This has been the worst experience on purshasing furniture. I went to this store 2 days ago, and we bought a $2,500.00 QUINN size mattress. The soonest day to deliver it was today. I received 2 confirmation texts about the time the delivering will be. My son stayed at home to rceive it. Then I noticed they delivered a TWIN size, but the matress protector was aquinn(correct size). I called the store, they aaked me to call costumer service. After 40 minutes waiting on the phone, I called the store again because costumer service never picked the phone. Finally costumer service called me, but they couldn't do anything else but set an echange for another day. They couldn't deliver it in the same day, but they will see if they can approve the echange for tomorrow. I asked the costumer service lady to check of the supervisor to see if they could help me in this situation because it was their mistake. The manager Keyla called me just to let me know that NO BODY COULD HELP ME TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. I explained to her that I throw my old mattress to the trash because the new one was confirmed for today. SHE SAID MY HUSBAND AND I COULD SLEEP ON THE TWIN MATTRESS UNTIL WE GET THE RIGHT ONE...RIDICULOUS AND FRUSTRATING...
