The hotel is easy access to the convention center, nice rooms, good food service.

Excellent place for convention center visits! Good decent food.

Love the hotel restraints convention area. Always clean and has a frie dly staff.

Staff is amazing. Room is very nice. Ice machine on my floor is broken and you have to pay to use the gym. Other than those two things, it has been wonderful.

Stay here every year during convention time. I will stay no where else.

Nice facility & attentive staff. Parking & navigating the large conference center was relatively easy. Well maintained.

The shower water was not softening and the vallet operators lost our truck keys and we had to find our truck ourself and then after we found our truck they found the keys and wouldn t to give us a refund

I only spent time there for the Microsoft Ignite 2018 conference. I did not stay in a room, but the restaurants, especially the sushi, were great! I would stay there if I go back for another conference

They cancelled our booking "due to a rare error." Okay, you overbooked, please don't try and bullshit me. Overbooking should NEVER be your customer's problem. It's yours. We did not receive a notification, a phone call - nothing. Thanks for the embarrassment of showing up to your hotel and being told in front of other people that we were no longer staying there. Seriously terrible customer experience.

Nice hotel. Best of all the Rosen Centres in Orlando. Stayed in a high room with great views. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. The location is next to Seaworld and on International Drive. Service from staff is first class.

Nice clean hotel with a modern feel. Good location for exploring International Drive . This hotel is a case of a lot of small things adding up to a three star rating . It boasts a great lobby bar ,Tapas Restaurant and Sushi Restaurant. All closed on a Saturday and Sunday during a holiday weekend . Shuttle to the $15 a day self parking (I was aware of this charge but not how far away it was ) was also unavailable.
Would not take much effort to make it a lot better.

Aesthetically pleasing place but overall could be much better for the price. They don't warn you about the parking fees, the beds were soft but the pillows were rocks. Could barely sleep. No microwave in the rooms. Majority of the hallways smell like marijuana. Parties going up and down the hallways late in the evening. Next time, I'll be booking a different hotel.

Close proximity to the convention center with a covered walkway to get there. There's also a good variety of restaurants and shops inside the hotel.

Beautiful campus. I've had a band banquet there four years in a row and I loved it every time. The perfect place to have a formal event.

Not for families, just business travel. I'd you have kids dont stay here.

I enjoyed my stay at the Rosen Centre, the staff was pleasant, professional and courteous. I had an issue with my toilet and after the plumber fixed it, he gave me a bottle of Italian wine for free! Great service!

Resort was clean and welcoming. The staff was nice and approachable. The pool was a little worn and dirty.

Things were well located for what we were there for.The food was outstanding for Chef's Choice. Elevators were slow but there were a lot of people in the hotel for different activities. Our room was nothing out of the ordinary for a hotel room could use some upgrades.

Been going to weddings at this hotel for almost 2 decades. Always a great time and things always go smoothly. It's a lively hotel.

Stayed here in june never again on arrival we were dropped around the back of the hotel because the bus was not allowed on the hotel grounds then on our first night at 2 am people banging on door askibg if this was where the paty was also had to get security as gangs were drinking in the pool with bottles i was with my grandaughter and had to take her out pool was often closed as was some of the resteraunts there is now facility to change money and the shuttle bus that the hotel opperated often didnt turn up this hotel is not for families or anyone with children

Everything's good except the price of wifi. The staff are friendly and the Rosen Centre is close to everything.

Rosen Centre is a very nice hotel and great for conventions. If you are a family, check to see if there will be one when you go, just so you know. They have valet and a wonderful concierge.

Loved the decor and the shops! Staff was very friendly. Our suite was clean and met our needs.

I attended a conference here and stayed the night at the hotel. The hotel itself is huge and a very cool place to see. The conference rooms are very big. The hotel rooms are very up to date, great place to stay. The hotel has a few restaurants, they are a bit pricey but the food is good.

Rosen centre hotel is located right by the Orange County Convention Centre, very convenient for our group to walk across for an event at OCCC. The service is on par with 5 stars hotel and the staff is very friendly and always smile. The room is clean and comes with coffee machine, iron and a small fridge, but no microwave.

Will absolutely go back. We had the couples SPA. Amazing therapists (Elroy) (Vicky) Package includes Pool as well.

These people really know how to treat they guess. I will stay here again

Great hotel. We needed a last minute room for 1 night because of a cancelled flight, and they had a few available on a Sunday for only $85 (normally about $200-250). Service was great and the room was very large and very clean.

Exactly what you would expect from a business hotel next to the convention center. Well stocked with amenities good concierge, nice and large gym, lots of eating choices in the immediate vicinity, both in the hotel and nearby. However it can get extremely crowded if there is a large convention in town. Everything will need a reservation. Like all these big hotels it is also quite expensive. I wouldn't use it for a Disney trip

Hit all the marks, clean, nice, updated, roomy with great location- plus free wifi. Gym is $15 for your entire stay, so although a fee, well worth it for the equipment and size. Also have to pay for parking however mine was included in my reservation. 5 minute walk to either convention center- awesome!

Hotel is laid out nice. Meeting rooms aren't hard to locate. Staff is nice. Rooms are comfortable. Only 3 restaurants open instead of the 7.

Tourist group hotel showing some age but they keep it up and it's fine for the price.

The hotel did a fantastic job with our conference. The staff was friendly, professional and attentive. The only complaint that I've got was in regards to the service at the restaurants. It was incredibly slow. Outside of this, it was a great time.

This hotel is a decent place. The rooms arent so great and there is a long hike to your room, but its cheap. i suppose you get what you pay for.

This resort contains multiple restaurants and lounges. Rooms were very nice, up to date, spacious, and clean. Highly recommend. Only downfall is the charge to park.

Staff professional and efficient .We 're always very satisfied with the menu and service ,although this time our son and daughter miss the prime rib and coconut cake .

Found a deal on Hotwire, to book this hotel. I only stayed for one night and it was exactly what I needed. The room and bathroom were clean. The beds were comfy, though one of the beds was missing a sheet. It was pretty cool that you were able to connect to the Chromecast in the room...which makes it so you can connect your own Hulu and Netflix to the tv in the room. I was able to check in early, which made all the difference for the plans that I had made for the day! The employees at the desk were pleasant and personable!

Went to the seafood restaurant. Food was decent, wouldn't pay that price for the food again.

Facilities are showing some age. However the rooms are very spacious, clean and offers really comfortable restful sleep. I found the staff to be exceptional.

I ve got to be honest; my teenage daughter and I were completely surprised walking into our room. It was so nice. They ve renovated big time since the last time we stayed here. Everyone was so nice and we were greeted with a smile which was so important b/c we were agitated about our flight being canceled. This was a great experience and we will definitely return here next time we vacation in Florida!

This place is amazing. I have been going to the Rosen Centre Hotel for the past 2 years along with going this year with my high school. The waiting staff that we had in the ballroom we were in were so kind and patient even though they were serving 100+ teenagers and adults. Along with the ballroom looking very pretty and everything being nice and organized. So overall if your looking to host some type of formal event or a wedding I would highly recommend the Rosen Centre Hotel.

Catered food was Italian themed but the chicken tasted bland. Location was definitely large enough and staff was curt but friendly.
