We live 1000 miles away from Rochester General Hospital and needed to send flowers to a dear friend. After checking some reviews, I took a chance on Rockcastle Florist in Greece/Rochester. I phoned and spoke to a lovely lady about our needs, and received prompt emails confirming the order AND the delivery ... nice touch. When you're not right there, you just don't know what sort of arrangement will be delivered, but my friend's daughter emailed me a photo of the flowers and they are BEAUTIFUL. I will say that it is the nicest floral arrangement I have ordered online (and I send lots of flowers). Need be, I'll certainly trust Rockcastle Florist in the future. Nice people, great flowers.
