Having repeatedly told their customer service reps (11 times now, according to my call/text log) that they've gotten my phone number mixed up with another customer, I have decided that instead of once again trying to get them to adjust their records, I'll just fill out this review they keep texting me about.
I was previously a customer of theirs, and had some work done on my car there. Emphasis on the word "previous". While the automotive service itself was acceptable, it was noticeably overpriced, but that's perhaps to be expected. The real concern to me is that if they can't even get something as simple as a phone number right after being asked to correct their records 11 times, then how can I trust them not to mess up something much more consequential?
