We absolutely LOVE everything about Rockcastle Florists! My wife and I and our family have relied on Rockcastle Florist exclusively for years. Everything is of the highest quality from the smallest "Thank You" bouquets to all of the arrangements for our proms and special occasions. They have the very best service in the business!

Even more special is how the owners (Keith and Wendy) regularly give back to the community by hosting fund-raisers and other events for local schools and non-profits. We would recommend them to everyone!

Rockcastle provided the flowers for the Travers/Klosterman wedding on Oct. 26, 2019. They were gorgeous! The team was excellent, listened, suggested and in the end provided a phenomenal product. We would recommend them if you are planning a wedding!

When we decided to have our wedding out of town, two hours away from Rochester, I figured it would be out of the question to have my favorite flower shop do the flowers. When I emailed Wendy to ask if I could use her as a resource, to ask questions & such, she said they would not miss the opportunity to do our wedding. I was so shocked, happy and relieved! I immediately knew I had nothing to worry about when it came to the flowers! Even if they had never worked with or been to the venues we had chosen.

We chose the historic Chautauqua Institution s Hall of Philosophy for our ceremony. Because of it s grandeur, I wanted to keep the decor minimal. My bridesmaids carried lanterns instead of flowers, which saved a good chunk of money that could be used for the reception. In addition to my bouquet, we decided on large ferns in urns and small welcome table arrangements that could be transported and used again at the reception.

Working with Rockcastle was everything I needed it to be. Our meetings were never rushed. They listened to my vision and gave expert advice. While I would have had no problem blowing our budget on flowers, they understood our need to stay exactly on budget, making adjustments where needed. I felt fully confident that they understood my vision and would execute it perfectly and they did!

Our style themes were inspired by the venues we choose- old world elegance and relaxed southern charm, with our color palate being ivory, gold and black. We kept the flowers in white, cream, and blush. Greens tied everything together with the ferns and succulents.

Luckily, I got around for the day at the Bed & Breakfast where the reception would later be, so I had the chance to see our reception tent & tables all done up. It was such a surreal moment, seeing all the details come together after months of planning. It was even better than I envisioned! This was also when I saw my bouquet for the first time- which was perfection! Not too tight, and not too cascading, it was proportioned just right.

As a business owner myself, I knew I wanted to work with vendors who were passionate about what they do. This was the most important element for me, knowing they take pride in what they put out into the world. This is a big reason I did not need to over manage, and how I was able to let go and fully trust in their role for the day. Keith, Wendy and the entire Rockcastle team exceeded my expectations and I am forever grateful for their hard work in making our special day so beautiful!

Rockcastle Florist has been amazing. We used them for our wedding in 2012 and the service and flowers were spectacular. Everyone there is extremely friendly and nice. I continue to use them for any special occasion.

My wife and I contacted Rockcastle Florists to inquire about a gift for our 9 year old granddaughter on her birthday. With the challenges of the social distancing our children have really lost out on a lot of the things that they need. We wanted something delivered to our grandaughter's home to brighten her day. Thanks to the Rockcastle representative that assisted us that mission was accomplished! She was very professional, positive, and happy for helping us out. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that went out of their way to help us find what we needed. The selection of flowers was diverse and beautiful. We would definitely recommend and we will also be using them again in the future.

Called to place order and Cindy yelled hello 2 times before hanging up on me. Called back 10 minutes later and asked about delivery to a certain area and she they aren t accepting anymore then added a slick remark saying i should order earlier next year. Bad customer service!!!

Rockcastle was amazing in helping me plan my wedding day decor. They were the only florist I interviewed who understood my theme/vision to have all foliage/greenery and no flowers! As you can see from the bouquet, it came out better than I imagined, and all my wedding guests complimented the decor!

Excellent, hassle-free service when I ordered some flowers online. The roses were beautiful and were delivered promptly and accurately. Would definitely recommend.
