In June / July 2018, I brought my LS watch to Leo & Co Juwelier in Essen (my husband bought and gave me this watch at this store).
I lost four rhinestones and wanted to get them replaced. The saleswoman wanted to inform you first and let me know by phone. After four days she called and told us that a replacement would be possible and gave us the price. We decided to replace it. After about 11/2 months the clock was back, the shiny stones were dull black! That looked awful, all the stones shiny transparent, except for four distributed black stones.
So you could not wear the clock. So she was sent again!
Last year I'm waiting for my watch! In between, my clock was no longer findable, then it would be found again. This should be sent with UPS. When I was in the store I was supposed to pay for the ups delivery even though the watch was not there, outrageous!
Before Christmas I was in the shop and the employee was embarrassed. She called the boss.
He could not apologize for this situation and would not give me a fixed time when I would get my watch back. I wanted my watch in its original condition, it was talking about the job and I should pay the costs. We agreed on January 31, so far I have not been called (the store has my phone number). I'm waiting for a 1/2 year and I'm dissatisfied.
I want my watch as I have given this, otherwise nothing. The new battery that I got used is now too expensive to pay!
I will not buy a watch of this brand anymore.
