Pauleenanne Design Review

We recently had the GREAT pleasure of working with Pauleenanne Design and cannot put in words the amazing experience we had. If I had to rate them on a scale of 1 to 10 .it would be a 20!! Pauleen is professional, organized, extremely responsive, has amazing suggestions and ideas, and perfectly executed our day. We had a very large wedding party and through the rehearsal/ceremony she kept everyone on point. At the reception she took care of everything. I mean everything! From the set up all the way down to making sure that we had our drink of choice, ate enough, and even got dessert! Planning a wedding is hectic and it would not have been possible without her and her team. She completely understood my vision from day 1 and with very little description made everything come to life. The day was seamless, we had absolutely no glitches/worries and we cannot thank you enough. Brides, I m not kidding-YOU NEED HER!! PauleenAnne Design will not disappoint even the pickiest!

I can personally tell you that Pauleen and her team will do everything they can to make your event magical. I have been behind the scenes here and she was always the most respectful and friendly person you should expect. She knows the image she wants to give off and works very hard to accomplish this. One year ago today Pauleen made our wedding more than perfect. She worked with us for months and listened to all of our crazy ideas and made them come to life. Her work is outstanding and she understood our vision completely! She made a lot of our pieces by hand and was able to craft together any ideas we threw her way. We definitely gave her a tall order and she met all of our expectations.
Not only did Pauleen design the space for our wedding and set everything up the morning of, she also worked with all of our vendors in the months before to make sure that everything came together perfectly. She relieved a lot of our stress and on the day of our wedding we knew that we had nothing to worry about.
We couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. She is so down to earth and was available to meet with us despite all of our busy schedules. Event planning with Pauleen is a pleasure - she is detail oriented, super organized and incredibly well versed in all the "potentials" of each event. She is kind and thoughtful and will do everything possible to make each absolute perfection.

We reached out to Pauleen for assistance planning our wedding and providing day-of services. We were planning our wedding from out of state and only had time for a few quick trips back to NY to pull everything together. Pauleen was responsive, exceptionally organized, and answered all of our questions in great detail and with a ton of helpful suggestions. What stood out the most to me was her thoughtfulness the day of our wedding. She was feeling a little under the weather that weekend but pushed through like a champ and ensured that not only my husband and I had an amazing day but our guests were having a great time as well!

First off, Pauleen Vacca, President and Head Designer, is a complete professional. She arrives promptly, follows-up appropriately and plans efficiently.

I used this firm for a holiday party, a business gathering, and a children's birthday party. Pauleen keeps the customer central to her thinking. For the holiday party I, of course, was host to a family event. Pauleen helped me use the items I already had, along with some additions, to present a beautiful candy-cane-themed event that was cozy for a family yet had a polished look.

I also used this firm for a small business gathering in my home. Pauleen was able to use the theme, "love, laugh, live" in the design and the food and it was impressive.

This firm just delivered a two-staged child's birthday party for me, with a "disco" theme-the first stage for families, the second for my daughter's friends. The proof of the design was in the comments from my daughter's friends "wow! you have the best parties and the best decorations!"

Pauleen pays attention to every detail and designs with perfection. She bends over backwards to keep the customer pleased.

Pauleen is an excellent event planner and made our wedding day perfect. I had little worries along the way and her timelines and to-do lists help me stay on track. She made my decorations so well. She also recommended fabulous vendors for my photography, flowers, and other places!

From the moment I got engaged I realized I would need help designing my wedding and taking care of all of the little details. Pauleen met with my mom and I and transformed my ideas into a beautiful reality. She handled everything from the Save the Dates to place cards, decor, centerpieces, flowers, hotel arrangements, ceremony set up, and more.
