I was in need of a flower for my son who had just arrived in Rochester for his friend memorial & funeral(10a &11a); I called at 8:45am and they where very caring and made sure the Peace Lily with beautiful white lily inserted arrived before the beginning of the memorial service at 10:00am.

This is now the second V-day I ve ordered flowers from Rockcastle Florist. Last year I was disappointed and just assumed it was because of the chaos that ensues on this day. Now this year, I m even more disappointed and will no longer order flowers through them. Every rose in the arrangement is wide open and some of the petals are already at the point of peeling off. HUGE disappointment for the money spent and how in the world are they voted #1? Never again.

My 93 y/o mother-in-law is in an assisted living center (St. John s). My husband and I (we live in Oregon) wanted to send her some love and Rockcastle came through! I ordered yesterday and she received it today and was very happy with it. She said it is beautiful and has a place set up so she can see it from multiple locations in her small apartment. The residents can no longer have visitors. She misses seeing my sister-in-law who lives in Penfield and visits her often. We all have to be more creative during these difficult times. I worked with Robin at Rockcastle Florist (Greece location). When I went there and met with both her and the owner Wendy I knew I was in good hands. They have such a great eye for what goes together BUT they also listen to what you are thinking as well. Its the perfect marriage (pun intended). What I did not know... was that I was getting so much more. Robin came on the day of the wedding to deliver all of the beautiful flowers/centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres etc as planned, However while there she helped me with my dress prior to walking down the aisle, making sure I looked perfect (even offered a few tips lol) and in a moment of panic ran out to the car to grab my moms speech which she forgot haha. Rockcastle Florist Family....thank you, thank you, thank you! I have never ordered anything & within 30 minutes it was been delivered! I ordered a plant for my Nephew's Funeral Service in Rochester, NY. Because of COVID 19 the out of town family could not attend the service. We live in Miami, FL. I had forgotten to place my order on yesterday. I went ahead and placed the order online at aprox 7:55 am this morning, not expecting it to delivery in time for the 10am service. It wasn't 30 minutes later when I received a confirmation at 8:30am confirming the delivery! I didn't believe it, so I call Rockcastle to find out the aprox time of delivery & I reached the driver and he said that he had just delivered our plant! These folks are great! Rockcastle Florist had the prettiest new baby flower arrangement in an attractive duckie keepsake. We ordered online at 5 a.m., added a few extras (chocolates, popcorn), and everything delivered to the maternity ward before noon (sooner than scheduled). Wow - our family members were thrilled, they sent a pic and the flowers looked full and beautiful, and the chocolates and popcorn hit the spot. DISSAPOINTED. Did not included flowers that were described in description. Left out eucalyptus in BOTH arrangements that I ordered. (Which in my book makes a huge difference in style and look) They added other colors - which took away from elegance of bouquet :( Girl that took my order sounded impatient and cross. Not sure if I would use them again.
Recipient was thrilled with the arrangement. I sent her a stock photo from my order to see how the actual flowers/vase compared. She assured me it was exactly as pictured, only prettier in person !

We live 1000 miles away from Rochester General Hospital and needed to send flowers to a dear friend. After checking some reviews, I took a chance on Rockcastle Florist in Greece/Rochester. I phoned and spoke to a lovely lady about our needs, and received prompt emails confirming the order AND the delivery ... nice touch. When you're not right there, you just don't know what sort of arrangement will be delivered, but my friend's daughter emailed me a photo of the flowers and they are BEAUTIFUL. I loved working with Robin and Rockcastle in Rochester! My dress has ivy beading on it and Robin was able to incorporate a flowing ivy arrangement for my flowers. She has a great eye for design, listens to all requests and has great suggestions to make the flowers pop.
