO. Next night, called about HBO again as I did the following two nights of my stay. It was finally resolved on the last day by installing a new TV. No excuse for not handling this item immediately.

My least favorite of the Rosen properties. While it is a good hotel for getting to the convention center, the long boxy nature of the hotel makes high traffic times hard to navigate when the crowd hits its peak times. i enjoy the Deli and the other eateries in the hotel, however, the coffee shop is hit or miss. Depends on the staff manning the counter at the time you visit. Rooms are standard. Be aware that sound does carry down the halls, therefore, this may not be the spot you want if you want to be near your convention going peers. I tend to stay at the plaza, a short trip away, instead as it is much quieter when you wish to avoid the madness of big events at the convention.

Great staff and service, poor Internet facilities, very loud air conditioning too. The lobby, pool and other areas are very clean and pleasant although very expensive to eat in and no breakfast is included.

Bedbugs! Beware!

Bedbugs! Beware!

Bedbugs! Beware!

I just checked out today May 1, 2018 after spending three nights at this hotel. Not only I have never been bitten by bedbugs, but the worst part is the reaction of the person at the front desk once I told him what had happened.
The first issue I encountered with my room was a clogged shower, so bad that it took about 30 minutes to drain. Then I needed to call for additional shampoo as they have placed two conditioners and no shampoo nor soap.
After spending three nights in the same room, today the day I am scheduled to check out, the alarm clock went off at 5:30 am. Now, I never even touched that alarm clock during the four days and three nights I spent there. However, coincidentally today, when I m supposed to check out, it goes off at 5:30 am and the check out time is at 11:00 am. You make your own conclusions.
As I am checking out at the front desk, I asked the person if he knew anything about bedbugs in the hotel. He face went blank! I gave him my room number and he started looking at the computer. I proceeded to say that I have never stayed at a hotel where I have been bitten by bedbugs. He simply continued to look at the computer monitor. He didn t even say: I m very sorry for the inconvenience, or I do apologize for the inconvenience, or is there anything we can do to compensate for the inconvenience, just nothing!
I finally stated that this would be my last time coming to this hotel. He simply stayed there staring at the computer; he simply couldn t care less for what had happened to me. I hope people questions why this hotel has such amazing rates and read this review. By the way, I stayed at this hotel only because it was the one assigned to me by my company and not because I chose it.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE unless you want to be eaten alive by BEDBUGS!

Room is nice, not quite as nice as expected for the price, typical. Food is amazing, which makes it easier to swallow the prices. Everyone on staff is super nice and helpful. The whole place is huge and beautiful, especially when the conference center is considered as well.

The Rosen is always a great place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and the staff, with the exception of one of the receptionists who was extremely rude to myself and also other guests, is incredibly accommodating. The people in the pizza parlor were all A++. Only giving it 3 stars because of the receptionist.

Enjoyed our stay at the Rosen Centre. Really liked the layout of the bathroom. The toilet and tub were separate from the sink which helped keep the sink's mirror from fogging up while the shower was in use. Having a small refrigerator in the room was very helpful. Plenty of electrical outlets to charge cellphones, laptops, etc.

First and last time staying at the Rosen Centre. B...

First and last time staying at the Rosen Centre. Billing issues, terrible service, lots of runaround (service and literally)

Overall Ratings:
10/10 Cleanliness: place was spotless
8/10 View: liked that I could see the ferris wheel outside my window
6/10 Amenities: no microwave, cheap towels
3/10 Food: fruit flies all over dried apricots at breakfast buffet
2/10 Customer Service: valet service overcharge, poor communication with mail, service not very friendly

Amenities: Stay was business related so I did not engage in much of the amenities. The room lacked a microwave and there were no water bottles upon check-in. Coffee maker with complimentary coffee packets without any water to actually make coffee is pointless. Towels were cheap, white towels that looked and felt like they came from the dollar store. The hallways the first 2 of 4 days smelled like cigarettes/weed and are dimly lit with low ceilings.

Food: Tried the breakfast buffet with my boyfriend. Good assortment of breakfast type foods. However the bowl of dried apricots was covered in fruit flies. The server checked in with us every 5 minutes, excessive. The check had a mandatory 18% gratuity. A forced 18% tip on a buffet for 2. We literally got our own food and only had water. Absolute nonsense.

