I usually abhor all-things-car-shopping, because the salesmen tend to be high-pressure and seemingly untrustworthy. There s just an overwhelming discomfort from start to finish. None of these things were true about my experience buying my pre-owned SUV from Ron Tonkin. The salesman was helpful and explanatory about the process. I found the car online and only had to go to the dealership to test drive it, and complete some paperwork. They even delivered the vehicle to my home!
