Rosen Centre Hotel Review

The service here is fantastic. I even saw Mr Rosen picking debirs of the floor. What a servant leader!!!

Excellent facility. Made for conferences and close by to shops, malls and restaurants.

Very nice hotel and very quiet rooms! The staff is friendly, and the restaurant/bar options are nice. The pool is heated which was nice since it was a cooler Florida day with a breeze. The room has all the normal amenities (mini fridge, hair dryer, iron and board, etc). There's not a whole lot of young people there. Probably more attractive stay for business people or families with more money. I quite enjoyed it though! Had lots of fun! Stay on a high floor, there's a great view!

My housekeeper was the absolute best! I was there for a work conference and the first night my shower wouldnt drain properly.. I started to call the front desk but i didnt.. She came to the clean the room while i was out and cleaned the room very nicely and also uncloggged my Shower... That was a first.. It made me feel luke she act u ally cleaned the cleaned the tub to know it was clogged. The entire building is clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed my trip.

Rip off. Charge you for parking and using their fitness center. Who does that. You are already paying enough for the room. Customer service is terrible

Poor attention to detail, unfriendly staff....surprising for a a Rosen property.

We had dinner in one of the restaurants in the lobby and it has a great atmosphere and great tasting food.

I went to the spa with my cousin for her birthday. The experience was great.

Amazing place to stay, especially for conventions and expos. Pool area is A+

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms. Surprising number of lobby dinner options, which were decent and not ridiculously expensive. Convenient for walking across the street to the convention center. Uber drivers for some reason have trouble finding the place when you want to go back to the airport

It's nice, there for an event. Very nice facilities.

This hotel shouldn't be qualified as a four star hotel. The decor is rather old, however the hygiene is OK. The wifi connection speed is extremely slow, and it's barely usable with their complementary plan. I paid for an upgraded plan, but the speed is still very slow. Gym is with extra charges. Laundry facilities are rather old and outdated. I will prefer a pick up laundry service.

Rude staff. Very rude security and managers. Thumbs down.

Stayed for Megacon 2018. Pleasant hotel everyone was friendly and nice. Hotel was clean, rooms were clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable. I stayed at the Rosen Plaza for Star Wars Celebration in 2017 I prefer the centre much much more. I will be a returning customer

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. First off waiting for an item that was retrieved by lost and found is a joke! Hopefully I don t miss my flight. Everyone I spoke to in regards to their process of policies and procedures was rude and unhelpful!

My experience is based on interactions with Enterprise Car Rental in the Lobby. This venue is representing the Rosen Centre Hotel poorly. Agents were not customer service oriented and condescending. I will not be returning nor using their service by choice.

Nice but very small rooms. Kept up nicely, just very small room and tiny bathroom. No drawer space (only 1 drawer in entire room)

Came here for a conference and really had a good time.

We had an amazing experience with this hotel. The rooms are very clean and the staff on every level go out of their way to ensure all of the accommodations are met. Johanna, the manager, was exceptional and went out of her way to send up crackers and water for my daughter who wasn t feeling well.

Good rooms. Very expensive. Have to pay for gym, and food and pool. Restaurant super expensive. Buffet $14 a person.

Very large hotel, but very good! All clean, safe, good location, free parking !! Highly recommend.

Very nice accommodations! Ate at Harry's and the sushi bar - both great! Love the Deli too!! Easy walk to West Concourse Convention Center.

Great Hotel. Very clean. Rooms are a little on the older side. However, customer service is impeccable. Food at the in hotel restaurants is pretty good as well.

My wife and I had planned a night away from home for the Labor Day Weekend. This was somewhat changed due to Hurricane Dorian. Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The landscaping is beautiful. The lobby decor is just as impressive. The room was immaculate in it s cleanliness. I regret not taking any pictures, but I can attest that any pictures posted are accurate. We had the breakfast buffet at the cafe Gauguin. There was an unbelievable selection of breakfast food, both hot and cold with plenty of fresh fruit. There also was an omelette and waffle station. I would absolutely suggest The Rosen Centre for a relaxing work related, get away for the weekend or any reason to stay.

Service was excellent very clean and staff was efficient.i would say here again.

Nice room. Pleasant staff. Cant comment on the value as my room was pre-paid for me by my association. Gauguin restaurant was bad. SLOW service. Orders incorrect. Some should have been free but hey just discounted thev hole table (multiple separate checks for business function.)

Great rooms great awe factor. Parking kinda ehh. Needed more signage for self parking. But none the less and awesome hotel.

Do not stay here unless you hate sleep.

Was forced to stay here for a convention in the hotel. Paid $165 / night plus $27 / night parking valet and the normal rate here is $75-$102 according to google.

Specified a King room when I booked. When I arrived, they had put me in a 2 Queen room. I should have taken it. I pressed for a King room as I don't like small beds and they put me in a handicap accessible room on a lower level.

The shower and sink water took a LONG time to get hot. At least 5-10 minutes. And the shower head was very cheap and kept falling down and pointing at the floor or the wall instead of where it needed to.

There was exposed wiring (see picture).

The towel hook in the bathroom was ripped off and just left on the counter in the room. (see picture)

The sink counter space was VERY small. Barely enough for one person, let alone two.

But the WORST was the air conditioner situation. First, the AC is 2 feet from the bed and very LOUD. But worse than that was that they have the AC on a proximity sensor so if you are lying still in bed, it turns off!!! The room was hot all night unless someone got up and triggered the prox.

The staff was rude, for the most part. The inside bell boy was nice, but the valet manager was extremely short and rude. The front desk staff was overly polite, but not very useful in meeting my expectations.

There are tens of thousands of hotel rooms within 3 miles of this hotel. Try one of the others and get some quality sleep.

A large and beautiful hotel with everything you need

Besides it s neatness and good reachability I would like to mention things they are not good at. I stayed for 6 nights and they did not replace blankets even a single time which is disappointing. I asked for a little late checkout as I had attend some office calls and they said no which is very disappointing to me. Other than these it s a good place to stay at. It has very nice view from room and at pool.

This is the crappiest hotel I've even been to. Every restaurant is overpriced and has terrible food. Never ever go here.

The check in lines are long, staff are less than helpful and courteous - I expect much more out of such a highly rated hotel. The rooms are spacious but lighting is very poor and overall it was just ok there was nothing special about it.

Attended a work convention here, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were very well kept. Very pleased with the service.

Rooms are fantastic! Clean and comfortable! Multiple large conference centers make for a great company experience or a high school band rehearsal! You will not be dissatisfied with the service here!

Nice hotel, great front desk help, they need to work on the phone interface though. The phones weren't labeled for the front desk or to make future reservations.

Only one person checking in guests and waiting in line is not a good first impression. Were then told we had to pay extra for the 5th person despite booking a room for five. Really? Asked the concierge for a dinner recommendation and we re simply handed he visitors guide and sent on our way. Pick another hotel. Plenty of options, no need to stay here.

Was impressed with the layout and structure of this building. Rooms were nice, pool was big, only one clothing drawer in the room. Microwave available for use in the deli. Only big issue, was when we caught a ride from the motel to dinner, we called for them to send someone to pick us up, they didn't tell us that the drivers went home around 8. We had to call a taxi to come get us. Other than that. Enjoyed my stay and would come back

I attended the hotel for a professional event. The event had some light catering. The amenities seemed nice, in the hotel staff was very professional.

Had a great experience there, the help was friendly
and the conference center where everything that could be desired. The only small complaint is that all the outlets near the conference center are loose and could not hold anyone s phone chargers In The wall. So if was difficult to find outlets to charge devices