Customer Service:
- Check in: Front desk seemed neutral, not like people in the service industry. They saw the room reservation for 2 and assumed two beds. I should have corrected her and asked for 1 but I was in a rush. She did ask if I wanted to be on a higher or lower floor level.
- Mail: I dialed 0 from my room and asked if they could notify me by phone or text message when they received the package I was expecting. I was told the business center handled the mail and was currently closed. I asked if she could leave them a message. She told me she was at one of the affiliated hotels so she could not do that, instead gave me the email to the business center and told me I could email them and ask. I emailed. The response the next morning was to contact a different email/number. The man who answered at the business center tells me the concierge service handles the mail, not the business center. I ask for the number to the concierge's and he gives me an ext. #, not asking if I had something to write it down and not waiting. I asked him to repeat twice then start to read it back to him, but he hangs up partway through. I call back and find out it's not a phone number, he doesn't know their phone number, then transfers me to the font desk, they never pick up, I leave a message with my name and room number with my request. No response. At that point I' feel I should have stayed at a cheap hotel with a front desk who handled everything with zero run-around.
- Valet: The stay was for 3 nights. My boyfriend stayed for 1 night with his car. Drove in Friday evening left early morning the next day. Last day of my stay and I receive a bill for 5 nights of valet service. When I went to dispute my bill front desk told me I had to go to valet to do it. There was no apology and the girl asked me 3 times and again after they adjusted my bill if we told them he was checking out the car. Yes, yes, yes, and yes. Even if we didn't tell them, the car is not here, it never came back and was never coming back so what did it matter asking other than to irritate me? The bill should be changed regardless. Then I asked for the updated bill, which they told me they couldn't print out there but I had to go to the front desk for. Never had to physically walk back and forth so much for a hotel's screw up.

Long story short, I've had better service at an extended stay hotel. Never coming back to the Rosen Centre or any of its affiliated institutions.

The hotel is in a great location that is easy to access. Very clean rooms, great pool area, variety of dining to choose from, and large conference room areas. Always a great experience every time we stay there.

Instead of a single queue and directing guests to the next available registration agent, they have 6 separate lines each moving at a glacial pace. Clearly being across from the convention center ensures that the hotel will always be full regardless of the quality of service. Rosen Center clearly has never heard of the focus on the customer experience!!

I travel with an emotional support pet and I have a dog sitter do a drop in visit for 30 minutes and request an exception to allow the sitter to park in the front entrance for that small amount of time and was told they could park at Walgreen's which opens up the potential to get towed. I was told that they could go in and buy a piece of gum and that way they are a customer and can't say anything.
I personally witnessed 2 of the valet guys go to their cars that was parked in valet spots and either put something in or take something out.
The charges for valet and self parking is more than the sitter makes for their service.

The wifi is pretty spotty and keeps turning on and off again on my phone requiring me to sign in up to ten times per day. The vending machine on my floor stole a dollar bill after the credit card function was malfunctioning. Tried to call the front desk but the phones in the room look like common variety cubicle office phones with no pre programmed options to call front desk and I didn't feel like accidentally getting charged $.0.75 for a local call in case dialing zero goes to an actual operator. (who charges for local calls in hotels anymore?) - despite a massive amount of space for conventions and large crowds, this hotel somehow manages to feel stuffy like a quiet library. Even if the staff were overly friendly, it wouldn't help my overall review, but for sake of comprehensiveness I'll add that the front desk staff was unremarkable and a little vapid when checking me in. Sort of looked right through me. This hotel is close to the nearby convention centers but if you want to eat at a real restaurant or bar, and not one in a hotel or conference center, you'll walk a mile or Uber/drive if that's your thing. Not the greatest part of I-Drive. Generally unimpressed. Doesn't feel like this hotel is trying very hard to keep up with the times. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the rooms are clean, I will give it that.

I stayed here on business and it was a very comfortable stay. The room was clean had everything almost everything I needed. The mini-fridge did not have a freezer compartment so my ice cream melted. That's not much to complain about. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ate at Harry's Poolside, The Everglades and Red's Deli. The deli was fine for a quick bite. Harry's and The Everglades are nice for a night out.

Enjoyed everything. The housekeeping staff was awesome. Front desk awesome. The Matienace guy was so very sweet and helpful. Didn't get upset when my daughter lost Baby Jesus in the wall. He couldn't get to it but he tried. Everyone was awesome.
