I wasn t a happy camper when I came to replace an inferior mattress for the 3rd time 15 years. Yes that s 3 inferior mattress that I was approved to replace from Rooms To Go. I was greeted and handle by Scott who rescued me and made my new mattress purchase very pleasant. I appreciate Scott being professional and caring
