Here s a my happy testimonial with Miami pump & supply. My husband and I own a small motel in Miami and we needed to get a motor for the jacuzzi. At first i tried to get it rewired from Berkely and it did not work. I went over to Miami pump got a better explanation on wiring a pool pump and the various options available than I got from the manufacturer. So, I just want to endorse the in-depth, technical knowledge of the staff of from Miami Pump & Supply. BTW I have no connection to them I am just so satisfied wit their service and their convenience of getting the Jacuzzi fixed asap.

Needed a Variable Frequency Drive in a hurry for an Emergency repair on a Highway project here in Orlando. Managed to find Jason at Miami Pump & Supply who went above and beyond to ensure that we got what we needed, and pulled some strings so we could pick it up locally in Orlando. You've got questions, they've got answers! Definitely my go-to place for pumps and service. Helpful sales and staff. They helped and i didn't feel like I was being scammed.

This company have a good inventory but the customer service from the employees is mediocre. There is an employee named Louis, supposedly he is knowledgeable on pumps. When I called him he said that he is not familiar with my VERTIFLO pump but he will call me back during the day to educate his self on it. He didn't call so I called him the next day at 8:30am. He said that he hasn't check the information yet because he had to leave early the day before but he will and let me know. I asked "when do you think is a good time for you so I can call you? " he said "whenever I call you , that will be the time". I work for a big company in Miami that gives business to this store and it will not have it anymore for sure. This person has no customer service skills and doesn't care about his job neither since he talk to the customer like he is doing a favor to them and not getting pay for it.

Very hostile place for harrows and shippers should help by bringing freight out on the street.
