This is now the second V-day I ve ordered flowers ...

This is now the second V-day I ve ordered flowers from Rockcastle Florist. Last year I was disappointed and just assumed it was because of the chaos that ensues on this day. Now this year, I m even more disappointed and will no longer order flowers through them. Every rose in the arrangement is wide open and some of the petals are already at the point of peeling off. HUGE disappointment for the money spent and how in the world are they voted #1? Never again.
